I have subscribed channels in which few I was not able to view (No Signal) . Called up the helpline number and registered complaint. After many follow ups technician visited the premises and rectified it. I was not able to view because of poor signal from tatasky and I have been charged Rs.170/- for technician visit who has rectify the fault of tatasky. When I contacted the customer care, I have received a reply stating it is tatasky's policy that irrespective of the nature of complaint if technician visit, the customer will be charged. Tatasky charged me for subscribing the channels once again charging me to view the same. I feel this is a not a right practise or the policy to be followed and I seek proper justification and clarification for the same. Regards, Jagadeesh Rangaraj +91 [protected]

    TATA SKY ID[protected] I have problem with TATA Sky that Some channels are not appearing and screen go blank..Some Channels like Aaj Tak, Sony Pal, UTV action are not being displayed though i have supreme sports kids pack. However other channels are appearing. I have lodged complaints several times but problem not resolved yet..Since i am viewing some channels that means my Set Top Box is ok...TATA Sky must service the complaint at no cost to me.., . I am paying money for channels which is not being displayed at all...if complaint will not resolve i will left out with no option but to go consumer court. Regards

      A call from your call centre came to me for talking about active music channel .I was not agree to activate this channel in my tata sky connection .why this is activated .please deactivate unanted active music channel immediately. my tata sky conection no. is [protected].

        Today again I saw the message on my TV screen for recharge of my account immediately to avoid discontinuance of services despite the fact that my annual package is valid upto 31/08/2015. This happened 10 days ago also and it was " rectified' by Tatasky team . This kind of harassment is unacceptable . Moreover, my account is Platinum account and the service is third rate.

          S ID [protected] and I have south pack. last one month i have faced problem of some channels not coming in between time morning to 7.0 clock PM i.e channels are tv9, tv5, zee, sakshi, and expert ntv and gamini movies. I had three times discussed with customer care peoples, but problem is not solved. I am very disappointed about tata sky service. Please do the needful ASAP. Regards, Anand

            I have subscribed online for a new tata sky connection 11-dec-2014. subscriber id - [protected] To my utter surprise i got a call from tata sky that the connection can not be established due to some issues with local cable operators whereas in my society people are already using tata sky connections. it's been 6 days, my refund has not yet been processed. nobody replying my mails sent on [protected]@tatasky.com customer care service is worst. If tata sky can not provide services why don't thy block/display those pin codes in their website.so that people don't face such issues by paying online and then running after customer care for refund. They are simply tarnishing the brand name of tata. They are simply making fool of people by fake advertisements claiming pan india presence. Please help by getting my refund.

            Good evening
            I am using your services from last 2 years nd more.. I was satisfy with your services till now but from few days i am getting message that i am using some cooking pack in my tata sky service.
            First a fall i want to tell u that i am a student and i dont need this cooking services. You guys automatically put this packs in my account nd their is no information of addition in my package.
            Now my acc is showing negative balance of rupess 250 (approx) that to without any logic without any notice without letting me know about this.
            I hvnt chose this pack let me tell you guys, you automatically switch on these kinds of packs to customer and make them fool these way..
            Its a just a way of taking out money.. Hell to your services.. I am contacting your toll free number one the guy name SUNIL such a manner less man . He has no sense of talking.
            When i am saying to him that i hvnt chose any packs of cooking, i am a college student who is intrested in sports not in cooking.. Still he is like sir thats your problem not mine.. I mean comon.. Thats rediclous..
            I want my balance back ASAP. or eles i will be taking a srtick action agaist TATASKY

