Dear all,
Good morning.. This is umasankar sahukaru. I am sorry to complain you about this. On 1st april i paid 312 rupees for a monthly recharge.. But unfortunately i paid through my google play account to a wrong id ([protected]) which was not working, and this is my previous setup box.
Again i paid to my new set box id. We have the channels..
So, i kindly request you all to refund my amount which i paid my previous id..

    Its been a long time since animax got banned. At that time there was a few people who watch anime but with time things have changed. Now there are a lot of anime fan in india. Please with great regards I request you to take a risk of broadcasting it again.

      Since tuesday 07/04/2020 3pm approx. I tired to change my pack to family kids sports pack with the help of customer care representative. She said 2 hours... By evening the complaint was raised by another customer care executive. She said i will get a call back.. Today 08/04/2020. I didn't any call myself called 10-15times.. But nobody supported. I begged them... They kept on waiting n then disconnected.. As usually.. Now i m tired n shameful to have such a service. If tatasky some courtesy will call me back after seeing this complaint.. Shame on u guys..

          Dear sir,
          I am enclosing the new trai guidelines for your information and needful action.

          The biggest change is the reduction of the network capacity fee (Ncf) charge that is levied on each subscription, for every pre-defined bundle of channels. According to the new rules, the ncf charges for 200 channels can now be a maximum of rs 130 plus taxes per month. Earlier, it was rs 130 plus taxes per month for 100 channels. You will continue to pay rs 25 for every bundle of 20 additional channels you add to your subscription. Also, the new guidelines clarify that the channels mandated by the ministry of information and broadcasting, which include the doordarshan channels, will not be counted towards the channel count for ncf charges.

          Tata sky and d2h have updated the policy documents to reflect the changes. D2h, owned by dishtv, clarifies that its subscribers need to pay rs.153.40 including taxes per month for the first 200 channels and every additional bunch of 10 channels will be charged at rs 10. Also, if you happen to own multiple connections (As in multiple stbs) under the same user account details, d2h will charge a flat ncf of rs 50 plus taxes โ€” and a subscriber can choose their own set of channels for this stbs. Tata sky says their customers need to pay rs.153.40 per month for the first 200 sd channels, inclusive of all taxes and a flat charge of rs.188.80 per month for more than 200 sd channels, including all taxes. Multi-tv users on tata sky have to pay rs 61.36 for the first 200 channels and rs 75.52 for more than 200 channels. Both companies consider 1 hd channels as 2 sd channels, which means for every hd channel you choose, it takes up the slot of 2 sd channels in the ncf computation.

          Dear sir,
          I had recharged rs 275 on 06.03.2020 but i could not get the confirmation of payment to tata sky till 07.03.2020 evening so i couldn't view the tv.
          I started watching the tv from 08.03.2020 to 28.03.2020 i. E. For 21 days.
          My account number (Id) is [protected] and package was rs 339/- per month till march 1st week. The monthly fee has been revised by trai from 1st of march 2020 so i had recharged rs 275 for the month from 08.03.2020 to 07.04.2020 but tata sky have reduced the validation to 28.03.2020 which is injustice with me.
          I've recharged the amount of rs 186 on 29.03.2020 at 6.45 pm but i have received the recharge confirmation at 11.25 pm.
          I have checked my payment on tata sky app which shows rs 185.26/- per month for the basic hindi and marathi channels. So i have recharged rs 186 and i am enclosing the details of the same for your information.
          Now i request you not to change the validity of my connection which is valid till the end of the april i. E. Up to 30.04.2020 other wise i have to lodge complaints to trai which may be noted.

            On april 7th, 2020 i have recharged through online for subscription id:[protected] for rs.220/- through debit card. Whereas i received in my registered mobile no.[protected] that a different subscription id: [protected] was recharged.in fact, i forwarded e-amil to [protected]@tatasky regarding this. Since my subscription for my id [protected] is expiring shortly i request this should be rectified early and activate my id [protected].

                  This is in regards of my tata sky subcriber id : [protected] (Registered mob no : +91 [protected]). I'm not at all happy with the kind of service that i have received from tatasky in the last few weeks.
                  To start with : i have contacted the customer care of tatasky on the 9th of mar as my set top boxes were not working.
                  I have 2 set top box at my residence under my account. A technician name mr. Dubey visited my residence and stated that both my set top box are old, faulty & out of warranty. The only option was to replace the old set top box with the new one, for which i agreed and also paid rs 2400/- for the new set top box.
                  However, since then there are four set top boxes under my name, out of which 1 was deactivated & 3 were active. I had never ever requested to add any more set top box as i only have 2 television at my residence. Moreover, when i realized this i raised the complaint with tatasky customer care on 2nd april. They assured me that they will deactivate the third set top box as it was not requested by me.
                  However, on the 4th of apr someone has again activated the third set top box. I contacted the customer care again, they made a conference call with the technician (Mr dubey) who agreed that i have not contacted him to activate the third set top box & it was some third party who did this.
                  This is databreach & fraudulent activity under my name as my details are being used to activate services without my consent.
                  I demand an investigation & compensation for the hassle & inconvenience that i gone through during this tenor.
                  I believe in tata as a brand and i wish that a prompt action is taken against my complaint.
                  I would also like to appreciate customer care executive ms shweta who went an additional mile and made a conference call.

                    Hi All,

                    I have made payment to TataSky as a part of yearly recharge due to portal issues make 3 transactions for these transaction no update or massages received so thought that this transaction was failed so I leave idea and decide to recharge later. But after couple of hours I got massages that this transaction happen successfully and amount deducted from my account. Hence I call back to Tata Sky Help desk to get highlighted this issue and get return my excess transaction amount. They raised a request which is mention as below and given promise that it will return to my HSBC credit card account where I did payment in 4 to 5 days. As per there massage my raised Service request was closed but issues not get resolve. I am really not understand on what basis they close Service Request. I ask this to support engineer but he did not have answer on that which really loose my petitions.
                    I check my account statement but this amount not yet return back, now almost 15+ days happen. I check with my bank and ask them to check, they checked in details but none of request they received. As per them it may or may be canceled ask service provider (Tata SKY) to recheck so I called Tata Sky. As per discussion they are not sure what happen and when it will get resolve issues. They are giving excuse regarding COVID and so on but they are not to do manual or man made task this is online transactions. I am really getting difficulties because my CC transaction charging me unnecessarily heavy interest on this transaction. I need your expert assistance on this issue and get assist to solve this issue.

                    Again same thing happen without any solution service request got close (Service Request : 205583VY). I am loosing my patience now, Tata Sky is really sucks and not at all giving any solution at all. My money still not yet reverse back to my account. Tata Sky is taking advantages of current COVID situation to rob the customer in anyway.
                    My humble request to Consumer Complaints Team to look into this and assist me here to get back my money.

                              I am having tatasky connection. It was disconnected from a long time. Due to the reason i was not getting signal now i have shifted and got the signal.                                       Tata sky is not working. It says digicard is not inserted properly. Despite reinserting the digi card and cleaning it so many times it still keeps saying digicard not inserted properly. No other options are available. It just keeps showing error 02. The account was recharged two days ago and was alright on that day. This issue started appearing the very next day and is still not resolved. Reinserted a lot of times but no use.

                                      It's not resolved. The account was recharged today and it still shows digicard not inserted properly. Once again tried cleaning the digicard and inserting it again but no use.

                                        DD National (Channel 114), already being a free channel, is included in our subscription pack but on the television it says that "the Channel is not subscribed". We also sent SMS on 56633 to add the channel from the RMN but from there also the reply was that it is already a part of our subscription. Then why it's not showing on the television?
