Active packs added without information

They will fool customers & added the active packs. for me they have added 3 active packs which costs Rs.45 monthly with lockin period of 3 months means I am not able to cancel that also. Pathetic Customer Care Service

Bad Quality Installation of Tata Sky Umbrella

Adding the unnecessary packages automatically
