Additional tatasky services packs are added to my account without my knowledge and while asking them to drop the packs they are not dropping the additional tatasky services. i am following them for last 1 month still the packs are not dropped. I am paying extra amount for channel which i do not asked. They are charging me extra 200 per month and this issue is going for more than 2 months and they did not resolved the issue. It's taking my time and creating mental pressure as my family affecting due this.

    Had referred my neighbor for new connection [protected] bharma patil. This is my 4th referral. Still havent received my referral point. Spoke to customer care, they said the name doesnt feature in the list so il not get points .. Very bad experience. Will not ever refer any1 again.

    I came home from work & start TV. But it is showing error "Tata sky set top box needs to be paired". I tried to call on customer support but there is no response.

        Customer care numbers not responsive to the complaint. I have taken the tata sky dish cable and subscribed to their package. Now nothing is available for viewing and all the consumer complaint numbers not able to resolve the problem.
        It appears as you have not subscribed to this channel, in spite of the fact that those are all subscribed and one year payment is done and next due for payment is August 2020.

          Hi I have Tata sky subscription and I recharged my tata sky account for Rs. 200/- on 11 Jan. 2020. I observed that it was not recharged and I called them. They said wait for 48 hours it would reflect. I waited until 17th and raised a complaint (request number 1TYA13MM). They said it would take 7-10 days to resolve the complaint.

          Today February 1st. The request is not resolved rather after calling them they said it is closed by calling me which is not the case. Today again they raised one more request (request number 1V7IVX7F) and asked me to wait for 7-10 days again.

          If you could please look into this and see what can be done it would be great help to others of Tata sky filthy practice to cheat customers.

            I registered my complaint many times telephonically and via email since 23rd of december 2019 that there is no channel broadcasting to our tv not only paid but also free, till 31 january 2020.
            Some associates from tatasky called me up and told me that now issue has been resolved but it remains.

              • i have paid last rs. 13678/- for selected channewls for both the boxes.
              • now the balance as on 27/10/2019 is stated to be rs.9066.
              • the monthly charge is stated to be rs. 1223/-
              • next recharge is stated to be on 25/05/2020
              My complaint
              The selected channels are not coming in the additional tv with box no 8181.
              But charges are collected for the second box.

                Sir, from the month of october 2019 tatasky is unable to broadcast all telugu channels even after paying for it. Several complaints lodged through customer care and mails. The problem is for all connections in dibrugarh dist of assam. Tatasky is unable to resolve it and local service center says it’s an satellite issue. Neither they r broadcasting channels nor refunding the whole amount while returning/ cancelling of connection. Pls lookinto the issue.

                        Tata sky is throwing an error of wrong card for this setup box (Pairing error) may be this is because i wasn't using cable for more than a month.. But i never expected this kind of trouble from branded set up boxes.. As they should work as and when recharged..

                        They are charging 150 per technician visit and it’s valid only for one month . This’s not fair and they will not give any intimation for charges they will deduct from account balance .

                          Tatasky subscriber id[protected]

                          Not giving in writing that they have not received my bank payment made on 19th dec 2019 of rs 963/-="upi/billdeskbqr/[protected]/monthly pay" ="upi[protected]" from my a/c kotak sb ending 2202.

                          To avoid cutting of my tatasky tv connection i again paid them on 24th dec 2019 n ="os[protected]" ="kpg-[protected]".
                          My pdf bank statement also sent to them.

                          Either they refund money or they give me credit note as i have been debitted twice from my kotak account.

                          Further to my complaint of[protected], I, Arun Gulati received 2 SMS's that Tatasky tried connecting with me. Their message is dated[protected]:38 and then again today[protected] at 09:38. My Truecaller does not show any call. I have told Airtel to keep track of all my calls since 19th Dec 2019 onwards.
                          Further, there is no way to send a reply to their SMS that they are telling incorrect things. Request Tatasky that i will try my best to approach Mr.Tata through twitter if matter not resolved.

                            Hello all,

                            My name is rohit rajendra kadam. I have took tata sky connection few months back, they provided holiday hungama offer for me.
                            When i logged in holiday hungama web site it is showing sorry: invalid code/id. I called to call center they said, my subscription id [protected] was not in tata sky data base.
                            I called manager (Rakesh [protected]) and junior employee (Rachana). They are not responding and not lifting the phone also.

                            I am struggling from last 3 weeks, i faced worst service with tata sky.

                              This is the second time i am being fooled around by not giving me the referral benefit though i have all proofs of the reference been given from my side. You can anytime contact the person who was referred here to know the installation experience and the truth.
                              Informing you about the scam happening at tata sky end once you provide reference details in their website.
                              They created two reference ids in their system. Out of these two reference ids one was mapped to the referring person and second id they alligned with some dealer name.
                              They approached the referred person and activated their account under the reference id which is assigned under dealer name whereas there was no dealer involvement in this entire transaction. Got to know about this biased practice as the referred person is my close friend.
                              I am writing this complaint not just for the referal benefit but i strongly feel that no business should continue with such biased business practice and fool around their customers.

                              Please please stop this biased business practice to avoid losing customer trust.

                                I have done a recharge to my tata-sky on 15th jan 2020of rs724.00 but it has not been recharged to tata-sky but got deducted from account.

                                  Dear sir

                                  I am calling to your comapny for last one month for problem in network. The engineer visited two times but still problem not resolved. We have made payment of rs 400 for chanhe of set off box and before it rs 150 of engineer visit. Still we are facing problem and will have to replace tata sky. When we call on customer care they do formality and send engineer and then engineer demand charges every time but pronlem is not being solved.

                                    I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
                                    On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

                                      I am a tatasky customer for the last 10 years having account number [protected]. I am not getting my monthly statement for my account for the last four months and despite making several requests through email and chat service for the bill the issue remains unresolved. The complaint number i got from tatasky is 1qo2kz9f.

                                      I believe as a customer i have the right to receive the bill for the amount i am paying. Tatasky has neither intention nor interest in resolving the issue and from my interaction with the customer support i understand that they are only there to generate a complaint number.

                                      Please send me my monthly account statements for which you have already received the amount.

                                        Hi my consumer id is [protected] and it was on the 9th of december that i lodged the first complaint regarding signal problem caused due to problem with my tata sky set top box.
                                        I had a technician visit the premises on the same day and after checking he confirmed that a faulty splitter is causing this and he will need to replace it. He was not carrying a spare splitter so he confirmed that he would procure one and send a technician to replace and solve the problem. It is today on the 13th of jan that my complaint has not been solved even after repeated follow up with you call center.
                                        Is the kind of service tata sky has started giving in that case i would like to cancel my connection and i will look at some other service provider.
                                        If my complaint does not get solved today by the end of the day i will also file a consumer law suit for non availability of service and mental harrasement against you.
                                        Now, this incidence of complaint was not the first time that i have lodged a complaint for the same thing. This problem happened a month back as well when the technician visited our premises and gave us a temporary solution mentioning that if this happens again we will need to change the part and it only less one month that the problem has occured and now they are not attending the complaint.
                                        I have fully paid for the tata sky subscription and i am not enjoying the services as per the promises made against the money that have been given.
                                        I would request strict and immediate action against this along with compensation for the mental harrasement of getting in touch with call center and holding the phone to ear for the entire ivr explanation and selection of the options to get to the tata sky associate for speaking and explaining the entire issue.
                                        After doing that they transfer the same call to their higher ups and i have to explain them the things again. At the end of the day it is almost 6 working days against the promised 24 hrs service that my problems are not solved.
