This is Pradeep Nakka and my TataSky id is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I'm not getting many telugu channels and few other channels since my box was installed. I called to the customer service many times but the call never got connected. recently i got a call from tatasky to tell me about some offers. so i took a chance to complain about my problem. they transferred my call to the customer service. they told my box is under warranty and the technician will come and solve the problem. but he didn't come even now. my work order reference number is FTZYD5A. the work was scheduled on 3.20 PM today. still the problem is not solved from 3 months. From the time i took connection, i am facing many problems but no representative of yours ever responded or picked up the call. even if i complain, they attend very late. i need my problem to be solved immediately. i really regret about your poor service and bad maintainance.

But, the payment has been made double @ Rs. 230 for 2 times which may be due to disturbance in network problem at the time of online payment.       I want to have dhamaal mix pack as my base pack but can not call customer care though nombers are shown in help center.This is making me freak out!There is also no option to sent a message so that they would call me!For the last one week i m trying to call them but in vein!

        Sir, I am Tata sky user and previous two month i am using Tata sky DTH. i have many complaints against Tata sky DTH. 1. My concern is Tata sky executive does not true tell to Tata sky DTH user. Two days before i were received a call ([protected]) from Tata Sky DTH customer care executive and told me you have any queiry just missed call at [protected] and after missed call Sky DTH customer executive will call back to you. But not happen according to Tata sky executive, many time i missed call at above mention number but all time i have receive only sms not any call. 2. Tata sky DTH executive does not gives me information about my account balance. i was call to Tata sky executive and after receiving executive hold my call for finding my account details but not back, after 10 minutes i disconnect my call.           This is not the first time that I am writing to you on the above subject matter. Kindly check your records and please do something to correct your fault.I am now getting a message on my TV with a Subscriber ID [protected] as against my Subscriber ID [protected]Please acknowledge and call me back on my registered mobile number [protected]. Further, channels I am watching after maybe 20 to 30 minutes (especially Star World), flickers and goes blank. I have to reboot and come back to the same channel. However the same thing happens. Earlier I have made many complaints regarding this at your customer care through my mobile from last 2 months, but I, got no any resolution from your side. So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.If you can not resolve my problem then I, Churn this connection.

              tatasky ID [protected], दिनांक 20.11.2020.11.2014 से कनैक्शन काम नहीं कर रही है। कम से कम 5 बार फोन करना पड़ा.। फोन करने हेतु हर एक बार 10 का 15 तक खर्च हुई toolfree number हो तो जितना भी ऑप्शन रख सकते है। एड्वार्टाइस्म�... कहानी सुनने केलिए हम क्यों खर्च करना है .। Without my knowledge some packages adding by by tata sky. for example on 24.11.2014 addred fun pakage with cost of Rs. 49/-, also charged 170 for visiting of executive, i decided to discontinue with immediate effect.                 Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I found that my Tata sky Set box is not receiving signal. I complaint for same through Tata sky Customer care. They sent their technician. For that they had charge technician visit fee of INR 170 till the time I had waited for 15 to 18 hour. When He has found problem is with the box then he has replace the old box with my original new Box & charged another INR 350. When I asked them to kept my original set of box with me that time their technician & customer care said that as per company policy you can not open this box & can not get original set box after repair as they install their old set of box. So I asked them for Bill receipt of same but they said they are not providing any bill against repair of the original set of box. Only I have to pay money through their online site. Where there is no record of bill against which reason. Now in this case if a sensor price of 10 to 30 rs they are charging 10 to 15 folds extra money with their intermittent service. So why shall I have to pay them a extra money for no reason. As manufacturer of set of box is tata sky. Problem is with their box in addition of this for intermittent service they are charging. This way they loot for each customer to sale their china made spare parts. Which hardly cost 20 to 30 rs. against of that they are charging 500 rs with their old box & they can not guaranteed of their old box too. For this reason I think that they are looting almost all consumer with their hide policy all the time. So I request you to advice me over this to proceed complaint in Consumer court or Shall there is any middle way to stop loot of consumer by Tata sky?

