        I spoke with 5 persons in customer care. They are repeated the same again and again without gone through my email. Everyone says the amount credited in tata account but not allocated to my account and will check internally, will be resolved 24 hours. I have still not received a resolution. Todayis again my due... They expect me to recharge again during this pandemic situation. I am frustrated. Whom should i escalate. I am yet to apply the issue in consumer court in on line.

          I am using tata sky broadband internet service since 8 months. Recently i have shifted to new flat in same apartment. I want to shift my broadband connection to new flat. I have raised request for shifting on 14th of jun 2020. As per tata sky service provider it will get shifted in 48 hours.
          But it's more than 11 days my connection is not shifted.
          I have called many times to customer care executive they are giving promise that it will be done in 24 hours.
          I am working from home and i have very urgent requirement of internet connection.

            Copy of the mail I sent to Tatasky which is self explanatory

            This is further to my service request regarding Amazon fire stick.

            is already reported I was never provided with Amazon fire stick in the first place and but our you continue to charge me for Tata beings which is ridiculous.

            Now a technician is calling me to say that he is coming there to take back the fire stick which I don't have.

            When I try explaining to him, he says that he is aware of that and he is only trying to help me out. He says he will come there close the request and note down the service number which will be flashed on the TV screen.

            I still think this is absurd but anyway I am tired of fighting with you guys. If if you are not going to refund me the amount your debited for Tata binge account that I never had in the first place I have to take this up with the appropriate forum.

            Please also let me know your escalation matrix.

                Hello,

                LATEST COMPLAINT NO: 266MSSDU

                My name is Sourish Subhashchandra Bose. I took your connection in December 2019 and did my first recharge on 30th December 2019.

                My society has raised a complaint against me for placing the dish tv on the asbestos of our society's terrace and while placing that dish there is some damage done to it and they are asking me for damage control.

                When I spoke to your customer care they patched me through to a person who was the manager, I suppose. He was adamant that while fitting whatever hardware was used it was bought on technician's personal expense which the company does not cover and your customer says the opposite, your customer care says that each and everything is settled through the account...whom should I believe? There is a clear communication error between you and your team, why should I suffer for that?? Who is going to pay for the damage done? Because your technician was not ready to fix the dish anywhere else except that roof (asbestos), he just kept on saying that "Sir, you will not get signal" did he try getting any? No!! Did he use any signal testing device?? No!! Then how come he is so sure that there will be no signal. During the conference call, your technician admitted that the place I spotted is a risky place to place, risky for him to work, FYI, THERE ARE 5 MORE DISH TVs WHICH ARE PLACED ON THAT RISKY PLACE YOUR STUPID TECHNICIAN IS TALKING ABOUT AND ONE OF THEM IS TATASKY. What nonsense is this?! Just because of his incapability, he fixed the dish on the roof and damaged it.

                I WANT TATASKY TO TAKE ACTION AND I WANT MY REFUND BECAUSE I AM CANCELLING OUR SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR SUCH STUPIDNESS. I ALSO WANT THAT TATASKY SHOULD BEAR THE EXPENSE MY SOCIETY HAS FACED.

                There are few points which I want to put forward in front of you and SHOULD BE REGARDED AS MY FORMAL COMPLAINT.

                1) When I connected to your customer service, they did their sales pitch but they didn't explain me the terms and conditions or the policy before registering any type of connection, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IDEALLY, BECAUSE IT IS YOUR DUTY TO MENTION EACH AND EVERY CRUCIAL POINT BEFORE SUBSCRIBING INTO ANY SERVICE.

                2) While our very first fitting, the technician placed the dish tv on the roof of our society's terrace, I wasn't there on the very first fitting and that time. Logically and ideally, it should have been like before setting up any connection, the signal should be tested, there must be a signal testing machine which your company must have provided to every technician before fixing the dish, but NOTHING AS SUCH HAPPENED. THESE TECHNICIANS JUST WORK ON THEIR OWN BY SAYING, "Sir, you will not receive any signal here or there" and they place it anywhere where they think the signal will be balanced.
                2.1) FIRST OF ALL, before any connection this so called signal testing should have been done from your side, once everything is fine only then you should have processed further for a new connection. It doesn't make any sense that customer should buy your service first and then searching for signals, and what if there is no place from where that customer will get any signal, his purchased is nothing but a waste; and in such cases you should have the honesty and loyalty to refund all the money because it's not that customer's fault that your technician was not capable of finding any signal strength.