              On 28/10/2014 due to fault in set top box I got installed new set box and some of Rs. 500/- (approx) was charged and got deducted from my A/C, and at that time it was informed that the new set top is covered with 3 months warranty period. But again since from yesterday, as the said set top box is not functioning, on complaint new set top box is installed and service provider has informed that again i have to pay charges up to Rs. 500/- within 24 hours as the earlier set top box has no any warranty. In this regard I would like to lodge my complaint to the company and think of to go for some other company and even if required I have to approach the consumer forum or other competent authority.                 Earlier due date was 14.12.14 - after recharging due date cut-off to 04 days i.e., 10/01/2015 Why?????informed 06 times to customer care Nos. and recd., back (sms to regd., mobile) valid upto 13/01/2015.but not recd., on tv (tatasky a/c. status). pl. update on tv immediately.secondly, deducted Rs.5/- as Active smart Games - this also requested to de-active immediately and add back amount. but not done ????pl. do the needful immediately regards k. mukunda mob : [protected]

                    I applied for a corporate connection of Tata sky. I was asked to make an online payment of Rs. 2250 to tata sky. I made the payment promptly. My connection number was FUGZHWK. After two days I got a call from their service engineer who informed me that in my area (wakad (Pune)) they can't provide me with the connection as the local cable operator would not allow them to provide the connection. He told me that my money would get refunded. However, no refund happened. I called their service center again and they cancelled my order. I was again told the money would get refund to my account. However, till date this has not happened. This is not expected from a TATA organization. First of all they didn't provide the service request that was made citing their problems and to add insult to injury they didnt refund the money to my account. I am not sure if I should move to consumer court to get justice.

                      I took a connection on 12th December 2014 and today I come to know that the first 2 month package ends on 9th Feb 2015. By what calculation. A month is not 30 days except in Treasury Operations and who better to tell u than a Treasury expert himself. Also, I had ordered for a multi TV connection soon after ordering a first connection. First installed in 6 hours and work order for 2nd not issued even after 3 reminders in 24 hours. Simply Atrocious and Pathetic After Sales Service and took a hell lot of threatening (30 minutes of that in my 3rd call) to agree to giving complaint no. 1-[protected]. Multi TV issue not resolved because of the threatening. Any Tata Sky Guy listening, answer please.

                      Multi TV complaint resolved but Month calculation complaint pending. I believe this is fraud unless and until Tata Sky comes up with a document in public domain telling me (and all) that their month calculation is 30 days only and that one month is 30 days, 2 month is 60 days and 1 year is 360 days and not 365.

                        Dear Customer Care & Authorities, I want to bring to your notice that refer below sms sent to me by you for activation of active english pack . Pls note I have not asked for any activation of the pack by calling nor by any other method. Still the pack is activated. I have called up customer care and have informed them about this wrong doing. They maintain that they have record of the communication by me. This is lie & I have not called anyone from Tatasky or resonded to any request. I have log records of all RMN([protected]) communication.( if you maitain any other numbers pls delete them) They can be inspected physically or in my mobile records. If required it can be put forth to authorities to bring forth Unethical wrong practice. It is shocking, time wasting & irresponsible from company like you.                             I am shocked at the treatment meted out to one of your loyal customers who have availed of your services for over 7 years I received a call from one of your executives that my mega pack was getting over on 25/09/14 and I should recharge it for 9200 to renew the pack I did the same on 26/09/14 Suddenly, around 15 days back I start getting around 3 calls in a day saying that my pack has been on monthly basis so will be soon getting over My points of concern are : 1) Why was I not told by your executive that I need to call up tata sky and get my pack activated He gave me the value of 9200 and said that my pack gets over on 25/09/14 2) When you received the amount of 9200 and did not activate my mega pack, how can you assume that I have opted for monthly pack when all throughout my association with tata sky I have opted for annual pack Assuming I was opting for monthly pack I would have paid monthly charges, why would I pay 9200 3) If you have converted my annual pack to monthly pack is it not your duty to inform me that you are doing so? I am extremely upset and disillusioned with Tata Sky and expect immediate action from their end to convert my pack to monthly pack from 26/09/14