                  Hi. I called to enquire my package details and the rep behaved very rudely. He did Not guide me with the proper information and was sounding dis interest to answer my query. When i asked to transfer the call to senior manager, he refused stating he is d senior person and there are no managers. I asked for manager call back to which he replied we dont call back..he refused to share his full name and designation.. His name is praveen..and d call was transferred to him by Abhishek...i want this call to b heard and a compensation for d misbehaviour of the rep... If i dont hear bacK in 3 days i will write to ombudsperson..

                    dear sir, i am brajesh dobhal, my tata sky sub id is [protected]. i got registered on tatasky website three times. they say that pls see ur mail and click on the link. but there is no link provided . for this when i call customer care, they keep transferring call from one person to other. i keep my phone on hold for 20-30 minutes, but no reply comes. is there a solution to this. before taking connetion service provider calls the customer & afterwards customers keep calling the service provider. higher rate for such phone calls is also charged and then customer keeps holding the calls. pls do the needful. to resolve it. thank you. email: [protected]@yahoo.com RMN: [protected]

                      I am the customer of Tata sky from past 3 years onwards. EVery month i am recharging with Rs. 170/-. This month my recharge due date is on 28/11/2014. So as usual I recharged with Rs. 170/- But no use my TV shows that YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS DEACTIVE. IT IS ALMOST 24 HOURS I HAVE BEEN RECHARGED. WHY THIS PROBLEM IS STILL CONTINUING?

                        my tata sky monthly subscription is rs.230 per month but your message is for rs.279 .why so.please check the fact and if this is due to unwanted active music channel then deactivate this channel immediately and send message to me for rs.230 otherwise i shall complain to the cmpetent authority/forum.

                          For last three day i am continuously following with TATA SKY for replacement of setup box but with out any result, Every day i am getting false commitment form tata sky team about the appointment/schedule visit of their representative by SMS but till now nigther their representative visited nor the issue resolved Due to lack of MPEG4 set up box i am not in a condition to view most of the channels, but i tata sky id deducing money for the channel's.

                            we wish to inform you that we are using tata sky from last 8 years but we have noticed that last one year quality &; service has come down like anything . after recharge we are are not able to use the services due to very poor quality of signal informed many times to your help line but no action taken simply they are telling we will send person to you & have to pay service charge of 170/-.we just said its not our fault why we should pay. what for we are paying recharge. if you can give free service alright otherwise pl refund the set up box & recharge amount of last one month which we have not use and balance. so that we can go to other provider.

                              Dear Sir, I am shocked to see your latest advertisement regarding Everywhere TV, in this advertisement a boy is telling about his parents restriction on his watching TV, he gets his mobile TV app and watches TV in his room. His last indirect remarks is not accepted that how he made his father ULLU (owl), its really shame that you are promoting your product more than values. As we know how media has strong influence on teenagers and college going students. They learn most of things from mass media. What kind of values you are trying to teach?                                 I was trying to contact tata sky for the deactivation of my HD package and after some many times by pressing 1, 2 then again 4 then again 1 such long cycle I got connection to their executive. Mean time there was an activation for active music on option number 4 which I didn't pressed but by mistake I pressed 9 where no such option was available where I must get a auto response to choose right option as there is nothing available on number 9. When I asked their executive for the deactivation of that music pack which wasn't activated because of my mistake then they told me it has locking period of 1 month that is .. I shift my DTC connection to TATA sky because I found they are very ethical and genuine and this is something I was not expecting. If any of the TATA team is checking this forum then I would like to give -1 to this. I used to insist people to shift to TATA sky but onwards I am not goanna do that. Sorry for this and I am not expecting my money back but I am definitely can expect your customer reach that ongoing for this select 1 for that select 2 blah blah improved in future. Thanks

                                  Dear Sir, I have changed my plan from Supreme Sports Kid plan to Dhamaal Mix pack. But despite recharging on Dhamaal Mix rate of Rs.230/= my due date is being curtailed to 12/13 days and basically I am enjoying 17/18 days for the last 3/4 months. Last month also I rechargeds with Rs.230/= on 08.11.2014 which ought to be valid upto 08.12.2014 but it has been curtailed to 26.11.2014 and since then I have been receiving message of recharging with Rs.351/= and today my Set Top Box has been deactivated. Kindly look into the matter so that my due date is resotred upto 08.12.2014 and my changed pack becomes effective permanently so that I can keep my faith on you like before and ever sustained .                                     This is 3rd time Tata sky representatives have activated the Tata Sky Active service package without my request to activate or without my agreement to activate the package. This time they have activated the VEDIC MATH package by calling at my landline number eventhough the registered number is my mobile number. Now they are deducting Rs.5 per day from my account for the services that I don't use. Moreover, Tata sky representatives are refusing to drop the package. I asked for a copy of recording of the call when they activated the package. They refused to sent the recordings too.
