The representatives of tata sky dth and tata sky broadband contacted me on 6th march, 2020 and advised me to take tata sky broadband connection by surrendering bsnl broadband. They said that both tv`s will operate through internet and no dth charge will be required to be paid. They also suggested me to get on hold the remaining amount of dth. As suggested i applied for broadband connection and deposited rs. 3982.50 as per suggested plan.
Before this they checked my both tv's of which one found android. For another tv they provided me fire tv stick.
I got on hold my remaining amount of dth in night on 6th march, 2020.
In the morning of 7th of march, i. Found
My tv became inoperative. I contacted them, they asked me to recharge dth.
I don't understand as to why they cheated me. The channel's are also not showing live telecast.
It is clear that the representatives of tata sky and tata broadband have cheated me. I, therefore, request you to refund the amount of rs. 3982.50 deposited by me immediately.

    The package subscribed in my tata sky a/c no. [protected] shows hbo part of the package; however, the same is not showing on the set top box. Even if i try to add the channel manually while recharging, it is giving an error of duplicate channel. This issue has been raised with tatasky customer support multiple times and they are unable to resolve and having saying that buy the channel separately, which is also not working.

    Tara sky dish shows wrong card and occurring pairing problems. We are not recharge our dish from long time. When I'm recharge it today it shows wrong card and I'm clean a card with dry clothes but problem is not solved please done something for my tata ssky dish.

      My name is k rama mohan rao, i am raising this ticket to complain with regard to tata sky dish tv ireegular billing dates and addtional charges without any prioir notification. I have taken a package worth 306rs per month and the following month i recieved a bill of 325rs and also they charged the billing cycle 2 days ahead of the actual billing date wihout any prioir indication to me through email or mobile or message. When i contacted them they informed that the billing would never be on the same date which is strange as it is a monhtly subscription, i would expect the billing to me on a specific date.

      Could someone please help me in this.

        I have taken the tatasky dish connection vide my application/ receipt no. 372347 and id no.[protected]. I have paid the amount for rs. 2164/- on dated 09.02.2020 for package of telugu basic hd.

        But till the date the dish antenna and connection has not been done.

          Very poor chat sessions which goes off quikly,, mediocre staff,, i wan to pay my bill,, but the chat people do not have proper email adress,, they dont send invoice,, when i want to pay theo say sbi netbaking,, sbi wants ref number/invoice number but tatasky incompetent team is unknowlwdgeable,, tata name is put for a toss like a typiucal muncipal corporation,, i had a bitter xperience when i alled a person to install tatasky dish he was a vey vcested inte4rest prson with zero know how on manners,, please help,, regards

            Dear sir,

            The company representative mr. Murali vide contact no.[protected] and mr. Naser vide contact no. [protected] told that it will be installed in two days. But till the date the dish antenna and connection has not been done.

            For first two days after paying the receipt they lifted the call and said it will be installed shortly. After they are not lifting my phone calls.

            We took the connection of this tatasky on one and only reason is that its a reputed company with a huge commitment. I am very much surprised the way treating by tatsky like this with a new customer who trusted blindly.

            I am shocked that such a leading network will do like this. I request you that please take necessary action on representatives and give us the connection immediately

              I wanted to see the live telecast of football match which was supposed to begin at 1:30 am. Since i did not have the channel i tried adding online from official website with no success. The message service was also not working. Then i had to call customer care around 12:45 am for the issue and the person on the other end said, he can’t do anything until 6 am in the morning. This is the worst response a customer looks for. Absolute zero customer satisfaction. Even though the dth provider is the costliest compared to its other competitors, i’ve been a loyal customer since last 12 years and this is how they pay you back.

                  I came back from work today and when i switched it on, I am getting a blank screen with this message - 'The set top box needs to be paired. Contact the customer care if the problem persists.' I was on call with the customer care and every time they say it will be resolved today but it is not resolved since 28 Feb

                  I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged but it is not working.

