I have mistakely recharge wrong tata sky id. I wants to get my money back in my account. Today i have recharge with 493. But i mistakely recharge with my old registration number. I have changed my registration number few week ago. My new registration number is [protected] and my old registration number was [protected]. I recharge with my old registrated number ([protected]) mistakely.

    I am not receiving any tv signal from last night after rain and heavy wind. The case was reported at phone no.[protected] attended by mr ravi and later forwarded to mr kamal sharma. Both the persons asked me to pay rs. 150. Oo for deputing any mechanic to look in to the matter. I am to state that it is the responsibility of tata sky to ensure that signal reaches my home and if there is any problem, they are to rectify that without any cost to customer. Moreover, tata sky executive stated that they can not provide any service to me without cost.

        I have been using tatasky for so long and all of a sudden it’s showing wrong digicard. I don’t understand why did it happen. Now tell me how do i solve this problem so that i can watch movie and enjoy this service. How long will it take for this problem to get resolved?. Kindly look into the matter. And i have tried wiping it with a soft cloth and i have also tried removing and inserting many times.

          I have paid 237 rs for monthly recharge but it doesn't credit in tata sky account. Will you refund it? I have paid through UPI Id and the money had credited in the particular account but haven't credited in my tata sky account. Still, my account has not recharged. Also, my DTH will be deactivated tonight. Refund our money back as soon as possible.

            Tata sky has been promising to add new channels. But bharat today telugu channel has been for so many years. Why tatasky is not airing this channel. Pls let us know if you are not interested in airing. We may find other choices. Not just bharat today there are some other telugu devotional channels. There are many viewers complaining about the same for many years. So tata sky when are you going to resolve the issue.

              I have made a payment on 27th Feb 2020 of Rs 695 for my account. The payment was done through the Tata Sky App and I used Phonepe as the mode to pay the amount. The payment was successful as shown in Phonepe but my account in Tata Sky was not updated. On contacting the Tata Sky support they ensured that they have not received the payment and it will be refunded back to me.

              I further contacted them to know the time by when the amount will be refund and they said it will take 10 bank working days to reflect the amount in my account. It has been now more than 10 bank working days and still the amount has not been credited back to my account. On further contacting them they asked me to provide my bank statement after which they will take necessary action.

              I have provided them all the documents and still there has been no response from their end. In the mean time I had to again pay for my account as I was unable to play my TV because there was insufficient balance.

              I have attached all the necessary documents. Please take necessary action and help me resolve this case.

                I have been getting sales calls everyday from tata sky inspite of repetitive requests to put my number on dnd! Every time they assure me that its been already done and i still keep getting the calls. This is so annoying as the calls keep coming from different numbers each time, so how many numbers would you block. When you are in middle of important meeting or work the calls come which are useless. I had already confirmed that i do not need the service still they keep calling and selling!!
                This has been so irritating, i had also spoken about raising a consumer complaint if this keeps happening and here they are again. The call details are

                  I didn't use the service for couple of months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
                  On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

                  Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                      I recharged my tata sky hd digital set top box today. After recharging when i switched to the channel it showed a black screen saying "the set top box needs to be paired. Please call customer care if the problem persists". My hd set top box is completely sealed and do not have any card connected externally. If it had a card the problem could have been solved, but being a digital hd set top box it does not have an external card. Help!

                        My customer id is c[protected]. A new tata sky internet connection was installed at my place on 15th march 2020.in the application, i had mentioned my middle name as dorab. However in your records it is taken as dorba. Please change it to dorab.

                        The contact no. Was given as [protected]. However all sms messages and
                        Communication are received on the landline no. 97361008. Please send all communication to [protected] and incorporate this in your records.

                        Along with the internet installation, a landline connection was also to be installed. I was informed by your man that it will be done so in two days but that is still not done. Please take action on it.

                              I complained to Tatasky that my DTH services are down and they arranged a field visit appointment.

                              Tatasky WO No# 1-1YCDOQA6.

                              He did antenna realignment and it was fixed. But then he replaced a signal splitter switch and a cable connector which was not necessary.

                              He did this to add Rs.250 for parts as part of the visit.

                              He then left the new connector hanging as it was not needed.

                              The money is not important but the nature to change unnecessary should be condemned.

                                  It's been 10 days, subscribed channels and even free to air channels are not showing. We thought it must be regular update of service, but we were wrong. No toll free number provided to interact with customer service providers. My father had to recharge for calling the customer service. 1.49₹ deducted without any call connection with customer service. Company has forgotten their customers. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                    I have a started my tata sky after 2 or 3 months and now i am getting error message that the setup box needs to be paired. Let me know if i can find any assistance here.
                                    My rmn is [protected].

                                    It is asking me to contact customer care which i did and they are asking for digicomp and digicard number. And when asked where can i find it they said "online". It seems either they do not know how to help or they do not want to help. As this is complain website i am spitting the sause out on the table.

                                      The representatives of tata sky dth and tata sky broadband contacted me on 6th march, 2020 and advised me to take tata sky broadband connection by surrendering bsnl broadband. They said that both tv`s will operate through internet and no dth charge will be required to be paid. They also suggested me to get on hold the remaining amount of dth. As suggested i applied for broadband connection and deposited rs. 3982.50 as per suggested plan.
                                      Before this they checked my both tv's of which one found android. For another tv they provided me fire tv stick.
                                      I got on hold my remaining amount of dth in night on 6th march, 2020.
                                      In the morning of 7th of march, i. Found
                                      My tv became inoperative. I contacted them, they asked me to recharge dth.
                                      I don't understand as to why they cheated me. The channel's are also not showing live telecast.
                                      It is clear that the representatives of tata sky and tata broadband have cheated me. I, therefore, request you to refund the amount of rs. 3982.50 deposited by me immediately.

                                        The package subscribed in my tata sky a/c no. [protected] shows hbo part of the package; however, the same is not showing on the set top box. Even if i try to add the channel manually while recharging, it is giving an error of duplicate channel. This issue has been raised with tatasky customer support multiple times and they are unable to resolve and having saying that buy the channel separately, which is also not working.

                                        Tara sky dish shows wrong card and occurring pairing problems. We are not recharge our dish from long time. When I'm recharge it today it shows wrong card and I'm clean a card with dry clothes but problem is not solved please done something for my tata ssky dish.
