Hello Sir/Madam I’m writing to inform you that I had a negative experience in your customer service First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation My Subscriber ID is [protected] I have been trying to get things sorted out with my current a/c with you guys but to no avail all that i was trying to do was to Recharge the HD pack as we had loved the clarity of the service but the service provided was appalling we have been trying to get in touch with the customer care since Sun 31st but no success all that we get is that the line is busy or get hung up on multiple times we were informed to go online and to make the payments for the HD pack which we tried with same subscriber id and was getting a error to speak to customer care then i tried my Registered Mobile no [protected] and guess what Someone else's a/c is registered with my number (I will be attaching the screenshot of the same ) now when we finally got to speak to a person form Customer care whose name doesn't matter as you guys use Sou do names he directed me to this no [protected] in which i gave a missed call yesterday and got a call back today when i got the call was informed to speak with the customer care as they deal only with Installation and new customers Now can You Please direct me in which direction to go

    For the last four days I have been subjected to nightmarish, bureaucratic hell from Tata Sky. On Thursday 28th August after I spoke to an executive who called about some billing details I requested the addition of two Premium HBO channels. These were duly added to my account but the screens on all three HD Plus TVs in my house went blank. A statement on the screen for any channel I clicked on read "You Have not subscribed to this channel" My TV screens remain blacked out to date (31st) i.e. for 72 hours. On the first day I was told there was a software error that was responsible as my account was not reflecting my paid dues therefore my screens were blank - yet TataSky had all the billing details and were fully aware that I was totally paid up with my next payment due in October. Yet no one has been able to address this complaint. I have spoken at least 15 times over the last four days to a succession of junior call centres and so called 'supervisors who have promised variously that they will restore the service in 4 hours to 24 hours every single day. I am appalled at the horrible merry go round that I have had to endure, explaining myself afresh daily to every 'supervisor' or Floor Supervisor' who has no authority to assure me anything and take no responsibility for the complaint. There is no complaint number that I can keep referring to, nor a record of my successive complaints. Therefore each time I get a different person on the line who discovers my problem is related to the Technical Division and promises to put it on some 'high priority' to the mythical Technical Staff who seem to be on permanent vacation. There is no structured hierarchy where I can take my complaint if it is not serviced within a reasonable time. The only authority I can get is the junior call centre executive or his supervisor who is as powerless as him and makes promises of restoration that he cannot deliver NOR held accountable for. Not a single attempt has been made by Tata Sky to contact me and give me information on why my complaint is not being serviced. It is encumbent upon only me to continuously complain and enquire; not on TataSky to keep enquiring if my complaints have been addressed. In fact I was told a floor supervisor would call back as he was too "busy" to attend to my complaint after 4 days of continuous complaints. The indifference and facelessness of this company, the utter lack of accountability and the dead end complaint mechanism has been a shock coming from a Tata company. Its horrible lack of care has been a disillusioning and ugly experience. Till now I am waiting for service to be restored.

      Hi,
      I am a tata sky subscriber from last one year. I am trying to transfer and re-install my tata sky connection to another address for which i am calling the customer care of tata sky. I do get connected to one of the department (may be front end) but the call transfer from the department to right department takes forever.
      Have tried this for three times with same results.
      Can you please help us in sorting out this problem?

        Dear Sir, I (N.S.S.RAMESHLAL )bearing ID number [protected].my setbox, smart card, rca cable, internal power adapter and remote has been stolen on date[protected] has given complaint to GRPS RAYAGADA on date[protected].I had locked set box for 20 days.I had paid Rs1000(999 kitkat pack) to jain enterprises RAYAGADA (chunna lal jain mobile number:[protected]) for set up box on date[protected] .we are not yet received any message from tata sky..i had already communicated with customer nearly about 10 times.but there was no response.till now my problem is not yet solved.we need connection very urgently.our balance due date[protected].please solve my problem as earlier as possible, Thanks&regards, N.s.s.Rameshlal mobile:[protected]

          Dear sir, This is to inform you that I'm highly unsatisfied with your tata sky services now.Its turning out that the service you provide is absolutely ridiculous.There's no such act of right to information for the consumers as they are completely oblivion to whatsoever happening around. I was watching telly last night when i noticed that my tatasky package has been increased and surprisingly none of the tata sky assistant ever mentioned of such a price hike.It turns out that everything you been doing is at your own will.Add on packages are being interjected even though we never asked for them.Such a thing has happened twice to me.This is so disgusting and disgraceful that I'm looking forward to cease the connection ASAP.I hope there are plenty more options in the market that provide exactly the same facility as yours.Now you could imagine what would be your stature if other service providers would come to know about all these issues.. Better do something soon..

