My tata sky set top box is still in warranty and is not receiving signal since february 09. The complaint for technician visit to resolve the problem had lodged in tata sky on february 09. But tata sky neither send a technician to resolve the problem till today. Kindly take immediate action against tata sky as it has ruined my consumer rights vigorously. Furthermore, kindly make it sure to resolve my problem regarding set top box as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I recharged tata sky with 245 rs. On dated 18 february 2020 at night from net banking on my registered tata sky mobile no. [protected] and my tata sky id [ protected]. Money has debited from account but money is neither reflected in tata sky nor in bank account i. E recharged not successful.
    Please refund my money in bank account as soon as possible.

      - first complain issue 15 february then engineer call me and conform address and issue but don't come my places and complain cancel for engineer.

      - second complain for 16 february and engineer call me conform issue and suggestion stb upgrade, i speak not stb upgrade but my issue resolve, but engineer not agry and complain cancel.

      - third complain for 17 february but this complain not registered

      - forth complain for 19 february and don't call me by engineer and complain cancel for engineer and.

      -fifth complain for 20 february then expect engineer visits and my issue resolve...

        My tata sky subscriber id is [protected]

        I am not satisfied with decision of tata sky nodal officer. My complaint is not addressed properly, without giving any logical or justifiable reason for change in my subscription plan and increase of my subscription amount without even informing me or obtaining my confirmation, thus causing loss of rs.8242 to me.

        Tata sky nodal officer has replied in response to my complaint that quote "in compliance with the new tariff order your multitv charges have marginally increased." unquote

        However, the "new tariff order" does not allow m/s tata sky to change my subscription plan and increase my monthly charges without even informing me forget obtaining my confirmation. It may be seen from my tata sky registered email extract (Attached here) that there was no intimation from m/s tata sky about changes in my subscription plan (Multi tv service) or my account subscription charges.

        Further, increase of rs.1300 per month is not marginal for me. However, if it is marginal for the nodal officer then m/s tata sky may bear the same and refund it to me.

        Hence i am preferring this complaint before your good selves by providing full details of the complaint again below:

        This complaint is because rs.8, 242.28 is excess charged by making arbitrary change to my monthly subscription pack without even informing me or obtaining confirmation. This is first time that i have faced payment issue with m/s tata sky since past 8 years that i am availing the service. Before you reach to any conclusion, i request to please read the below complaint carefully along with supporting facts and attachments.

        Since 2012 we have been using four tata sky set top boxes and subscribed to annual mega pack with multi tv subscription.

        On 2nd june 2019 i had called m/s tata sky executive on helpline number with request to subscribe "premium sports english hd" pack for my one set top box and "multi tv" pack for three set top boxes. M/s tata sky executive told me to pay additional rs.26, 500 in order to avail the annual bonus offer. Hence on 2nd june 2019 i paid rs.26, 500 towards full one year subscription charge for my four set top boxes, in order to avail annual bonus offer (Bonus being due on 27th may 2020). However rs.26, 500 paid for one year subscription got over by 31st january 2020 itself. This was because from about 1st august 2019 onwards my subscription was changed to "premium sports english hd" pack on all my four set top boxes without even informing me or obtaining my confirmation. This resulted in increase of my monthly tata sky expense by about rs.1300 per month for 6 months from august 2019 to january 2020).

        The calculation of annual subscription amount of rs.26, 500 by m/s tata sky executive valid from 2nd june 2019 up to 27th may 2020 was as follows:
        Annual subscription amount of rs.26, 500 = (Premium sports english hd pack @ rs.744.60 per month x 12 months x 1 set top box) + (Multi tv subscription @ rs.399.90 per month x 12 months x 3 set top boxes) + (Tata sky binge @ rs.249 per month x 12 months) = total rs.26, 319.60 for one year annual subscription (From 2nd jun2 2019 up to 27th may 2020)

        As evidence of the aforesaid, please find attached here all my tata sky monthly account statements along with tata sky registered email extract.

        It may be seen from my tata sky registered email extract that there was not even a single intimation from m/s tata sky about changes in multi tv service and my subscription charges. Without intimation or confirmation, my subscription was arbitrarily changed to "premium sports english hd" pack on all my four set top boxes from about 1st august 2019 onwards. This led to increase of my monthly tata sky expense by about rs.1300 per month for 6 months (From august 2019 to january 2020).