                        I am using my tatasky dth after few months. Recharged and account loaded with enough balance. But shows this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error. Also removed the card cleaned and inserted again. Still error pops! So please resolve this soon. Tried all refreshing options by giving missed call and all.                             I was out of station for 10 days. Returning back on 25th Feb of the last month, after when I switched on the TV, the notice is always showing "your device needs to be paired" & also the advice for contacting customer care.                               Till now i have raise 4 request and all of them have been closed without any resolution. If i call cutomercare for the status they say they are very sorry for the inconvenience, every time i call they say the same. Below are the request number which i have been raised and closed without any resolution.

                              Above all the request have been closed without customer satisfaction.
                              Why should we raise request when they have to close the without our satisfaction.

                              The supervisor (Dasari yadagiri very irresponsible, mannerless) who has sent the technician for the attend the request is very careless, he doesn't gives respects to me even once also, very rude in his talking and closed all the request without my confirmation.

                              This is how you process the request?
                              One technician came to attend the request said that it is fault with my tv.
                              I have showed him the hd channels and said with there is a problem with my tv with hd channels where as it was with good picture quality.
                              For another request another technician came and he has done some picture settings i. E., brightness, colour, contrast, so i need to do for each and every channels the same things.

                              Another technician said that tatasky sd channels quality will be like that only compared to other dth services, better to go for other dth services as they are going to provided good picture quality.

                              My tv is sony bravia.

                              Before your tatasky hd set top box i used to have local cable connection, they used to provide good picture quality for all the sd channels.

                              Today supervisor (Dasari yadagiri mobile number:[protected]) along with his manager (P subhash mobile number:[protected]) were abusing (The word utter lanjakodaka) me. This is how tata sky asking your representative to talk to the customers.
                              Iam considering the above matter very seriously.
                              supervisor was saying that they will close the request immediately without giving any resolution to the customer and no need to take any confirmation from customer to close the request, if such is the case what is the use of our opening the request.

                                I have a problem with my id no. As tata sky connection has been shared with my neighbour, we both have the same id no. So we are facing much issues while recharging our channels. When i am recharging my channels it is getting recharged for my neighbour and not for me. We are getting much problem while recharging and we are not getting response from tata sky service. Please help us as this problem is creating issues between me and my neighbour

                                  I took a new connection of tatasky on 16/02/2020. But I am very unsatisfied with the SD setup box picture quality. This is a new setup box but I now need this SD setup box to be replaced with HD setup box. I discussed the same issue with customer care but they asked me to wait for 3 months. But as per my knowledge this is new connection and can be replaced soon.

                                      I had called tata sky to complain against no signal on my tv. While the complaint was registered some technician called and asked for address which was provided. Then he went on to say that the pincode is incorrect in the system, for which i said it is not my issue as initially i had provided the correct pin but they recorded the incorrect pin and it really doesn't matter as i am not receiving any mailers from them anyway. The service provider went on to register the pin change and marked the complaint as a "relocation request"
                                      It was neither a "relocation" nor was my issue resolved immediately. Subsequently the signal was restored and i was charged rs. 300 for "relocation charges". Upon complaining the tata sky help desk mentioned that any change in address, even pin change is considered as relocation and there will be a charge for this. This is the biggest fraud that can ever be committed by any service provider and i sincerely hope trai takes action against these guys. I have since decided to cancel my tata sky connection as i don't want to deal with such frauds.

                                        Tatasky deducted my money after recharge.
                                        During complaints they told you added sports channel thats why we deducted.
                                        Actually on 30 th january 2020 some telephone calls to my number and introduce him that he is From Tatasky and he offered that Tatasky giving sports pack free for One month, i you agree we will add the channel.At taht time i told if there is no money will be detection from my Base pack i oked with your offer. later recharging on 3 rd feebruary they deducted my Rechrge amount. Lot Phone calls to their customer care they refused to return my money and also they stopped the channel from viewing.
