1. i m a subscriber of tata sky since 2008. 2. in 2011 i was given an offer for my base pack (supreme sports kids) for rs 175.00 pm (excluding taxes) for lifetime. 3. i subscribed to that. 4. since then i installed a second tata sky connection and a few add on packages. 5. my monthly subscription after considering all charges came to rs 610.00 pm. 6. in jul 2014, i got a call from tata sky that if i recharge my account for rs 1800.00 i will get the benefits of tata sky for 6 months, all included. so i had to pay rs 1800.00 instead of rs 3660.00 (rs 610 x 6 months). 7. i recharged for rs 1800.00. 8. next i find that my base pack has been renewed to semi annual pack and i was asked to pay for the other connection and add on packages. 9. also my subscription date was changed to jul 2014. 10. when i complained, the cust care exe took down my complaint and changed my pack to monthly pack and assured resolution within 72 hrs. 11. since then i have regd my complaint so many times that i have lost count of them now. 12. each time i have to explain my problem to which the reply is same : our backend support will contact u soon. 13. the backend support technicians have called up a few times but only for taking my complaint again. 14. they havent been able to resolve my problem till date. 15. now tata sky has stopped my services also. 16. i havent got what i was promised and also didnt get 6 months service. 17. to top that the one of the cust care exe called up for payment reminder and when i spoke to him abt my problem he spoke very rudely and disconnected the call midway. 18. i have been a loyal tata sky subscriber for so long but now i think their success has gone to their heads.

      Dear Sir/ Madam With due respect I wish to inform you that I am tata sky customer for last 8 years and my contract number or ID number is [protected] and I have always used this service by paying the sum in 1 year advance but I think this is the mistake which I am making because your staff is continuously bothering us with something or the other. I received a phone call from the member of the staff saying that we have subscribed for fun learning pack for kids and they have started charging us for the same since June 2014. But the matter of fact is that we do not have young kids in our family. Me and my wife are both retired and have not even subscribed for this back. Your staff was very rude and didn't even bother to listen my side of the facts. I have complained five times regarding the TV channels not very clear in quality but no response from your staff. They even have charged us for the service and also disconnected my service once which was very upsetting and frustrating for the retired people like us. I strongly believe that a disciplinary action be taken on the staff and a full refund of the charges deducted from my account during that period and to compensate for the inconvenience caused to me and my wife.         For the past 3 weeks I have been suffering with distorted screen. So far, I have complained twice. Someone comes and changes the dish and a few other components. The screen is still as bad as it was. The service person promises to come but does not. I live in Chennai. I have never seen such poor service from any other Tata organisation. It is extremely disappointing. I would like a refund so that I can move to another service provider as I have lost faith in Tatasky. They started off well but it has gone to dogs now.

          I have English Movie Pack from last three months. When I ask to Drop it due to my Sons Exam, they said come after One month.When after one month, today I contacted you, i was told that this pack has been dropped but Cooking pack is continuing without my knowledge. Now complaints: 1. When English Movie pack was continued from 3 months, why they did noot drop it and ask me to come after one month on 2nd September'2014 2. I wanted to drop the channel due to Exams of my children.Do I get the facilities?Does it serve any purpose? NO 3.When cooking pack was added to my connection for free and because I did not DROP it after one month, they charged me.Is it right?               Sir My Tata sky Id is [protected]. today phoned to the customer care in the evening to deactivate ad on pack of english movies. but just after disconnecting the phone i received a sms on my registered mobile no that active music has been activated. but i dont want to activate this service. i phoned to customer service but no satisfectory reply i got from there.                 This is for your information i had check my tata sky detail today i see 1.star cricket channel add @40/per month ID.[protected] SATVEER SINGH.without information.

                Some body call me 22nd me saying for regarding this channel offer but i have strickely reply we no need this channel now.if in future we need then will inform you or online add this channel.
                but this channel is activate why so that.

                Kindly resolve my problem other wise we are disconnect tata sky connection. that is not 40/-rupees issue but i feel that is fraud.