        Honestly, we don't watch english tv channels and "premium sports english hd" pack was subscribed on one tv for my guests only. The "premium sports english hd" pack is expensive and m/s tata sky should have intimated about changes in multi tv service before subscription of "premium sports english hd" pack on all my four set top boxes.

        If m/s tata sky had informed before arbitrarily increasing my subscription charges then i would have subscribed "premium sports english hd" pack on only one set top box and "hindi basic" pack on my three set top boxes from 1st august 2019 onwards. With my this subscription change, my tata sky charges should have been rs.2033.29 per month from 1st august 2019 onwards calculated as follows:

        My tata sky monthly charges from 1st august 2019 onwards = (Premium sports english hd pack: rs.751.81 per month x 1 set top box) + (Hindi basic pack: rs.344.16 per month x 3 set top boxes) + (Tata sky binge: rs.249.00) = rs.2, 033.29 per month

        Accordingly from 1st august 2019 up to 31st january 2020 m/s tata sky should have charged rs.12, 199.74 (I. E. Rs.2, 033.29 x 6 months) to my account. However actually m/s tata sky has charged about rs.20, 442.02 to my account from 1st august 2019 to 31st january 2020 (Tata sky monthly account statements are attached for reference). This resulted in total excess charge of rs.8, 242.28 to my account due to change in my monthly subscriptions from about 1st august 2019 onwards without even a single information/intimation or confirmation.

        It is requested to kindly refund or adjust the aforesaid excess amount of rs.8, 242.28 charged to my account from 1st august 2019 to 31st january 2020. Presently i have temporarily suspended two of my tata sky set top boxes and have changed my cable tv subscriber to jio tv. If m/s tata sky could not refund or adjust the aforesaid excess amount charged to my account, then i will have no option but to change my cable tv subscriber for my balance two tvs as well.

        I wish to continue with good tata sky and sincerely believe in honesty of the company. I sincerely request you to the needful as rs.8, 000 is a big amount for me. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

        I was away for 4 months during which my setup box was not used . but when i came home and recharged my tatasky setup box it shows pairing error. Pls help

        I have been away for 4 months and i have not used my tatasky for that period os absence . when i got back home i turned my tv on . i knew very well that its not going to work. So i immediately recharged my tatasku but it didnt work even after that . i looked at the screen and it says . this is the wrong card for the setup box.pls help me . i have a football match tonight

            Tata Sky Broadband scammed us by false advertising the package we purchased. We paid Rs. 4796.94 to get 214 days validity for the 200 Mbps plan, but the app only shows 90 days validity. The speed is also only 100 Mbps, but it shows 200 Mbps on the app.

            We've called them multiple times, but all we get is an apology. They also refuse to refund our money.

            The desired resolution would be to give us 214 days validity as originally promised.

                It's being 3 years now i am using tata sky.

                While purchasing tata sky connection i have paid full amount of dish box, antenna, wire.

                While installing the tata sky technician said, sir your society is centralised and private dish antenna is not required in your society.

                If you want we can give you antenna now or in future when it is required you can call us will give you and it will be safe with company.

                I said ok, it's good if company can take care of my antenna, later on i'll take it if required.

                Now i want my antenna back and tata sky come like bagers please pay relocation charges and then will give you antenna.

                Customer believe on you and now when i want my antenna back tata sky clearly denied that.

                On customer care one lady come up with a words like do whatever you want to do, but you have to have relocation charges first than will give you antenna.

                I haven't changed my address, address is still same. I am facing a issue in society where multiple times my tv wire got cut down from main antenna and someone take that connectors with them.

                Is any kind of joke is happening here or what.. Each time when i asked tata sky that connector is not in place they said technician will visit and you have to pay charges for that and whatever is required for that also.

                Tata sky what you guys thinking, customer is fool or what. I can socialize your work to everyone.

                Please continue the work you are doing. I am sure very shortly you have to pay for this.

                I will get my antenna any how and inform each and every one in society, company, my friends, relatives, that don't go for tata sky.

