This is to inform that without my knowledge, TataSky (subscriber ID: [protected]) and Tata DOCOMO has been activated and SMS are being sent to me. If it is required, I would have approached TATA SKY or TATA DOCOMO. Please take necessary action to stop such nuisance affecting customers. I would appreciate if you please let me know who is the person who is doing this? Please let me know the IP Address from where my details are fetched from email-id and phone number, so that necessary action can be taken. Please also let me know the person who is doing this cybercrime, to complain to CYBERCRIME department. Thanks, Raghavendra

    Dear sir, I am an ARSENAL follower and I came to know that their game is telecasting on star HD 1only today and I added that 2 HD chanals to my Package. The climate Was cloudy and initialy both HD were not available. Later HD 2 start showing, but not the HD 1. I tried to complain through your customer care but failed. Even after so many tries I can not find anybody to hear me. voice recoeding failed to understand me miserably. One lady I got not understanding English well.

      helloi have not been receiving channels on my Tata Sky TV for over 10 days. innumerable calls to your office, speaking to 'senior management' who have promised me that someone / technician would visit my house have led to no calls and no one so far has visited my house.​I would like to register my disappointment at Tata Sky's unprofessional attitude. When they want me to upgrade my TATA SKY, to a new product, i am inundated with calls. but when i have been complaining that i am unable to view TATA SKY, not a single call back ! in fact when I call TATA SKY repeatedly asking them the status, their customer care responds by saying that i will not be charged for that many days when i am unable to view . Obviously they will not charge me when I am not receiving any service.​what is more upsetting is that each time i call, their helpdesk seems surprised that no one has visited my residence. with a promise that someone will visit "next day".​
      My package is damal package but last 3 days hd and marathi channal not seen what is the problem sole the problem
      when call your toll free number say this number dose not exist . your cheating for customer that giving wrong number

        I received a call from Tata SKY on 7th Oct 2014 with an offer " Pay Rs.3500 and your existing package will be extended by 6 months. The offer was one day only till 6 pm". I paid the fee online. However instead of extending till April 2015 my due date is extended till Feb 2015. I called and complained. After numerous follow up, I was told that there was a miscalculation and I have to pay another Rs.300. I refused to pay and asked for a refund which is not resolved as yet. I filed two complaints, my first complaint was closed by TATA SKY unilaterally on 10th Oct. I filed second complaint on 12th Oct which is not resolved. I must have called 15 times and spoken to 8-10 peoples including Agents, Senior Agents, Team Leaders. I also called the nodal officer at[protected] which went unanswered. Can't believe company like TATA SKY can be so unprofessional. Since I have spoken with several customer care people, my experience is that the 1st and 2nd level of people, Agents and Senior Agents are of no use and would not solve you problem at all. They are also rude and gives false promises and do nothing. You should ask them to allow to speak with the Team Leader or Senior Team Leaders. I am now going to email to the nodal officer and if possible file a legal complaint with consumer court. I sincerly believe, government also should do something to penalize such companies who cheat customers. Thanks Raj

        Tata Sky contacted me and extended my period to April 2015 as was originally promised by the person who cheated me. However Tata SKY did not compensate me for all my loss of time and phone calls. They however apologised me over phone.

          my tata sky id is [protected] activated from 2years. As on 5th October 2014 call received for free active music for one month. After I agree to add in my pack, company deducted of Rs.54/- from my monthly balance. Now as on date17.10.2014 i want stop service of active music, customer care replies now its can't stop and pay for it, in monthly subscription of Rs.230/-+54=284/-, I don't want pay extra Rs.54/-...

              I had contacted the designated customer representative of Tata Sky Mr. Mohan Prabhu for our building 3 times to meet and take us through the features and schemes. This incidentally is for 3 connections. Well I have heard of companies fighting over each other to acquire customers. The Brand name attracted me but it lloks like the sales people give a damn about the customers. If this is the case even before I take the connection ; I shudder to think how they would be later Regards Muralidhar

                Hi, My subscriber id is [protected]. I raised a complaint on 7th October to transfer my primary box to secondary box. Post that I have called 10 times to the tata sky customer care no and every time I got a different reason why there is a delay. I have escalated to 6 senior executives who are useless. I feel bad and sorry for choosing Tata Sky. Once my annual package is completed I would stop using Tata Sky. I have never seen a pathetic customer service from anyone. Deva.

                I am a user of Tata Sky for past 12 years. I am facing lot of network issue the marathi channels which i wanted to see most i am not getting a single network. I called your helpline number which is [protected] and is always unavailable. Whenever I trying to reach this help line there is long commentary they hearing. My mobile bill is charging so much .There is no toll free number in Tata sky. i receive calls from [protected] they told me our helpline not working because technical problem now our help is ok you complaint again but again it is of no use. your executives take my complaint but do nothing about it. it is the most pathetic service ever. i work in service industry myself and this is no way you can treat customers. I hope some one would atleast now take it on a serious note and provide me with a solution.

