I had placed a request for repairs on 21-5-20 at 12:45 am for repairs of my tatasky connection but even after following up with the helpline and the service centre owner and technician and their office staff no rectification has been done. Something must have happened during the cyclone that the signal went off. Viewing tv is a necessity nowadays and an essential commodity but this is the state of the company. The helpline has been telling me that my complaint has been escalated and would be taken up on priority basis everyday since 25th may but nobody bothers to rectify the connection. It would take hardly a minute or two to rectify the signal but who cares. We are not having wo fi connection also so can’t be updated as well and find it extremely difficult to work.
Kindly take action against the company. Rhey can’t deprive us of entertainment news etc for some long. I am the only one in the entire multi-storied building who can’t even view tv

Lots of efforts through calls and e mails were put in and there was undue delay by the service centre and the technician .I had to waste lots of time everyday following up but my complaint was attended to only yesterday and signal fault could be repaired in 5 minutes time but still the technicians were a big fuss and discriminative trying to make personal money

Surprisingly my work order is still not attended to.Called up and chatted with the sole service centre in kolkata with the supervisor Mr.Achitya Chatterji and sent chat messages to the owner Mr.Nirmal Chatterji and the messages are read but nothing being done.to restore the signal.The extremely misbehaved technician called up and talked about charges which were not applicable as per the helpline since the signal went off at the time of Amphan cyclone on 20-5-20.Lots of follow up dine regularly through calls, e mails and continued requests but although the technicians have visited the building several times for work orders of other flat owners but not mine .The technician today called up to say that I would have to wait till tomorrow and that he was assigned my work order on 30th but he forgot to attend mine but attended to some other work order in the same building.Ridiculous behaviour not expected from a Tata enterprise.There is only one service centre in kolkata and these technicians take advantage of this.They are eager to make personal money every-time against the company’s policies.Lots i[censored]nnecessary harassment for a petty thing.

Lots of efforts for a simple restoration of signal which took only 5 minutes but the constant follow up and e mails and calls were a sheer waste of time.Tge technicians exercise their own say and are sometimes misbehaved and try to make private money

    As customer, i gave a complaint on 30th, 31st and even 1st. Your area manager mr. Dharma rao, visakhapatnam, ap. Has given adement reply.

    Actually, i could not received set box signals and found that, lnb arm rod got loosened.

    When i asked to repair, they hesitate to do the repair, instead of that they are asking tp replace the entire set which cost of 600/-.

    Customer loosing confidence, loyalty and advocacy.
    For a small rectification, it is essentially to replace dish set?

      I am facing a problem with tata sky since 25 days... But they are unable to fix my problem till date... Now i have made a fresh complain on 29.05.2020... After that i have talked to their representative several time... They told me due to restrictions of covid they are taking time... But today i. E 01.06.2020 when i called them to know status of my complain their representative told me as per their record my problem has been resolved when non of their technician called me or visit my place... More over i am not at my place since saturday... Please resolve the issue

        Post may 20 we are not able to see tata sky service and inspite of multiple complains to customer care no one is attending. Every day they are saying the technician is coming shortly but no effect. They are giving lame excuse of covid situation

          Due to the recent case of aamphan the cyclone our tatasky set top box is not receiving the signal.
          We have registered a complaint on thrusday 11am (Aaprox). But no step has been taken till now.
          After waiting for such a long time we had called local technician yesterday.
          We are faded up.
          Not liking the way they are treating the customer.

              Tata sky gave another connection from my dish which started giving trouble. I complained them about this. They replied that another connection wil be dismantled. They took away my lnb and connected my wire to somebody else's dish. I complained them again. Now they have installed another on my dish and have raised bill for the lnb

                          I have recharged my account[protected] on 13/03/2020. After this the account was not updated and on checking with the bank it was found that the amount was credited to Tatasky on 16/03/2020. I have brought it to the notice of Tatasky Helpline and accordingly sent a mail on 14/04/2020.
                          After about 2-3 mails with wrong details (from Sajad) which I advised for correction then the bank statement and other details were sought which was duly sent on 23/04/2020.

                          Again on 03/05/2020 I again sent the details received from the bank regarding the amount transferred to the Tatasky account. Bang came the reply on 10/05/2020 asking me to wait for 10 days and then contact. Also I received a call from them asking for details such as which device / which connection / which mode etc etc. I told them these details were not necessary and I just wanted a confirmation that amount is not received from tatasky and I wanted a written email.

                          Payment of 13/03/2020 they are asking me to wait for 10 days even after almost 2 months passes away. The person (Salman) who is replying is either not read my mail or this is some auto response.

                          I am really sick of the lockdown and the response of Tatasky during lockdown. Please guide as to what must have happened to the amount of Rs.1000/- debited from my bank.

                              I have been using tata sky connection since 2017... Somewhere in 2018 i relocated and relocation installation of tata sky was done by tata sky people only... Now here is some issues with the connection and that needs a technician visit to check the alignment of the dish or  wearing... For which i need to pay for technician visit and cost of the hardware...

                              As installation was waranted for a year...

                              So i do not understand when installation was done by tatasky then why should i pay for technician visit... As i have already paid for installation...

                              So sir this is not the way of doing business you still need to learn how to do business... I will think that i have paid money to begger tata's... Who does not have courage to take responsibilities of their own product...

                                I didn't recharged my tata sky for a month, then i recharged it today but it's not working.
                                There is the message on the tv display shows that "this is the wrong card for the set top box (Pairing error). I tried wiping the card with cloth then also not working

                                  Today afternoon i did payment to activate my dth, rs 302 got debited
                                  From my account but dth didn't got activated. The support from tata sky customer care service was not proving proper assistance. Didn't expected. It is request please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    With reference id [protected], i lodged complain on 21st may 2020 against repairing of tata sky services as my set top box was not working properly. But till date i yet to receive any service engineer call from tata sky service center. In the mean time i lodged complain again and again to customer care center of tata sky. They assured me to send service engineer as earliest as possible. But they failed to contact any service center at kolkata. The relactant attitude of service center really hampered the reputation of tata sky. Plz take proper action to solve my issue as soon as possible.
                                    Otherwise I would like to quit from tata sky services.

                                      I live at Sylvania Magarpatta City, Pune On 1st May 2020, i purchased 6 month broadband plan from tata sky broadband. As an offer, they had promised static ip. For that i called to the customer care on 18th May 2020. They informed that they will provide ip v6 within 48 hrs. But even after more than 5 days they have not given me the static ip. They have a SLA to provide static IP within 48 hrs. I have made several followup via call to customer care, email to customer care but in vain. Ticket ref No R-870633, C-870619, R-870181, R-862350, R-860954. they close the ticket and open a new one for clean SLA compliance.