                  Tata sky representative and unisyn enterprises employee srinivas is explaining to me about tata sky fully fake and lies about the tata sky, he is telling about the tata sky fully hd channels and only charge amount 250 rupees only and come all channels like all channels.                     Last night, after a tour i returned and switched my tv to see asianet news channel at 1811. I was advised to send sms opting this channel. I did so to get a reply that i have already subscribed to this channel. This is true because the amount i paid in february has the package including this channel. I again tried and got the same answer. I got the same problem when i tried to access other channels i had subscribed and got the same result. I don't understand why the service is denied when i have already subscribed the channel. The whole thing is so ridiculous.

                    This morning i got into more problems as only one light of the set box was burning when i switched on the tv.

                    I would like to get these problems rectified soon as i am missing a lot of importance news and other programmes.

                    I have not been able to access any channel since 5th February.

                    I will be on tour from 15th to 21st. If the problem is not solved by 15th afternoon, I shall disconnect your service and subscribe to another DTH. You can collect your equipment on 22nd or after.

Par 22.30pm bhi ho gaye ab tak recharge hua nhi aur na activate hua, customer care executive ne bhi proper response nhi diya...                         Pathetic service it’s been one week and problem is not resolved. Customer care unit call after every 1 hour and asking for same question which is replied many times. Yesterday i have received app 30calls from tata sky. Plzlook into matter. They kept calling even after asking them not to call.

                        They are not able to relocate connection within same society.
                        So i want refund amount of set top box and do not want tata sky service anymore.

                          We are getting frequent calls (Daily many times) from tata sky marketing team which is very annoying and frustrating as a customer. We humbly requested tata sky people calling us to stop doing so but next time they call from different number so blocking also doesnt help.
                          Could you either please ask them from stop calling us or take an action against them.
                          Otherwise we would like to surrender the connection.

                            I have received one otp from tata sky provided, after that i have received call from tata sky person he ask me for otp. I was told him why are asking for otp hr told me one day offer 30 days free service for tata sky bingo. I give him otp number then i got one message from tata sky ur service is activate. Then i call him he told me our technician come tomorrow and fit device but technician is not come. But my amount is deducted from account. I have call five times for customer care but they have not solved my problem. I have decided to go to consumer court or stop tata sky service.

                              Since 19 th feb my tatasky not working. Technician was not able to sort out the issue. They debit visiting charges wrongly and deactivate the account. I paid 600 rupees for change of dish. Still problem continued. Then again after my complaint technician visited and changed part which was changed aweek back. Tatasky wrongly debited 315rupees and deactivated the account. My mails to helpline are not responded

But i have not received any response from the help desk of the tata sky. The validity period expired yesterday. I wanted to recharge for the sd connection but no reply from them. After confirmation i will recharge by rs. 285/ for tamil basic pack.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I have taken tata sky connection in jan'2020 which includes hd set up box, firestick box, amazon prime membership free and monthly package includes for kannada regional channel of inr 99+ gst.

                                  However i paid inr 2300, after deduction includes i had inr 565, but now its changed.

                                  I just got set up box and nothing else given... If i ask, customer care is giving wrong information and even representative is not responding..

                                  I have only inr 450 balance and keep on duducting amount from my tata sky wallet even in suspension mode.

                                  Please have the sales representative who are qualified and have the ethics...

                                  Simply i lost inr 2300..

                                    People who came to install the set up box were unknowledgeable and tip cautious,, they never came in time,, the person in quetion who was to come at 11.30 am,, comes at 1.30 and appeared to be in so much hurry that finally handholding of the product was not done,,,, he demanded rs150/ for some wire he said he needs to fix,, i asked give me the receipt he said they cannot give receipt??
                                    When i wanted to speak to his boss.. There was no reply from his boss,, who also appeared incompetent??
                                    I went into chat session with tatasky,, but mnay many software issues,, like despite feeding corect reg number and mobile number sysytem says invalid,, i am a qualified infotech chap retired and flet very frustrating,, regards & thanks

                                        On 5 march i called tatasky customer care for stand by mode problem. They remove the standy by mode of old tatasky [protected] registered on my number and not the new one[protected]. I recharged the old tatasky and my service resumed. Again the tatasky has gone on standby mode. They had done this earlier also and forced to buy new tatasky. I dont know inspite of hardware repair, old tatasky was not working but yesterday they have resumed the services. Both of tatasky are now in standby mode .Now customer care is not responding Please do some needful.

Now same problem is existing in the new setup box. I called the customer care again and they are asking to pay again for the technicians. Why do we have to pay again and again for the same problem.