                  Please note that I have registered a complaint regarding the subject problem. The technician reported on 13th October 2014 and said that the problem has been fixed as there was a common transmission problem and asked us to switch on TV and see whether channels can be viewed. I have checked and saw that the channels are coming. The technicians then asked me to sign the paper and left. On 14th October 2014 I have received a SMS stating that Rs. 170 is charged towards WO # F9016N9. Kindly note since no work was done other than resolving the problem with the common antenna serving so many flats, it is not justified for charging for the work only to the complainant. Kindly review and credit the amount of Rs. 170/- deducted. Further, I do not understand as to why I have been served a SMS stating that "your tata sky ID [protected] will get deactive tonight. Recharge today with rs. 351 or more & get bonus of rs. 15 once a month. Also avoid idle maintenance fee of rs. 10.". Please review urgently. For your information I am still facing the problem with transmission and unable to view some channels. Jyotirmayee N. Barik

                    I have bought a new Set-up Box and my customer ID is [protected]. It has been installed on last Tuesday i..e. 14th October 2014. Since then it was not activated and every time when we approach Tatasky customer care number - [protected] but no one is supporting us and every time we are hearing one or ther other messages.

When i contacted customer care i was informed that it can not be dropped at at the moment and i was told to contact after a month. This is totally unfair. Profit earning by such tactis will distant customers. Request to do the needful.

                        On purchase a TV set from Pantaloon E-Zone, BBSR, Odisha on 14.09.14, they send Tatasky field agent Mr.Panda mob-[protected], who came at 22.00 hrs. and installed Tatasky with a payment of Rs/-2824, Rs/-2500 towards Tatasky installations and Rs/-324 for extra wire with a promise for a package of Rs/-500 and activation within 2hours.On demand of bill he assured to give next day.But till 15.09.14 I learned from Dealer Mr. Bulu mob.[protected] that my set is not activated as Mr. Panda did not made the payment.Then after much arguments with mr. panda it was activated at 14.59 hrs.with a monthly package of Rs/-230 and with a message that your Id no. is [protected] recharged with Rs/-1231.Immediately I complained to Tatasky and the dealer.They assured me to sort out the matter.But gradually Tatasky suggested to deal with DEALER and the dealer suggested to deal with mr. Panda without supplying me the money reciept for Rs/-2824 which I paid to the Tatasky man as a customer which is my right.Mr. Panda called me 2 to 3 times to the dealer shop where I waited for hours but in vein.I felt very harassed and feel that being so big named Tatasky ultimately cheating the customers through their field agent not directly otherwise it is the duty of Tatasky and dealer as care to customer to resolve the issue.Still now I did not have any documents supporting my Tatasky installations except message on mobile.Kindly sort out the matter with supplying reciept.

                          Service Request No: SR[protected] I am been charged for Everywhere TV since Feb 2014 but it is always shown as Zero per month in my account whenever I used to visit the Tatasky website for recharging. It was offered as free service initially and I would have definitely removed its subscription if some amount was shown against it. Now when I raised the complaint, instead of admitting that there is some error in their system they are putting blame on me that you should always verify your statements. Can it explained what should i understand when my screen shows 'Rs 0 per month'. I have never expected such callousness from a company of Tata Group. Kindly refund/adjust the money taken for everywhere TV.

                            Sir, From 30/09/2014 on wards we are not getting Kannada & English news channels due to" No Signal" problems. Same has brought to the notice of the concerned unfortunately, till date no remedial measures has been taken from the service provider. Even during clean/good weather conditions the Kannada & English channels are not found. Request you to take up the issue immediately before moving to other satellite connections.

                              dear sir, I have subscriber of the tatasky dth service of ref. No. [protected] for whichi am request for not viewing the chanel, as their suggestion I am agree for the paid service charges aginst my complain ref. No.F51599V dt.05.10.14 but unfortunately noone visited and company deducted charges of rs.150/- aginst which I am request at their Custmer care service for refund the same. They give the ref no[protected] for the same.while Noting the I came know that another service is activatated. So I request for registered the disactivation the said service, But their eXective named Sanjeev Thakur scolding me with bad words and not register My coMplAin.

                                I am seriously considering cancelling my TataSky. The signal is very bad, even when the weather is good I have no signal or if there is one there are constant interruptions. I've had the guy come out a few times now to check the signal but no improvement. Also, is anyone fed up with all the repeat programs? It's ridiculous! Same movies repeated over and over and now there's going to be a repeat series of Desperate Housewives! How many years ago did that show end? Also, the repeat of movies is shown during the day and good movies are being shown in the middle of the night. How ridiculous! The sad thing is that there isn't any customer care, TataSky doesn't listen to customers. The more I write this, the more I'm convinced I'm cancelling my subscription. Does TataSky employ anyone to deal with customer complaints?

This pack is added in my account by their executive without my knowledge and consent. This the way the company can't add any pack to the customer account by them self.                                         Since last three days, I am not getting the services of Tata Sky. The local Agent Mr. Ganesh Panigrahi ([protected]) has been contacted number of times but has not responded to the complaint till 09:30 pm on 09.10.2014. It appears he is not worried at all. This has become a regular practice of Tata Sky. Even the Toll Free numbers are being used for advertisement and not for redressal of the customer complaints.
