Hey,

I have ordered for an new connection yesterday and received a call super urgently and came for installation and haven’t completed the installation for 5 hrs i have been waited yesterday he was told it’s done after he coming back from his office post troubleshooting. Error : new software is updating please don’t switch off the setup box. Every one minute it’s coming and not able to watch anything.

It’s really a pathetic experience and unable to reach any tata sky concern team.

It’s super urgent guys need immediate assist

    The set up box is not working after charging also. I did a 50 rupees charge but still the set up box is showing the wrong card in wrong set up box

      I am not using tata sky for 5 months. When i start tv it shows this is the worng card for this setup box. (Pairing error). So when is start the set up box with help of swith then it shows that your digicard is wrong. Please resolve this issue so that we entertain us.

      My tata sky was going fine but suddenly next day when I turned it on it shows that the card is wrong for my settop box and that there is a pairing in error.
      I tried reinserting it several times but still it did not work. What should I do ? Please resolve it.

        I had recharged the multi connection for the entire year in may 2019. I had promised by the call center representative that upon doing the recharge of rs.15k, you would be additionally get 1 month free pack.

        Forget the additional one but my normal subscription which was supposed to get it over by april 30th 2020 that also discontinued by tata sky on 20th mar 2020 with any clarification. This is nothing the but the absolute harassment & unethical practices.

        I do have all the audio clips which are supported my statements.

        I am receiving no signal message and the weather out is clear . I ve tried rebooting the box several time and also have sent refresh message on thier whatsapp number but the message is even Showing up . I have also tried resetting the box to the default settings . Please help .

        Hi, I recently opened my tv after 2 months. Since 2 months it was not charged. But I've charged it now but it is showing an error that this is wrong card for this setup box. Pairing error 14.
        I tried inserting it by cleaning by a cloth but its still not helpful.

            I am using my tata sky after couple of months and spoke to customer care as well they were clueless. I have been calling customer care since couple of times but the tata sky is clueless to resolve the issue. I have recharged my tata sky few hours back and i am unable to use it due to some error.

                Hii sir I don't recharged my tata sky for three month, then i recharged it today but it's not working.
                There is the message on the tv display shows that "this is the wrong card for the set top box (Pairing issue )

                        On 20th February at about 9.48am i recharged my tatasky account with 300 from tatasky app. payment was made using wallet option of freecharge. freecharge used rs. 49 in wallet and remaining 251 was paid using upi. payment was successful and amount debited but recharge page showed recharge failed. i checked in the app but benefit of recharge wasn't given. i then saw freecharge, it showed transaction successful, along with upi id. i talked with tata sky customer care and they said as recharge was failed they cannot help and register a complaint and may be amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. they were not telling with guarantee.
                        251 is a big amount and for a simple refund why wait for such long i[censored] know recharge has been failed and u have not given benefit but payment is received by you, you should refund immediately.
                        thus, i want either benefit of 300 or refund of 300.

                                    I am facing above issue mentioned in the subject, though i have reinserted the card many times. Still issue is not resolved.

                                    I took out the card and cleaned it with soft cloth and then inserted it and also restarted the tata sky het the issue persists.

                                    Kindly address this issue as soon as possible.

                                      This is to inform you that i am getting frequent network problem in my tata sky connection.

                                      I have made several attempts through customer care and i have not got any solution yet.

                                      As a customer, i have every right to avail proper service as i have paid for the same.

                                      I have also been asked to change my settop box in the month of november 19 and i have paid for the same.

                                      Even then i am getting interrupted connection and unable to view the channels for the amount paid by me every month.

                                      It is surprising, if a customer is not making timely recharge tatasky is disconnecting the services promptly and while customer is having problems in viewing channels after making payments the same is taken in a very casual manner which is against the consumer rights.

                                      Hope my communication in this regard will be taken care and my connection will be revamped and services will be given again.

                                      Please note i am unable to view channels for the past few days and i have lodged complaint against the same and i am getting a response that tatasky will again charge rs. 150. Kindly note as a consumer i have every right to avail proper service for the monthly recharge made to tatasky.

                                      It is also to be noted my settop box is under warranty which is purchased as advised by tatasky.
