    Dear sir,
    I have reported the issue of no signal in my set top box on 28th may 2020 and today is 10th june 2020, still no one has come to attend the work order generated. On calling daily the customer representative says we are sorry for the trouble and will escalate the issue to senior and your problem will be resolved very soon. But in vain no one reverted back.

      I recharged my tatasky id through Bhim app getting request from Tata sky com. I enquired Bhim helpline there they told amount credited to the beneficiary, but Tata sky helpline is telling till they didn't get confirmation message.tatasky.[protected]@hdfc bank should credit the amount to tatasky or refund my money to my UPI id which one you get request from me

        I switched on my tv after 2 months and it’s showing “this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error)”. I have sufficient balance in my tata sky account.

          I hv done a payment of 338 plan for my vodafone number but haven't received the recharge and amount was deducted from my phonepay wallet. Kindly do needful asap. I ant a refund.

              There was amphan cyclone in kolkata on 20/5/2020 following which the tata sky service got disrupted.. It took one week time when they cam to our society to correct it. But even after that the network was not resumed in my house. Following that i contacted on their service provider on 28/5/2020 and he concluded that the problem is in tata sky box. He asked me to call at customer care and register complaints for the same. I promptly did so. After that there has been religiously a call daily that they will be coming soon and delay is due to covid. But till now almost ten days after they committed they have not come. Even the service provider in this area refuses to pick up the phone..

              I will attach below the repeated messages they send as apology but have not managed to send a service provider to a well connected area like mine.
              Also attaching the apology calls i received but when tried to contact they are not contactable

                        Good afternoon Sir,

                        With due respect I want to state that I have done a transaction via Paytm for my Tata Sky dish of Rs.393 of Subs Id- [protected]. I did my transaction on 17th may and transaction went succesfull but the amount does'nt reached my tata sky dish. I have talked to customer care of paytm and of tata Sky both of them again and again either putting the blame on each other or saying to contact after 3-5 days again and again and now they are now neither receiving my call nor replying to my text. My paytm transaction Ref Id is[protected].
                        I have done the transaction by Scanning the code on tata sky app and on that my transaction reference no.- SHD[protected].
                        And my tata Sky account is linked to contact no. [protected]
                        I request you to please resolve my issue and refund my money because amount of 393 is a very big amount for me.

                          Hi sir/madam,

                          I have subscription with tatasky and facing issue with customer care and it is not getting installed. I have loaded 300rs into the account twice in the past and even though it was not installed, they would cut the amount on daily basis and technicians simply wouldn't come to install. They would say i have requested for postponing it even though i haven't done any such request. I lost 600rs over two years. The sevice standards are really bad. Request the forum to help on this issue.

                          Thank you, someone from corporate had called and addressed this. But I haven't received or reimbursed for the money that was cut earlier. I just can't imagine that I have to struggle just for getting installation done by paying total of 900Rs. Thanks once again.

                                  For 14 days we have requested for a technician visit, but no success, they only tell we will send them asap, as because there was a cyclone, no signal was coming, but after complaining for 10 days no one came to visit.

                                    Post may 20 we are not able to see tata sky service and inspite of multiple complains to customer care no one is attending. Every day they are saying the technician is coming shortly but no effect. They are giving lame excuse of covid situation

                                      I had placed a request for repairs on 21-5-20 at 12:45 am for repairs of my tatasky connection but even after following up with the helpline and the service centre owner and technician and their office staff no rectification has been done. Something must have happened during the cyclone that the signal went off. Viewing tv is a necessity nowadays and an essential commodity but this is the state of the company. The helpline has been telling me that my complaint has been escalated and would be taken up on priority basis everyday since 25th may but nobody bothers to rectify the connection. It would take hardly a minute or two to rectify the signal but who cares. We are not having wo fi connection also so can’t be updated as well and find it extremely difficult to work.
                                      Kindly take action against the company. Rhey can’t deprive us of entertainment news etc for some long. I am the only one in the entire multi-storied building who can’t even view tv

                                      Lots of efforts through calls and e mails were put in and there was undue delay by the service centre and the technician .I had to waste lots of time everyday following up but my complaint was attended to only yesterday and signal fault could be repaired in 5 minutes time but still the technicians were a big fuss and discriminative trying to make personal money

                                      Surprisingly my work order is still not attended to.Called up and chatted with the sole service centre in kolkata with the supervisor Mr.Achitya Chatterji and sent chat messages to the owner Mr.Nirmal Chatterji and the messages are read but nothing being done.to restore the signal.The extremely misbehaved technician called up and talked about charges which were not applicable as per the helpline since the signal went off at the time of Amphan cyclone on 20-5-20.Lots of follow up dine regularly through calls, e mails and continued requests but although the technicians have visited the building several times for work orders of other flat owners but not mine .The technician today called up to say that I would have to wait till tomorrow and that he was assigned my work order on 30th but he forgot to attend mine but attended to some other work order in the same building.Ridiculous behaviour not expected from a Tata enterprise.There is only one service centre in kolkata and these technicians take advantage of this.They are eager to make personal money every-time against the company’s policies.Lots i[censored]nnecessary harassment for a petty thing.

                                      Lots of efforts for a simple restoration of signal which took only 5 minutes but the constant follow up and e mails and calls were a sheer waste of time.Tge technicians exercise their own say and are sometimes misbehaved and try to make private money

                                        As customer, i gave a complaint on 30th, 31st and even 1st. Your area manager mr. Dharma rao, visakhapatnam, ap. Has given adement reply.

                                        Actually, i could not received set box signals and found that, lnb arm rod got loosened.

                                        When i asked to repair, they hesitate to do the repair, instead of that they are asking tp replace the entire set which cost of 600/-.

                                        Customer loosing confidence, loyalty and advocacy.
                                        For a small rectification, it is essentially to replace dish set?
