I have 2 parallel connections in my flat.
My customer id : [protected]

This is to inform you that i had an signal issue in my secondary setup-box.
I had been registering complaint from 19th may 2020. (Wo#1-2307n4cm) but your technician did not visited me. He just called me and asked me the code displayed on my screen and i gave it to him. So i registered the complaint again on 22nd may 2020 (Wo#1-23bgesum) and that day your technician mr. Shrikant visited me at around 5:00 pm. He checked the setup-box. I suggested him, "please check the cable of dish. It might have loose connection." but he said, "no need to check the cable connection of dish, your setup-box is faulty and has to be replaced." i, again insisted him to check the cable connection of dish. But he did not listen to me. And he removed my setup-box for replacement. And the setup box has been replaced. And rs.400/- have been debited to my account.
But after the replacement of new setup box the problem was not solved. So i called him and told him the situation. He said he will visit tomorrow and check it.
I knew that he will not come tomorrow, so again i registered a complaint on 23rd may 2020 (Wo#1-23dgdqew) and i received from tatasky that my visit has been scheduled between 12:45 pm to 01:45 pm. Mr. Shrikant visited me. We went on our terrace and he just change the cable joiner clip and it worked.
So i told him, "please refund of my rs.400/-. Because my old setup box was not faulty. I told you to check the dish cable. But you did not listen to me. And finally the problem was with the cable connection. So why should i pay the amount for your mistake or fault?" he said he will put request for refund and call me. But i knew he will never call me. So again i put a request on your toll-free number and registed the complaint. From yesterday continuously i am calling mr. Shrikant and he is just replying, "i am on call. I will call u as i reach my office."
So my request is, as i said or mentioned above all the matter that happened is not my fault or mistake. This is the mistake or fault of tata sky executive/ representative/ technician. So i am not liable to pay the setup box charges of rs.400/- (Which i have paid). Kindly refund me by giving the credit of rs.400/-in my account and if tata sky is not able to refund me. Then you have to prove that my old setup box is faulty.
So these are the two options you have to do in my case. I strongly recomend you to terminatet these type o[censored]nder-knowledge and irresponsible employees. This also will strongly effect tata sky reputation & customer rating.

    I often get error 2 message (Properly insert your digicard) but even i do so there is no response in the setup box. I get it for almost 2-3 times per day. It’s really annoying. Please let me know the reason

      My customer id [protected] i have rasied my complain on 08 may 2020. On 23/05/2020 the service excutive has called me at 11 and confirmed that he will at 01.00 clock. After that he does not receiveg my call.

            I have tatasky connection. From past couple of weeks i am trying to escalate to tata sky that bharath today and prime 9 channels are not available in the list of telugu channels. I raised a complaint through tatasky app, one of service executive has came to my house to see whether any problem with setting. Later he confirmed that their is no such channel available in tatasky. Plz complaint to tatasky. Then i tried to contact through app but it could't helped me. Bharath today and prime 9 news channels. These channel are available with cable networks and some other dth service provider also. Why those channel are not available in tatasky dth service provider. I request you provide channels telecast in tatasky. I didn't know what is technical issues hope you understood the requirement of a consumer of tatasky.

                  I have taken tatasky new connection, and i was given an offer as below.
                  ~1000/- balance in my account
                  1month free subscription

                  When the installation guy came for installation, i clearly told him not to install anything if my offer or balance gets wasted as i will not available for a couple of months. He told me that he will install and keep the connection on suspension so that my money will not be wasted and also told me that, whenever i want i can just call them and to make it active. After a month or so, i got a message saying that my money got deducted as rental charges, and my free month subscription also completed. Hearing that, i just called up and mentioned the same. They came up with a solution that they can just refund 110/- rupees back. They kept on calling and did not refund my money back.

                      I am sarang sontakke residing in kolhapur (Maharashtra) my consumer id number is [protected] and my contact number is [protected].
                      I have raised request to upgrade my set top box from standard to hdmi on 9 may request no is 1-22 hinyrc, i had paid the fees o[censored]pgradation rs. 999 and recharge fees rs. 50 at the time of installation of the set top box.
                      Since last 6 days i am not able to see the channels, i am taking follow up from technician, service manager, nodal officer but still there is no progress at all.
                      I have six members (2 senior citizens) in the family, we can't go out on the background of corona lockdown. So only way is to watch tv for entertainment. Kindly consider my request and penalise the company for not working on things which they are getting paid.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have placed an order for new tata sky hd connection with the service request no 22n4qnzd. I have already done the payment of rs. 1804 on 11th may, 2020. After sending many emails and receiving calls from the customer service department, it is observed that there will be unexpected long delay in this covid-19 pandemic situation. Therefore through mail i confirmed that i want to cancel my order and expecting the refund urgently. Yesterday the customer care told me with in a day or two their technical person will call me. From today the stopped to reply my emails or calling me back and also they are not solving the issue.

                            Sir, after scanning the QR code shown in the Tats sky recharge option (TV screen) through Google pay, I have recharged with Rs.1872/- Recharge successfully completed. But the TV is not recharged. Still "recharge your tatasky account " displays on the screen. Kindly help me either to activate my account or refund my amount.

                                  I have apply a new dth connection from tata sky. Then he send a technician to my home. Then we have total payment 2110rs. But he sayed you have pay extra for cable wire rs.110. Then the totally amount is rs. 2220. Then i have pay 2000rs. Via paytm and 220rs. Pay with cash. But then company was deduct my amount from my connection account for extra cable wire but i have already pay then why he deduct my amount. And i am also complain for this issue but he didn't resolve.

                                      Dear tata sky team,

                                      Today i have made tata sky recharge of inr1000. Amount debited from my bank account. Transaction id - upi[protected]. But recharge not get in my account.
                                      The tata sky team also not helping us. Enclosed the payment details also. We really not expecting this type of services from tata sky.
                                      Please recharge my account as soon as possible.

                                      My issue not yet resolve. i checked with my bank account. The transition done successfully. i have references number also of my transaction . The payment refrences ID is[protected]. If you required will provide you bank statement. please do not close my request. If your scan payment having issues why are you providing option. make the easy payment through Scan ?

                                      Really painful followup procedure. The value of INR 1000 amount is valuable for me in this COVID -19 situation .
