Not changing the package

Installation not done even after SLA period is over

Also forgot to mention, I stay in Outer Ring road, near JP Morgan, in apt complex close to the main Road.
This info is to tell the fact that , my house was not in an area which was difficult to access.

Ridiculous customer handling systems

New Dish

I had ordered a new Dish for my Tata Sky digicomp as my current Dish got accidently broken by some workers. I ordered for a new dish on 17/03/2011.

I was told that the new dish will be delivered in next 24hrs. But no one came. I called them on 18/03/2011 evening and again I was promised that the dish will be delivered on 19/03/2011 morning....

Long delay in installation

Hi - I ordered Tata Sky on Saturday (12th March) and paid them in full. I was told that my installation would be completed in 3 days. However, after various calls (more than 5 as we speak) and various times when I was asked to stay at home to wait for the engineer, I am still without Tata Sky. I have all the agent names and so on, so happy to provide it to the relevant folks. Would appreciate any help in getting me a refund.
