I have been making frequent complaints against my subscription i/d [protected] with tata sky. They are not rectifying the defect but are charging with out providing the service. My account is constantly being debited without any service. Further please note that against their not providing the service they further charge for the rectification which they are unable to undertake

TATA SKY have started charging for their own incompetency. It is highly objectionable that they have started charging for the rectification of their own faults in the line outside our home. You raise the complaint but their service engineer will not come at the allotted time but will waste our hole day. For ill professionalism they charge from the customer. As they are not rectifying my cable line they should refund me the money paid in advance, ; charges for the set top boxes remote etc

      The executive sent by the company had just installed the wifi however the wifi is not working, upon telling the executive on the spot right in front of him he is denying the fact and telling us that it's our fault.
      We've showed him using chrome, uc browser etc. He's misbehaving and the sales guy is also not responding and refusing to meet in persons.

        The technician who visited our home today ( 18/12/2019) was erratic and aggressive. Although he was right at our entrance, he was making repeated calls in a very erratic and aggressive manner. Refused to reveal name ; but his picture was taken with mobile phone, for registering a complaint with police. Take strict action against him. FIR in line.

        Spoke to customer care as well and registered a complaint. Hope srtict action is taken against the technician. Moreover, there should be proper training to these boys who visit homes during office hours and create this sort of problems.

          I have purchased a new tata sky connection on 7th nov 2019, one of the dealer named sourabh d mob no. [protected] from unisyn eneterprises and his ba code putd[protected] addressed 2nd floor, 201/202, purva plaza, borivali west, mumbai 066, come in our society for providing new tata sky connection. We made cheque payment of rs 2280 / after few days they said local cable operator issue is there in your area so installation can not be done, we asked dealer (Sourabh d) to refund our amount, he said i will chk out in company and inform u abt this, after few days i called again to him, he said i m not going to give your amount refund back, whatever u want to do, you can do, tata sky is not going to take any action against me. I wanted to jst ask a question to tata sky peoples, you wanted to loot customers amount and run your business. I wanted this problem has to be resolved at the earliest and refund back my money.

          tata sky representatives calls and ask us to cancel the subscription otherwise pay extra 200 rupees bcoz engineer is not ready to do the installation then i agreed to pay the amount Rs 200 . Next day again they called and said engineer is not ready for the installation though u r going to pay extra 200 rs. during the call, it is observed that representative is waiting when the customer says cancel the subscription.

          first of all, u don't know the history, on 13th November we cancelled our request from our side and was waiting for refund of our amount .

          On 7th December without our concern the Unisyn Enterprises (Dealer Sourabh [protected]) again send a request for subscription. its too much, how any one can put the request without our concern, then i send a sms to him, why new subscription request is submitted, then he given us falls information, after that he blocked our number . again i called on tata sky customer care representative then he agreed, he said he will send engineer for installation, but engineer said it will possible only after 11 pm onwards. then i said ok tomorrow will do the installation, but next morning again ur representative called and said, we can not do installation at ur place.

          you have to ans the below questions
          1. first we was ready for the cancellation and was waiting for our refund amount, afterwards without our concern a fresh request is submitted why...?
          2. if i m ready to pay extra 200 rupees still your engineer is not ready for the installation, neither he visited to our house with device and antenna ...why ?

          and it is not happned with me only, but my brother and neighbor both suffering same issue.
          I hope u can understand seriousness of this matter, if it is not resolved earliest we are going to file a complaint in district consumer court.

          I m very much surprised Tata Sky as such a big brand doing such things.

          2280 is very big amount for us. and i[censored] r not providing material as well as not refunding our amount then we didnt have any other options other than complaint.
          I also facing a problem of blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box .

            frequent loss of signal

            I have been experiencing very frequently for the past many weeks the problem of loss of signal and the error message on tv is bad weather. The weather in mumbai is absolutely clear. Techinicans have visited many times, changed set top box (Charged me for the same), changed some connection points and yet problem is not resolved. I continue to experience the same problem every 15 to 20 days.

            I am a firm believer that only tata group is honest business house in india. Unfortunately your tata sky has frequent break downs. I have been told by your complaint section that we shall be charged for technicians visit. Please note that fault is in your service for which i am being charged. As i stayed for so long with you now as your business model is changing i will also shift to some other service provider.

              I took a tatasky broad band connection on december 2, 2019. (Three months 25 mbps unlimited data pack by paying rs 2478.). I was assured a gift o[censored]p to worth rs 1500. But after taking connection nobody came. How can i claim my gift please?

              Now details:
              1. Your representative informed us it is optical fiber network connection. If so, great! Give me the proof for the same. If bot then why this cheating as done?
              2. Speed was not shown to me of wifi in my various rooms or even once by your engineer.
              3. Speed is much more slow that claimed.

                I am using tatasky from past 7 years and last 3 years am facing setup box issues. When the service guy will come and replace some thing and they are collecting money again and again without proper service. Every time we have to call customer care for that charging rs.9/- per mintue and we have to wait more than half an hour to call their customer care people.

