tata sky representatives calls and ask us to cancel the subscription otherwise pay extra 200 rupees bcoz engineer is not ready to do the installation then i agreed to pay the amount Rs 200 . Next day again they called and said engineer is not ready for the installation though u r going to pay extra 200 rs. during the call, it is observed that representative is waiting when the customer says cancel the subscription.
first of all, u don't know the history, on 13th November we cancelled our request from our side and was waiting for refund of our amount .
On 7th December without our concern the Unisyn Enterprises (Dealer Sourabh [protected]) again send a request for subscription. its too much, how any one can put the request without our concern, then i send a sms to him, why new subscription request is submitted, then he given us falls information, after that he blocked our number . again i called on tata sky customer care representative then he agreed, he said he will send engineer for installation, but engineer said it will possible only after 11 pm onwards. then i said ok tomorrow will do the installation, but next morning again ur representative called and said, we can not do installation at ur place.
you have to ans the below questions
1. first we was ready for the cancellation and was waiting for our refund amount, afterwards without our concern a fresh request is submitted why...?
2. if i m ready to pay extra 200 rupees still your engineer is not ready for the installation, neither he visited to our house with device and antenna ...why ?

I have been send email about complaint to your Mumbai (Thane) nodal officer.
and it is not happned with me only, but my brother and neighbor both suffering same issue.
I hope u can understand seriousness of this matter, if it is not resolved earliest we are going to file a complaint in district consumer court.

have u been talked to your dealer Sourabh D [protected] & asked him why he did such cheap level things.
I m very much surprised Tata Sky as such a big brand doing such things.
2280 is very big amount for us. and i[censored] r not providing material as well as not refunding our amount then we didnt have any other options other than complaint.