                    I would like to bring to your notice the extremely poor customer service we have received from Tata Sky related to subscriber id [protected]. We have called the customer service numerous times between 19th September 2014 and 26th September 2014. The three service request numbers we filed are Email reference No- 1-[protected], SR No- F21MOAD, SR No[protected]. In each of the cases, there was no follow up and no one called back to resolve the problem. The email request that was submitted based on the suggestion of the call center executive was closed without any resolution and without informing me. Everytime I call the customer service they ask for all the details of the problems and file a new request. However no one calls back or tries to solve the real issue. For the last one week both of our Set top boxes are inactive due to the mistake made by Tata Sky in the configuration and yet they refuse to make this a high priority issue. The customer service team is poorly trained and has no understanding of the technical issues. They are unable to take down the request correctly or understand the nature of the technical problem.                       some services was activated automatically on my tata sky connection. so my recharged amout was wasted in payment of those services. i called to customer care of tata sky . they told me to recharge my account by 100 rs so that it can work till the month ends, on the starting of the month they will change my plan. i did the same. but it worked only for 4-5 days and recharge ended on 23rd september 2014. SIR, please take this case in your account and act on this as soon as possible. i want refund of my money and time wasted.

                        Since last one week Tatasky services are improper. Its showing the dialog box of "No Signal" every now and than though whether is very clear. I tried tatasky customer care no ([protected]) many times but after giving all the necessary information call is not being transferred to customer care representative, i was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes. Its so irritating. Now since last 2 hours there is no signal as well there is no body from Tatasky to listen to it.

On 22 Sep 2014 the Prevoius night i talked customre care executive . They told me about active music channel but i refused to them for active the channel . But They haad activate this channel and charged Rs-50 for this . So what is this? without my permission how they can be activate any channel . Sir Please deactivate this channel and Refund my Rs-50 in my account as soon as possible otherwise I will move to consumer court.

                            Response of customer care is very bad . I am not able to contact the customer representive because they have changed the phone system.now the tata sky have become very worst.i have paid Rs 4000/- for HD plus .they have my new box to old by repairing .now set off is giving problems.technicians not properly given experience.

                            I have a TATA SKY connection at home. The connection is horrible that it stops even if it drizzles outside. For a few hours today, for no reason, the connection stopped abruptly. I tried calling all the customer care numbers available on internet but all the numbers are dead. TATA SKY is the most horrible thing under the sun. Please never take this connection. More horrible is their customer care. God save India

                              1. My resident got connection to TATASKY DIGITAL connection from MDU Unit, 2. For the last two month so many time signal was very week not working properly, 3. We compliant so many time lastly four time they charge. 4. This month four times charging Rs.100/-., Rs.150/-., Rs.200/- and Rs.225/-., Even after getting conformation from TATASKY Company they will do it free of cost but after execute the work with not informing or getting concern from me they taken away amount from my account i.e., [protected]., 5. We are explaining over phone so many times they answer is very positive however at last nil response only. 6. As a customer any compliant is one way only after conformation from my id alone but who is speaking on other side and other discussion are not able conform by the customer. 7. It one way exploiting the customer like me. 8. This month alone nearly 675/-was charged even after inform that they will do it free of charges the biggest company like you is exploiting the ordinary people with out following any norms of TRAI. 9. If you are ready to rectify your mistake no other option i will take appropriate action against your company and seeking legal remeady. 10.Only after getting from all the customer how your company is cheating the common people through electronic way deducting amount for service to exposed to common public. 11. It will be possible through PIL i will expose everything to public then only it will resolve by you or other wise company like you cheating easily your way

                                I am using tata sky services from last 4 years and from last 4-5 days few channel are not working here screen in black even last day[protected] I called up on your customer care no and told them about my problem and they ensure me to send some engineer for resolution, but no one visited, today i again called to your customer care and they told me your last day complaint was canceled by mistake and don’t satisfy my problem resolution even disconnect my call without any response after 22 min discussion without providing any resolution so it is my last time when i am asking to all you to resolve my problem by tomorrow 12.00 pm otherwise in future i will take some legal action against in your company It is very shame full for you when a 4 year old customer is feeling not satisfactory and your customer care team is not capable to t answer their question and disconnecting calls without giving them resolution i think it the dark time of company when they feel proud that they are best and slowly customer start changing their services provider i already make mind that in future i will change my service provider and dont refer to any one Tata Sky

