deactivation of account

Since 19 th feb my tatasky not working. Technician was not able to sort out the issue. They debit visiting charges wrongly and deactivate the account. I paid 600 rupees for change of dish. Still problem continued. Then again after my complaint technician visited and changed part which was changed aweek back. Tatasky wrongly debited 315rupees and deactivated the account. My mails to helpline are not responded...

conversion of hd connection to sd connection

tata sky dth connection - jan'2020

Hi team,

I have taken tata sky connection in jan'2020 which includes hd set up box, firestick box, amazon prime membership free and monthly package includes for kannada regional channel of inr 99+ gst.

However i paid inr 2300, after deduction includes i had inr 565, but now its changed.

I just got set up box and nothing else given... If i ask, customer care is giving wrong information and even...

Any channel in the television is not visible and non of that is working thats why i am not able to get my entertainlent.in each of the channel it is written that you haven't selected the channel and even i am not able to contact with tata sky help line no. On 5 march i called tatasky customer care for stand by mode problem. They remove the standy by mode of old tatasky [protected] registered on my number and not the new one[protected]. I recharged the old tatasky and my service resumed. Again the tatasky has gone on standby mode. They had done this earlier also and forced to buy new tatasky. Customer care numbers not responsive to the complaint. I have taken the tata sky dish cable and subscribed to their package. Now nothing is available for viewing and all the consumer complaint numbers not able to resolve the problem.
It appears as you have not subscribed to this channel, in spite of the fact that those are all subscribed and one year payment is done and next due for payment is August 2020....

recharge made on 11 jan 2020 not reflecting

Hi I have Tata sky subscription and I recharged my tata sky account for Rs. 200/- on 11 Jan. 2020. I observed that it was not recharged and I called them. They said wait for 48 hours it would reflect. I waited until 17th and raised a complaint (request number 1TYA13MM). They said it would take 7-10 days to resolve the complaint.

Today February 1st. The request is not resolved rather after calling them they said it is closed...

not getting service since a week

I have been trying to escalate my issue to the tata sky team from a weeks time but no response from local manager or from the regional manager. Will there be any one from the national team to help me out or do i need to proceed legally on this case now.
