Sir,
I have a problem with my id no. As tata sky connection has been shared with my neighbour, we both have the same id no. So we are facing much issues while recharging our channels. When i am recharging my channels it is getting recharged for my neighbour and not for me. We are getting much problem while recharging and we are not getting response from tata sky service. Please help us as this problem is creating issues between me...

I took a new connection of tatasky on 16/02/2020. But I am very unsatisfied with the SD setup box picture quality. This is a new setup box but I now need this SD setup box to be replaced with HD setup box. I discussed the same issue with customer care but they asked me to wait for 3 months. But as per my knowledge this is new connection and can be replaced soon.

Tatasky deducted my money after recharge.
During complaints they told you added sports channel thats why we deducted.
Actually on 30 th january 2020 some telephone calls to my number and introduce him that he is From Tatasky and he offered that Tatasky giving sports pack free for One month, i you agree we will add the channel.At taht time i told if there is no money will be detection from my Base pack i oked...

I am not satisfied with decision of tata sky nodal officer. My complaint is not addressed properly, without giving any logical or justifiable reason for change in my subscription plan and increase of my subscription amount without even informing me or obtaining my confirmation, thus causing loss of rs.8242 to me.

Tata Sky Broadband scammed us by false advertising the package we purchased. We paid Rs. 4796.94 to get 214 days validity for the 200 Mbps plan, but the app only shows 90 days validity. The speed is also only 100 Mbps, but it shows 200 Mbps on the app.

We've called them multiple times, but all we get is an apology. They also refuse to refund our money.

While installing the tata sky technician said, sir your society is centralised and private dish antenna is not required in your society.

denial of service of channels I have subscribed

Last night, after a tour i returned and switched my tv to see asianet news channel at 1811. I was advised to send sms opting this channel. I did so to get a reply that i have already subscribed to this channel. This is true because the amount i paid in february has the package including this channel. I again tried and got the same answer. I got the same problem when i tried to access other channels i had subscribed and got the same result....

Pathetic service it’s been one week and problem is not resolved. Customer care unit call after every 1 hour and asking for same question which is replied many times. Yesterday i have received app 30calls from tata sky. Plzlook into matter. They kept calling even after asking them not to call.

They are not able to relocate connection within same society.
So i want refund amount of set top box and do not want tata...

frequent calls for recharge and promotions

Hi team,

We are getting frequent calls (Daily many times) from tata sky marketing team which is very annoying and frustrating as a customer. We humbly requested tata sky people calling us to stop doing so but next time they call from different number so blocking also doesnt help.
Could you either please ask them from stop calling us or take an action against them.
Otherwise we would like to surrender the connection.br...