              Hello My sub id:[protected] Registered number:[protected] My complaint is after doing recharge for tatasky its giving continous reminder "urgent payment". I would like to know even after calling tatasky helpdesk they are not resolving the issue.And the customer care executive gives an assurity it will be processed in 5 to 10 minutes.My question is if we delay in recharge we are being charged for temporary suspension fee.Now after paying amount to tatasky we are not getting proper service. Today I called to customer care and they did not answered my call, instead the call was kept on hold and I can hear executive is not responding and busy with his colleague chatting.This is a second Frustrating service from Tata Sky Tatsky should understand that their customers are being charged(Rs1/min) for their every calls made to helpdesk.                 We have been cheated by the tata sky dealer m/s swastik enterprises, Shop No 4 Taniya Sargam, Near Dubey Medical Collage, Link Road, Nalasopara East, Thane - 401209 operated by Hemant Pujari and his wife Sheela Pujari ( Mob nos. [protected], [protected] ). Hemant has collected Rs. 3210 on 18th july 2014 for a new dishtv connection with vc. No. [protected] inclusive of 6 months recharge amount. However, the dishtv stopped working on 16th August 2014. Whenever we contact Hemant Pujari and his wife, they do not respond properly, or disconnect the phone. He is a big cheat. Please do not deal with this fraud. This agency has not provided us with a bill for the amount paid. However, we have taken voice recording of the communication transpaired at the time of making payment to this agency.

                  Sirs, I am pawan kumar a valued customer with subcriber acc. no [protected]. sir we have been a customer quite a few years. i had recently requested your technician Mr.Mohan to replace the dish as we had some alterations in the terrace. He has charged Rs.300 for the same and its been 25 days. the very next day when i checked and found no proper signal i had informed him to come and see into this subject. He further denied to come stating his kid is admitted in hospital and will be coming in few days. i waited. Today when i called him he has speaking very rude and he says he needs to speak to my wife not to me. since she has complained earlier. this is not the way to speak to a customer. he doesnt know how to speak with a customer. we are recharging and viewing the channels and we are not expecting any favour. when i said i may complain to your head office he has replied do what ever you like i am least bothered with you and the company. His name is Mr.Mohan His contact no : [protected] I hope you will take appropiate actions against this and keep me updated. i need him to personally come and appologise or else i am going to the customer forum. expecting your strict action in this regards.                     Hi, I had called TATA SKY Customer care to enquire about the existing packages in my account. In between the call, Customer Service Representative told me "Being a valuable customer we would like to provide you Active Music and Active Learn package", which I clearly declined. Upon ending the call, I got a message from TATA SKY stating Active Learn and Active Music has been activated on my account. I called TATA SKY again and I was told by Customer Service Representative that my request can only be processed after verification in around 7 working days. There is no process defined by TATA SKY to corroborate my claim of not subscribing to the services and when I asked the representative to provide the call records he declined and did not have any proof of the same. This is a gross negligence and inconvenience caused by TATA SKY customer service representatives who misguide the end customers and in the end its the end customer who end paying for it. There is no process which provides a claim for subscribing to the services and no confirmation message is sent to whether active the service or not.

                      It has been a month i complained that rs.1495 has been deducted from my account no.[protected] in the name of mic which i have not purchased. After complaining to the customer care i was told that they will refund the money back but it was not done.Again 2-3 days ago i complained about the same problem again i was assured it will be done soon but it was not done yet.Today it is showing that your account has been deactivated, then i called n complplained again n still the problem has not been solved out. Very poor service by TATA SKY.

