Updated by Manivasakan 1. My resident got connection to TATASKY DIGITAL connection from MDU Unit, 2. For the last two month so many time signal was very week not working properly, 3. We compliant so many time lastely four time they charge.4.
This month four times charging Rs.100/-., Rs.150/-., Rs.200/- and
Rs.225/-., Even after getting conformation from TATASKY Company they
will do it free of cost but after execute the work with not informing or
getting concern from me they taken away amount from my account i.e., [protected]., 5. We are explain over phone so many times they answer is very positive however at last nil response only.6.
As a customer any compliant is one way only after conformation from my
id alone but who is speaking on other side and other discussion are not
able conform by the customer.7. It one way exploiting the customer like me.8.
This month alone nearly 675/-was charged even after inform that they
will do it free of charges the biggest company like you is exploiting
the ordinary people with out following any norms of TRAI.9. If you are ready to rectify your mistake no other option i will take appropriate action against your company and seeking legal remeady. 10.Only
after getting from all the customer how your company is cheating the
common people through electronic way deducting amount for service to
exposed to common public.11. It will be possible through PIL i will expose everything to public then only it will resolve by you or other wise company like you cheating easily your way
