3 days gone but still account not activated

This is really frustrating to get new connection activated on tata sky.I am really struggling to get it activated. No support from Tata sky customer care.I called them almost 20-25 times but they really don't care about it. Even spoke to your nodal officer but they also not worried about it.Did not even receive a single call backfrom them.

This is really worst service i ever seen in my life. took 3 days so far just to activate...

non-attendance to my service request

On night of 14th Sept I raised a request to set my set-up box right as it did not show up green light, and TV screen showed 'no signal'. I was promised that a technician will come to set right the problem.
Since then I followed up at least twenty times with various persons on their helpline #[protected] and to many other persons to whom my request was escalated.
They all went on giving false promises.

increased charges

I paid 14483 for 1 year on January 1st for yearly plan for 3 TV's
Now they have increased the pricing to 27654 i.e 2305 and even taking advance for the year according to 1206 RS per month they started charging me 2305 per month and the plan which should have end in January they ended that on September itself

They increased the prices without our consent or without informing us at all about that

I have raised 4 complaints on 4th Sept, 11th sept, 16th Sept and 18th Sept and still not attended.
I have been contacting customer service as one of my TV connections is not workings, during the first complain (4 sept) the technician comes and fixes the TV and the next it stops working.

Hello,

Tata sky has deducted the balance of 150 rs without my knowledge or permission & not wish to refund now. It is done with help of third party called 'binge'. They installed binge kit forcefully saying it as it is free for 30 days... Will be continued if i am interested further.
But though i informed i dont want this even for free of cost, then did not take back the binge unit & started charging without informing...

tata sky binge technician frauds

I didn't asked for bing still the technician guy came into the house without permission and compelling to take Tata sky bing and daily receiving call asking for OTP to cancel bing but we didn't have bing how can we say OTP regarding this posted in twitter also but still Tata sky people won't be shamed very pathetic service ever....

tata sky extortion for extra money.

Tata sky does not activate annual pack against the balance inspite of having huge balance in account. They demand extra full annual amounts and your existing balance however big amount it may be, becomes their interest free deposit for one whole year.
This is clear extortion of money by the company.

installation not done. fraudulent case.

Tata sky distributor aka unisyn enterprises approached me with an offer to install tata sky at my premises along with a firestick. I have made a payment of 2100 via debit card.
There is no response from the company. I am uploading the receipt along with.
Now i am not interested in installation of tata sky set top box any more.
I dont want to deal with frauds at all.
I want full refund....

free firestick is a fraud offer

I installed the new connection on 10 september, the issue is when my dth was installed and firestick was provided, i was told, it's free. I wasn't informed, it had to be returned if i don't continue tata sky binge package. Why would i take a firestick from tata sky if tata sky binge is mandatory...

dealer cheating in subscription

Having paid a sum of rs.2259/- towards tatasky dish, stb and six month telecast subscription.in favour of m/s. Unisyn enterprises of quality solutions put ltd group india vide their receipt no.363092dated[12/9/19. After that tatasky installation done but only one month subscription given so he cheating for six month so pl refund my six month subscription amount. Why he given rs 2259 from for hd set top box.

My recharge date was 20.08.2019 so i made online payment of rs 407 on 13.08.2019 for 1 month and again rs 65 from my iob card as per accounts msg of tv i am surprised how your service department has disconnected my service on 12.09.2019....

It happened 2nd time in 2 months when 150 rupees were deducted from my account. It was said by helpdesk person on 8sep that no charge will be deducted, still after the visit 150 rs were deducted. Same thing happende in august too but after my follow up it was reimbursed. Please take the same action for this time too. My account has been deactivated too, please activate it too.

wrong card for this set up box (pairing error)

I haven't recharge my Tata sky account for the past 2 months as I was out of station. When I recharge now after a gap of 2 months it is not working and now it display as this is the wrong card for this set up box (pairing error) whereas the account balance is sufficient. Hope you will solve my issue as soon as possible....

new connection/wrong information

One of the tatasky executive came to my house and explained the dual connection and multiple connection. And got impession from us and given a tatasky receipt after taking the andhra bank cheque for rs.4028 on dated 28.08.2019. Cheque was debited from my account. They have to come to installation with in 7 days from the date of the debit. Till date no one came to my house. I have given complaint at [protected]@tatasky.com but there is no response....