                        Hi, I am using TATA sky connection. My sub id. is [protected] which consist even multi tv. Current pack is Dhamaal Mix Pack Complaint is as below: I have received a call from customer care on 17th Aug'14 asking to recharge with amount 2300/- + 2200/- to get annual pack at 4500/- for both main and multi tv. Further I enquired about annual offers Supreme Sports + Kids pack, on which customer care executive gave me annual pack details as 4900/-. Basis the details received I have decided to recharge with INR 4900 and get the new pack which is Supreme Sports + Kids pack, hence before recharging I again called up TATA Sky customer care team on 20th Aug'14 to re-confirm the amount for Supreme Sports + Kids pack, on which they re-confirmed the amount as INR 4900/- again. Basis all my conversation I have gone ahead and done recharge with 4900/- on 20th Aug'14; however on 21st Aug'14, I got a call from TATA sky customer care team stating that they will give me only Supreme Sports Pack and not kids pack as they offered Supreme Sports and not kids; however they gave me offer of Dhamaal mix at 4500/- I asked for additional offers and amount related to those, on which they gave me amount details as 4900/- for Supreme Sports + Kids pack and hence I recharged with the same amount to avail this benefit. But now since last 4 days they are validating again and again and giving me call stating that they cant give me Supreme Sports + Kids pack. To get this pack I will have to pay additional 850/- INR, which I feel is a fraud they did with me to get extra business. If they are playing such a fraud trick with one customer to earn 850/- then I believe in India there would be more than crores of customer using TATA sky connection and if they did same thing with them then they would end up generating millions of amount without giving the actual service what they offered. Writing this email to consumer complaint team to stop such practise immediately. Also need quick resolution on my complaint as I already paid 4900/- and today being 24th Aug'14, I still have not got my new pack which is Supreme Sports + Kids pack Request you to take appropriate action. When I gave my id number to recharge my account they told I have to give extra five rupees to recharge.Have you given the outlets the provision to charge extra? this shop people always charge extra amount while charging please do give me reply.

                            TATASKY ID No.- [protected].
                            My SET-TOP BOX (E5GJITN) was installed on 15/7/2014 after advised of TATA SKY official, free of cost. After installation it worked 10-12 days without any problem.
                            After that it was stopped almost daily for some period(2-4 hours). It was reported to CALL CENTRE, They helped and some time started working also.Now it is regular feature of NOT WORKING .properly
                            NOW IT HAS STOPPED COMPLETLY .Local representative was instructed to solve the matter.They checked and said that SET-TOP BOX is FAULTY, PAY Rs. 500/- for replacement.
                            My point is-- Rs. 500/- is not big amount to pay, but why it should demanded by TATA SKY.
                            I AM old customer since more than 5 years . It is requested to solve the matter & not to compail to discontinue the services of TATASKY.

                              Complaint's

                              1) My plan is not known to me in details & I want to change my plan through online.I am fed-up & totally disappointed with toll free service telephone system it useless.You neither register your complaint nor acknowledge within 1 or 2 minutes.
                              2) I want to change my plan with proper understanding but we cannot expect answer for this through telephone .
                              3) Reception quality for few channel is not proper, somehow I managed to call service person from your tel nos but only once he had come & later disappeared .
                              4) For subscription charges you follow up rigorously but for complaint resolving you are always at back foot .
                              5) Its time to write all grievance's to TATA SKY supreme authority .

                                  Hi, I am Tata sky customer. My ID is [protected]. It's worst service provider. They will fool customers & added the active packs. for me they have added 3 active packs which costs Rs.45 monthly with lockin period of 3 months means I am not able to cancel that also. Means they are stealing Rs 135 monthly from me. I call to customer care but they are giving reasons. If they want to call they can call me on [protected]. but my sincere word is don't take tata sky service.

They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the package and reimburse the amount that they have deducted.

                                      I have been using Tata sky since
                                      2006. Me and one of my friend staying together since then and had one single
                                      tata sky disc connection but two set top boxes, one for me and another for
                                      him. The original account was in his name and obviously his mobile no was registered
                                      in tata sky.

