Facing an issue with the tata sky setup box every time when turned on the error message appears, even after the recharge and also the card has been cleaned and reinstalled multiple times, but still the error message appears which says this is the wrong card for this setup box error (14).

Its been a decade since we are associated with tatasky but in recent times the kind of service you people are providing is just pathetic. From past 1 month we are not able to watch tv due to some issue in set up box and we have called technician almost 6 times in last month but still it hasnt been resolved. And every time technician ask for cash money to resolve (You may see in your system that it has been cancelled by them last month many...

As i am away from my home station and my family members are facing such problems. Also tata sky doesn't respond to any calls made nor they have alternative number where they would receive a call. tatasky added a package without consent

I realised that the balance had gone very low in my tatasky account and then called tatasky helpline to enquire the reason. They informed me that i had added tatasky package and that’s why. I had not given any request to add this package. Now tatasky is saying that this request came through a dealer named nilesh dth in nashik whom i don’t even know. Now tatasky is saying that i will not get the refund for the package which i did not subscribe....

regarding tata sky recharge and services

I done tata sky recharge of 290 rs on 11 dec from tata sky aap but it not comes in my aacount mean while balance shows zero amount. I again recharged on 19 dec from tata sky aap of 292 rs again it shows zero amount, they told your amount is not submitted in tata sky merchant. But from my account it was debited. So it's my complaint and humble request i want my money back from them... Thanku....

tata sky charges for super lnb for tata sky hd+ dvr upgrade box

I had tata sky SD recording box from last more than 10 years. On 8-Dec-2019 i have upgraded tata sky SD recording box with tata sky HD+ recording box. Customer care arranged technician and replaced my existing set top box with HD+ DVR box. Also customer care told me that upgrade charges is 7890 Rs.
After installation, when i start set top box and TV, I found that most of the HD channels has distortion and no signal issue. I told technician...

The executive sent by the company had just installed the wifi however the wifi is not working, upon telling the executive on the spot right in front of him he is denying the fact and telling us that it's our fault.
We've showed him using chrome, uc browser etc. He's misbehaving and the sales guy is also not responding and refusing to meet in persons....

erratic and misbehaviour by the technician who visited on 18/12/2019 ( today)

The technician who visited our home today ( 18/12/2019) was erratic and aggressive. Although he was right at our entrance, he was making repeated calls in a very erratic and aggressive manner. Refused to reveal name ; but his picture was taken with mobile phone, for registering a complaint with police. Take strict action against him. FIR in line....

frequent loss of signal

I have been experiencing very frequently for the past many weeks the problem of loss of signal and the error message on tv is bad weather. The weather in mumbai is absolutely clear. Techinicans have visited many times, changed set top box (Charged me for the same), changed some connection points and yet problem is not resolved. I continue to experience the same problem every 15 to 20 days.

keep repairing setup box and collecting money repeatedly from customers

I am using tatasky from past 7 years and last 3 years am facing setup box issues. When the service guy will come and replace some thing and they are collecting money again and again without proper service. Every time we have to call customer care for that charging rs.9/- per mintue and we have to wait more than half an hour to call their customer care people.

It's all very clear fraud business and they don;t have business ethics,...

recharge through google pay not credited twice

My account got deactivated since it has been two weeks past the due date. I recharged my account today (14/12/2019) by logging in into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet. Also, it's the second time this is happening. I[censored]pi payment doesn't work, then kindly remove it from the list of payment options being shown and also provide refund...

tata sky doing fraud locking channel after recharge of 220

I am not regular recharge my set top box only if it required now i recharge plan 220 rupess for zee sony and colors now only sony is working and rest all channel are locked i called customer service they ask me they will send a technician who is going to charge some fees if its any problem with set top box but that is # you can see channel is locked by broadcaster just to get 150 rupees visiting...

Hi tatasky,

I have got a new connection 3 days back. While purchasing it was mentioned online as it is free for a 1month basic pack and balance was showing around 144rs. After two days it is showing minus -44rs after checking with customer support they have mentioned it is a charge of installation & device which is not fair. I need your immediate action on this or else i need to take a step forward on this issue....