                                From last 10 days i am not able to watch any channels as my Tata sky setup box is not getting any signal. When called to customer care on 07/12/2014 at 5:20 PM with Mr Gorakhnath he had said that my setup box is an old version ( MP2) and if i need to continue watching channels i need to upgrade the setup box to (MP4) by paying Rs 500/- for a period of 1 year warranty and the person will come and replace or fix the setup box. When he takes up the request, charges Rs 170/- and the call is forwarded to local guy in ahmedabad then Mr Sanjay who is a local distrubutor says that your setup box is already an MP4 and you will get only 1 month warranty for Rs 500/-. Earlier I have made this kind of requests 3 times and every time this confusion of MP2 and MP4 is repeated by two different people, one by company tele caller and other by Mr Sanjay a local distriutor. Why this kinld of mis leading information is provided. I need a mail confirmation from your side stating the status of my setup box whether it is MP2 or MP4? If it is MP2 then at what cost it can be upgraded to MP4 for a period of 1 year warranty.? I need a proper solution from your side to run my setup box properly. Regards Saroj Shukla [protected]

                                  My subscriber ID [protected]. My tatasky box is receiving no signals since 2 days. First day when I called up to register complain, I had to try the number [protected] for two hours before my call could get through. Finally after the ordeal, my complaint was registered and I was promised engineer visit the next day morning by 11 am, being a "PREMIUM CUSTOMER". Being a working professional, I took an off and sat at home the entire day only to receive 4 calls from 4 different engineers promising me to be at my place within an hour. I received these 4 calls between 11 am and 6 pm. However NO ONE TURNED UP THE ENTIRE DAY AND WHEN I CALLED UP TATASKY HELPLINE AGAIN THEY TOLD ME CONVINIENTLY THAT SOMEONE WOULD TURN UP TOMORROW!!.. These people think customers are fools and would sit at home the entire day just to wait for their engineers.. Such poor service.PUTTING TATASKY CONNECTION AT MY PLACE HAS BEEN A VERY BIG MISTAKE. WONT RECOMMEND THE SAME TO ANYONE!

                                    Respected sir, I had recharged tata-sky (id no.[protected]) on 1/12/2014, after that some channels are not visable in my t.v then i compliant customer care to rectify the problem. The service engineer came to my home around 20.00 hours and tell that due to late hours we can't resolve your problem today and says we will come again. Till date my problem was not resolved. But tata-sky people deducted Rs.170/- from my recharge amount. Customer Care People says that they are giving javad aquater channel free of cost for one month and they are activated the channel 1st december 2014 on 8th december they are deducted Rs.60/- against the javad aquater channel subscription. I am very dis-satisfied for tatasky services. Please resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                      The DTH setup box has not been working since 40-45 days, Regular complaints have been made but neglected response from tatasky is seen moreover the problem is from their side still they are charging me for the service which has not been given and say if the problem is from my side then also they cannot and should not charge on the not given service. The service man who came to address the problem went away without addressing the problem and without meeting the concerned person. It would be pleasing if they could address the problem and look into the matter now. My subscriber ID of tatasky is : [protected] registered on the name Bhupendra goyal A prompt action is expected .

                                        my id:[protected]. my HD box was not working. when i called the company technician, he came and changed the box on 25.11.14. and he told me that my account will be debited by rs.675/- (rs.500/- for the HD box and rs.175/- for the visit.) and i recharged by rs.600/- on 27.11.14. from 28.11.14, the sound goes off after 5 minutes and screen goes blank after 10 minutes. i have sent 3 mails (nos:1-[protected](2 mails with same complaint number) and1-[protected]. each time one executive called and assuree that it will be set right within 24 hrs. when i contacted the local service personnel, he said that the box he put in was a re-conditioned one and the company is not sending new HD boxes. he himself told me to raise the complaint mails. since 28.11.14, i am unable to view the TV. this is sheer looting of the individual's hard earned money. it is a shame on that a group of tata's is irresponsive and swindle the money and time of the consumer. will the problem be solved or shall i have to go to the consumer court? aps
