complaint against a wrong recharge

I have recharged my tata sky set top box today but mistakingly on the wrong set top box which isn't working. It was a monthly recharge package of rupee 464. Please help me in getting my refund back. So, that i can recharge on my right set top box... The wrong set top box subscriber id is as follow...

keeps saying digi card is not inserted properly

Tata sky is not working. It says digicard is not inserted properly. Despite reinserting the digi card and cleaning it so many times it still keeps saying digicard not inserted properly. No other options are available. It just keeps showing error 02. The account was recharged two days ago and was alright on that day. This issue started appearing the very next day and is still not resolved. Reinserted a lot of times but no use....

dd national not showing

DD National (Channel 114), already being a free channel, is included in our subscription pack but on the television it says that "the Channel is not subscribed". We also sent SMS on 56633 to add the channel from the RMN but from there also the reply was that it is already a part of our subscription. Then why it's not showing on the television?...

I am getting getting error - this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error) for subscriber id : [protected]

My account is recently recharged and has already 750 inr balance is present in my account.

I am unable to access tataksy because of this error, but my account balance is getting deducted each day.

Please solve this issue asap....

setup box showing not able to connect from last 2 weeks

Hi team,
We have been complaining back to back on this issue but no response is received. This is period of lockdown so no call center service available.. This is understood. But the whatsaap service which you have started is not helping at all. I have been trying from last two weeks but no good response and neither my connection issue is resolving.
Please arrange a call on the no firstly and once done, please fix the issue....

complaining about tata sky recharge

We have dth (Tatasky) connection. I recharged amount to the wrong tata sky id. On[protected] i. E, tuesday i have mistakenly recharged with amount of rs.255 tatasky id: [protected] while recharging tatasky id :[protected].
My account is deactivated now due to low balance. And my pacakage has been deactivated and channels and not displaying.
So, i request you to kindly credit back amount to my tatasky id....

amount deducted from account but recharge didn't happen.

I have paid Rs.255 for recharging my TataSky account on 31/03/2020. Money was deducted from my SBI account but the re-charge never happened. My TataSky account has been deactivated because of low balance.

Please solve the issue immediately, either by way of refund or by completion of recharge to my tatasky account.

I recharged my Tata Sky account on 22th march evening by PhonePay..It has been a day and my account is still deactivated although a balance of 193 is present in the account ..Why would the Tata Sky server will de-activate the account in between although balance is available?? Is this some kind of fraud.? What kind of service is that.? Fix this problem...AndI advise the new people not to subscribe to TATA Sky......

After the transaction, till date i have not seen my tata sky...

Dear sir,
To recharge my tata sky tv connection having subscriber id [protected], i have deposited rs 335.00 twice on 23.03.2020 and 25.03.2020 vide bank reference numbers igaijftpu7 and igaijpyty6 respectively.
However, rs.335.00 of 23.03.2020 refunded on 26.03.2020 vide bank reference number ixgasnvtw9.
Now till date it is not recharged and remains deactivated...
I have tried to inform the matter over given mobile...

tv not working

We have got an issue in the tv which is not working and it is causing the below issue in the set of box and no picture seems to be coming.
Error message : pairing error.

set top box stuck on standby mode

My tata sky set top box is stuck on standby mode and does not turn on. Sometimes it turns on but shows no signal after a few minutes or if we change the channel. We have tried unplugging all the wires but no result. We are continuously trying to contact the customer care but no response from their side. Have been facing the problem for 3 days and no resolution till now....

My Tata sky Subscriber ID - [protected], Have Recharge of Rs 341/- picture attached, Still I am not able to see any channel, showing Recharge not done. Please help to activate from your family end as soon as possible.