                3) Your field technicians must have a testing device with them and it should be used to test the signal strength before placing or fixing the dish, but your TECHNICIAN JUST WORKS ON THEIR EYES. DOES THEIR EYES SEE THROUGH OUR ATMOSPHERE AND TILL THE SATELLITE ??? I think not, for this reason alone don't you think that your technician should do a signal test first before fitting the dish? Once they fix it and search for signal and when nothing found then they place that dish somewhere else and then they charge separately and again you guys charge the customer for "Relocation" this is an extremely unethical way of doing business, no wonder you didn't layoff in such a crisis and pandemic situation BECAUSE THIS IS HOW YOU EARN, BY CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMER/S.

                4) Your staff doesn't have any sort of coordination between them. On asking one same question to everyone, everybody has their own answers, with their own [censored]ing defination. Not one person has given one same reply on the same question, the question didn't change but the answer/s did. Whom to trust?

                YOUR TECHNICIANS ARE A CHEAT AND THEIR MANAGERS ALSO SUPPORT THEM. Let me give you an instance which happened with me.

                Your technician arrived for fixing the dish tv, at that time he told me that the hardware materials used was at his own expense so I will have to pay for that (whereas your customer care people said that each and everything is covered, no need to pay the technician, I don't know whom to believe). Now, I gave him the hardware cost and fixed up the dish, what they do is they use the same nut and bolt (or any hardware materials) everytime and they charge on every fitting..logically if I have paid for the hardware parts those are mine, it should be returned to us but they don't do that, they re-use those same hardware which was used earlier and charge us every time, meaning they are using the same materials but charging us every time...we are paying again and again for the same thing.

                I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THE PEOPLE STAYING AROUND ME, DON'T USE TATASKY SERVICE.

                    My tata sky id is [protected]. I registered a compliant with tata sky to replace my set top box as it was not functioning properly. The tata sky executive came on 15th jun'20 and informed us that service charge of 150 will be levied. As our balance was less, he informed to recharge with 1000. Out of this rs. 1000, 150 will be deducted as a part of service charges and we received an sms from tata sky stating the next recharge date as 20 oct'20.

                    However tata sky discontinued our services on 21st june'20 itself, stating the balance is low. Upon contacting the customer care, we got to know that they had replaced our normal set top box with upgraded hd set top box and hence the rs. 999 are deducted. We told the customer care executive that we need normal set top box as our tv is a old model and doesn't support hd channels. Upon that the executive again checked and said the amount of rs. 1000 is not linked with our tata sky id and raised a complaint on our behalf. The executive also mentioned that back end team will contact us and the issue will be resolved by 24th june.

                    Since then we are receiving calls from tata sky stating the same reason that due to up-gradation of set top box the charges are deducted. We informed them that our set top box is in warranty and we just need normal set top box. We have also informed them to take away the current hd set top box which they installed on 15th jun'20 and replace it with normal set top box. But we are not receiving any positive response from their end. Hence we have to reach out to consumer complaint forum.

                    Kindly help us to get this issue resolved.

                            I think it's about time for me to elevate the complaint. I keep receiving calls of promises and commitments of the resolving the issue ever since its been reported and that’s about nearly 3 months ago. It wasn’t a big fuss for me when first reported for not receiving allotted speed of 32 mbps. Covid 19 made me work from home and i would have liked to receive 32 mbps rather than 19-20 mbps speed. But again didn’t wanted to make a big fuss about it, since it wasn’t end of the world for me. However post lockdown, i have been following up on the report and i receive only promises. At this point i continue to receive 19 / 20 mbps speed instead of 32 mbps. Most annoying part is that my case gets closed saying issue is resolved, in reality the issue still continues.

                                  On my secondary box, selected music channels like 9xm, 9x jalwa e24 b4music etc are dropping automatically after selecting and i am not able to continue to see those channels.

                                        I didn't use the service for 6 months. Then i recharged in morning but it is not working.
                                        On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