                It's all very clear fraud business and they don;t have business ethics, when they technician come to home for service very rude and not ready to answer anything.

                  My account got deactivated since it has been two weeks past the due date. I recharged my account today (14/12/2019) by logging in into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet. Also, it's the second time this is happening. I[censored]pi payment doesn't work, then kindly remove it from the list of payment options being shown and also provide refund for my loss. I have tried contacting tata sky helpline but no service seems to be provided for a deactivated account. Please do the needful.

                  Hi Tata Sky Team,

                  I had recharged my tata sky account as it got deactivated due to we were at native place and not using it since over a month period of time. I used TataSky app to recharge it and selected GPay as mode of payment. It got recharged to Rs503 but not reflecting in my account and not able to view the channels. Then I recharged Rs504 (EVD Third Party Top up -Tata Sky Transaction Id:TP[protected], Receipt Number:[protected]) using GPay directly instead o[censored]sing TataSky app and it got recharged and able to viewed the channels as well.

                  My issue here is, I made the payment twice but it did not reflected in my account. Transaction history only showing 1 entry of Rs504. What about my Rs503? Attached the screenshot for Rs503. Kindly raise a request in the system.

                    I am not regular recharge my set top box only if it required now i recharge plan 220 rupess for zee sony and colors now only sony is working and rest all channel are locked i called customer service they ask me they will send a technician who is going to charge some fees if its any problem with set top box but that is # you can see channel is locked by broadcaster just to get 150 rupees visiting charges because i dont recharge regular when you can see the channel is locked by broadcaster just to get some money that is only intention i can i would suggest never go for fraud broadcaster
                    I wont pay 150 i will scrap the connection but never recharge again

                        I have got a new connection 3 days back. While purchasing it was mentioned online as it is free for a 1month basic pack and balance was showing around 144rs. After two days it is showing minus -44rs after checking with customer support they have mentioned it is a charge of installation & device which is not fair. I need your immediate action on this or else i need to take a step forward on this issue.

                          Today tata sky customer lied to me.
                          I was told that your pass today at 4 o'clock in the evening will be delivered tata sky binge
                          Then at around 5.30 pm, i received a call that 30 minutes will be delivered
                          And then 1 hour passed. When i called them back, they said that you had spoken yesterday at 12 o'clock.

                          They made my time wasted. I went nowhere today waiting for him at home.

                            I haven't used my set top box from last 3 months. Today i turned on the tv to recharge for the box but it is not working properly.
                            It is showing wrong card for this is set top box (Pairing error).
                            I have looked for the solution online on you website also. There it shows to remove and clean the card properly and insert it back.
                            I have tried this method 4-5 times. But still not working. Showing same error. I am attaching the photo of error.

                              I have been outstation for around 20 days and when i come back home and switch on my tv and tata sky then the screen on my tv says that "this is the wrong card for this set top box" (Pairing error)

                              Let me also inform you that i have already recharged my tatasky.

                                Tata sky provides one of the worst service. I have changed the settop box 3 times in a short span as they said it gets repaired frequesntly. And recently one of the tatasky service attended the rapair for no singal and he said your receiver is damaged. If you replace new one it is 350 rupees sir, i have a old one in good condition, i can give it for 200 rupees, i agreed half minded. But again in 1 month the same problem arises and customer care said you need to pat service change again.

                                I got frustrated and cancelled the tatasky connection on 28/10/2019. They haven't refunded my account balance of inr
                                2350.83/- yet. I have sent a cancelled check leaf to credit the amount into my account but no action taken by tatasky.

                                  Tatasky broadband is cheating their existing customers by charging them a higher amount for renewals than what is mentioned on their website.
                                  I had been receiving payment reminders for renewal of my subscription plan: 50mpbs unlimited 6 month package for an amount of rs 7, 500. I did a successful recharge on 4-dec-2019 by paying rs 7.500 online.
                                  However, to my surprise, when i checked the tatasky broadband website, i saw that i had been charged rs 1, 128 extra. The price for my 6-month plan is rs 6, 372 (Rs 5, 400 + 18% gst) as per your website and not rs 7, 500. Even a 100mbps plan is priced at rs 7, 009.20 (Rs 5, 940 + 18% gst), a good rs 500 lower than what i had paid.

                                  Current subscribers of tatasky broadband are not aware of this change. Tatasky broadband is taking advantage of this situation, and cheating customers to the tune of rs 1, 128 per customer, which is a lot of money.

                                  Beware they will never be able to provide the speed you have paid for. In my case I am getting a average 15mbps speed where as I have subscribed for 100mbps speed and also paid for it. At times I even get 1mbps speed which is just 1% of what I am paying for and these shameless Customer Service people just keep on issuing new ticket numbers since last 21days.

                                      Every time when we start the television. After two minutes it shows error in channel and doesn’t connect to the system. Although we have purchase a new set up box before a month which is a hd set up box which doesn’t contain a card but your company says that our technician will visit at home and fix the card and will charge 150rs. Even without the card it’s working for a month then why not now!? We have been complained about this four times and still we didn’t got any help. Kindly request you to solve the matter.
