Thank for asking this question to me, i’m tata sky subscriber since 2015. Some problem with me in last few days my tata sky setup box continuously on and off by itself. Then i call tata sky customer care and they will send appoint a engineer for me.

When engineer visit my home they said ‘mam, your power supply adaptors of tata sky has been defected. If you want to run your tata sky setup box then changed it. Now everythings...

The most pathetic response i have got from tata sky is that, i had got fixed tata sky antenna in the balcony of my house, everything was going well, suddenly it stopped receiving signals now the technical team is telling me to shift that antenna to the terrace where as i don't have permission to fix that in terrace, from 10 days i am waiting without watching tv for the solution of the matter, nobody has responded since two days...

I am encountering a weird problem of getting double vision 3d type pictures since 3pm today after activating star 1 hd for the badminton match through tata sky app.

I've switched off and on both the tv and stb but no solution. Weather is also clear today.

reinstalling of dth

But when i needed the services while i was shifting to my new house, i requested them to shift the connection. They said it will be done within 3 days. The engineer came to my old house, deinstall the cable and dish and then came to my new house to check for the wiring and installation...

My rmn is [protected] yesterday i had made complaint for above subject and as given option to select timings for engineer visit i opted outfor 5 to 7 pm of todsy and wo#1mhgwgpt was issued. Nobody has turned out on given time. Today again i called around 8.20 at call centre and being told that visit is schduled for 27.08.2019. Is this much time needed to attend the complaint in india?
Kindly confirm when my problem will be resolved?...

took annual plan but account deactivated

Had taken a yearly plan on dec2018. Now the account seems to be deactivated. When inquired with the customer service, they said due to some trai rule, they changed their plans. Since february they have changed this. Tatasky didn't notify the customer (Us) about this change. Since february they have been deducting 470 rs/- from our tatasky account without notifying us
And when the balance was over, they just deactivate the account....

I raised the complaint on 13th aug for being not able to receive signal and your service engineer visited and replaced the receiver and charged me rs 300,

But he could not find the exact issues on that day and same problem occurred again within a weeks time, again raised the same...

please cancel my tatasky binge connection

I am unable to cancel the binge subscription online.
None of the numbers provided for mumbai & maharashtra work.
Fees for binge is unnecessarily getting cut from my account and it feels like harassment.
Kindly cancel my binge subscription and if possible refund me money cut for my binge connection....

I received a fake call from tata sky on 22 of aug 2019 the day i purchased new connection asking me to to tell the opt for free music tata sky app for 1 month. When i told them the otp they deducted rs 30 from from account [protected]. I have referred this to tata sky cst care but they had taken no action in this. This has not just happened me to but to other known people who purchased tata sky connection that they received a similar call....

it is showing message written wrong card for set up box

I use tata sky set up box hd. It is showing wrong card insert in set up box pairing error. There is a blank screen with the message saying inserted card is wrong card for this set up box. And i haven't used it though.. I tried reinsert it after wiping it with muslin cloth but still. It is not working. Now why it is happening and what's the solution about it. Let me know asap....

demanded for bribe

I applied for tata sky hd box new connection. A woman has demanded a bribe of rs 200 for installation over the phone from the local technician department, while tata sky installation is completely free. I filed a complaint with the customer care in this matter, but the customer care did not help me.
Again for the second time, the woman called and got a bribe to install tata sky new connection.
If you give 200 for the installation...

unnecessary chargers, no support and without confirmation closure of complaint

I have been charges unnecessarily and upon asking I got to know that my multi tv is switched on without any notice.
Upon raising a request to swap and make my secondary box to make primary so that I can close my multi box, tata sky closed my request because there were 2 requests -

I got a call to process 2 request and as per Tata sky execute when I raised a request that the process...