                                      Both o[censored]s are government employee and
                                      presently I have shifted my quarter, which is very near to previous one in the
                                      same campus (just about 50 meter distance). I have shifted my house on 20th of
                                      July since than I have been trying to get new tata sky connection with a new
                                      disc but keeping my same set top box. (relocation of one set top box with a new
                                      ID). For that I have been trying to contact Tata sky customer care and tried to talk to local customer care here in
                                      Shillong, Meghalaya. But to my utter surprise, I could only able to contact
                                      tatasky help line over phone


                                      on 27 th of July and my request was
                                      attended over phone (Jarkhand call center) and I was advised to pay Rs 825/ in
                                      the nearest tatasky franchise billing shop. I did the same immediately and
                                      received a sms over my phone at around 7.36 pm, on 27th July 2014 from
                                      AM-MYTSKY my sms from Tatasky read as " Your Tata Sky subscriber ID
                                      [protected] has been recharged with Rs.825. Installation details will follow. To
                                      get details about monthly charges, current balance, due date & packs on
                                      your accoun, give a missed call on [protected] from your registered number
                                      " Immediately I gave a miss call to the above mentioned number.
                                      Subsequently I received another sms in my mobile on July 28th Monday at 07.02 pm stating
                                      " Thank you for contacting Tata Sky .Currently your account is deactive.
                                      We will call you back Shortly & address your package related queries"
                                      Since than I had made enumerable number of calls to tata sky help line for fix
                                      my disc as i got the tata sky ID and paid for it. I got two three calls form
                                      Hyderabad, Ranchi. and Maharastra call center . Every time I need to explain
                                      them my story and after listening my side very patiently I received assurance
                                      that my problem will resolve within 24 hours. But nothing had happened I filled
                                      three complain in " help @ tatasky .com " and got service request
                                      number for my future reference. My Service Request numbers are ( 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] ) in three different occasion for same
                                      complain. Inspite of all these request my tatasky is not being connected.

                                      Over and above, my other colleague
                                      with home i had the tata sky connection also talked to the customer care center
                                      for installation of my disk from his
                                      registered mobile number. He also got the same assurance of 24 hours period for
                                      connection.

                                      I got a call from Hyderabad Tata sky
                                      call center on 12 th Aug at around 11 o clock and the fellow apologies for in
                                      convenience caused to me for so long and assured me that it will resolved within
                                      2 to three hours and assured me thta local
                                      tatasky person from shillong, Meghalaya will contact me and do the
                                      needful. I got a call from the local Shillong Tata sky person (Ph. No :
                                      [protected]) at 3.54 pm. This person was very irritating and does not have
                                      any courtesy to listen to me. He told me straight way that he can try for 13th
                                      Aug. if possible. When he heard my problem that I have been suffering for so
                                      long for a simple connection his reply was that " It is not his
                                      problem" it is the problem of Tata Sky and he is a franchise partner and
                                      he is not responsible for that.

                                      Mean while I received another
                                      sms from BP-MyTsky stating "
                                      Thankyou for Choosing Tata Sky. Your subscriber ID is [protected]. For any help
                                      call our helpline no,[protected]which is a number from Guwahati)

                                      I also received another sms stating "
                                      Greeting from Tata Sky. Your work order reference number is EIM0LX. you will be
                                      received a call from us within 24 hrs " This sms was on 13th Aug, 03.01
                                      Pm.

                                      Meanwhile I have called the local, Shillong Tata Sky person on mobile number +91 [protected]. He again told he
                                      will try and my connection may be complete by today i.e evening of 13 Aug. When
                                      nobody turned up or called me I my self called the same local number i.e +91
                                      [protected] but this time after hearing my voice he started becoming rude and
                                      disconnect my call halfway.

                                      From 27th July 2014 after i got my Tata sky ID
                                      ([protected]) I have been trying hard to get my tata sky disc installation & today is 18 day...who is
                                      accountable for that ? Are all company
                                      people are frauds ? Is there any honesty
                                      left behind in our work ?? and who is responsible for loss of my valuable
                                      time ?

                                        Dear Concern, I had recharged my tata sky, one year plan in scheme from customer care representatives, i had paid rs. 2450 /- for one year ( Package Name : Mega Grand Sports ) but after six months i am seeing that my packaged has stopped and the peoples says that i have to recharge it again the package is only for six month. after so many complaints their is no action regarding it, my complaint no is 1-[protected]. Package is on name of Mr. Sanjeev Sood. Mobile No. is [protected] please solve the problem asap. I need my money refund or twice payment neither i will file case to such peoples they are harassing me continues.