                                Where do I even start? Is it the robot programmed customer helpline or the lie of the toll-free customer care number? TataSky's services is just bad. bad. I simply want to change my pack and it's taking me more than an hour communicating with a dumb robot over the phone because it cannot comprehend a single syllable of what I'm saying. . Why don't you have humans for help? Humanize your damn helpline! Don't ever have a good day!
                                We purchased Tata sky services in March 2014, since then we are getting troubles. In every 10 days, we have to call Customer care to register our complaint for not getting proper tv channels.
                                Their technician came and said that your dish is fixed at wrong place and that's why you are getting this problem again and again. Now... my question is...it is our mistake that dish is fixed at wrong place in the starting !!
                                After all this nonsense, we relocate our dish from roof top to our balcony(WE BEAR CHARGES OF RELOCATION i.e. Rs. 200 AND MISTAKE WAS NOT OURS) . Now technician came again, said that your dish is not OK and you need to change the dish (CHARGES Rs. 600).
                                YOU ALL ARE MAKING MONEY BY PROVIDING THIS KIND OF SERVICES. VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED BY TATA SKY.
                                i purchased 24 set up box but still not installed.

                                  Dear Sir, My Tata Sky ID No is [protected]. My name is Ramesh M. Rao . I have been using Tata Sky right from its inception and till now I did not face any problems, except no signals while it is raining . But now, even if it is not raining, I have no signals for the last one week . I thought that may be some repairs are going on, hence did not contact the company . I came to know only when I saw the neighbour was veiwing his TV, that there was some error in my cable connection . I telephoned your Toll number [protected] . I was given a number EY5UZN9 on 17th september and promised to service on 19/9/14 at 19.20 hrs. But to my surprise, when the person from the company arrived the channel started working, I asked him what did you do, for which he said that the wire was loose . But to my surprise again after 11.30 pm the signals went off, and I was without any channels . I again gave a complaint the next morning, again I got a new number EYTWZMU on 18th September 14. I was told the person will come at 14.28 on 19.9.14 . Now, till today no one has ever come, but while giving complaint, they reply by saying that they do not have any service people and replied rudely and kept the phone down. Please note my complaint.

                                    Urgent Payment Alerts showing on screen eternally

                                    I am Tata Sky consumer with Consumer ID No. [protected], this is to lodge serious complaint about annoying urgent payment notice coming on the TV screen every now and then and interrupting TV entertainment. I have topped up my account with Rs. 2000 against monthly consumption of around Rs. 800 PM.                                     This is with regards to consumer no [protected] Mamta Ponda. Around 3 Months back I had recharged Tata Sky for 1000/- . Soon after that due to construction of Building next to ours the Signal was no longer available and Tata sky was not working. We promptly put in a request for shifting the Dish. Tata Sky representative came and they could not fix the problem. Tata Sky had been deducting money from the charge of 1000 even though we had no service. We had even asked the Tata Sky to stop the subscription although the call center suggested that we could apply for a complete refund for the days the service was not available. After 3 months thanks to one of the Tata sky mechanic who had the knowledge of changing some part in the Dish the Signal was once again available. Now when I claim for the refund they are not ready to refund claiming that we did not stop the subscription. Not just that they are continuing to charge me for the same and the balance is -270. A person puts in a request to shift the dish in the same building not for fun but as the signal is not available. Such act of cheating is not expected from a company where the name TATA is associated although it looks like even he is joined the band wagon of others who cheat the middleclass. It is not about the[protected] but the ethics of the company which I am sorry to say are not present. .

                                      I requested to drop Active English Pack on[protected] to customer care executive and I was asked to call on[protected] [which was payment due date for recharge]. When I again requested on[protected], I was shocked to know that ACTIVE MUSIC Pack has also been added INSTEAD OF dropping Active English without my consent. Now today is my payment due date and customer care executive is asking to call again on next recharge date, till then I wll have to pay for these TWO PACKAGES, which I don't want to continue from today, i.e.,[protected] [Today is recharge due date].
