I was trying to contact tata sky for the deactivation of my HD package and after some many times by pressing 1, 2 then again 4 then again 1 such long cycle I got connection to their executive. Mean time there was an activation for active music on option number 4 which I didn't pressed but by mistake I pressed 9 where no such option was available where I must get a auto response to choose right option as there is nothing available on number...

Curtailing the Due Date of Recharge(ID no.1128349303)

Dear Sir, I have changed my plan from Supreme Sports Kid plan to Dhamaal Mix pack. But despite recharging on Dhamaal Mix rate of Rs.230/= my due date is being curtailed to 12/13 days and basically I am enjoying 17/18 days for the last 3/4 months. ACTIVATION OF PACKAGE WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Regional Channels

Its a worst experience with TATASKY DTH.They changed the subscriber id in my tv by showing that the payment due date.We paid the amount through freerecharge we didnt get any response text from tatasky. Signals are week, Disturbed picture
