Cust ID :[protected]. My set set-top box not giving Audio Nor Video signals & HELPLINES UNAVAILABLE TOO; Not a SINGLE ONE among the 3 helplines of TataSky is working. Need to request Tatasky to send someone to fix the problem. My Tatasky Recharge has already been made 2 weeks ago to cover time till 10 Jan 2020.

    I called in customer care yesterday evening. Some channels of z are not visible on my tv. N this problem is not from my side. I complained but customer care executive said that he will charge if he sends technician to my place. This is absolutely wrong. I know some issues causing due to heavy rain but u should co - operate ok instead charging extra.
    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Similar incident... im quitting from this Service Provider. Hope you realise their fraud and unethical response in the coming days. But i hope your request gets resolved at the earliest.

      My set top box is not recording. I get a message on the screen to contact three diffrent help no's starting with 1860. I tried calling thees no's for several days, but i guess they were invalid no's. I then managed to get[protected] from the local agents. I was able to lodge my complaint on 23rd sept. (Wo#100vuahm). The serviceman contacted me within 24 hrs as stated in the sms, but till today he has not been able to fix my problem due to nonavailability of spares. My wife & i are senior citizens and normally watch recorded programmes late in the evening. For the past 15 days i have not been able to watch my programmes due to their lack of service. I request you compensate me for this period, further in case you are not able to restore my equipment then i request you. To refund my balance amount asap. I have prepaid for the service until march-2020.

Click on forgot password > enter the security code and your password will be reset and sent to your registered email ID. Post your first login you can always change the password.

          I have already recharged my Tata sky account but I see "This is the wrong card for this set top box (pairing error) NDS No.:[protected]. Digicard ID is [protected] (14)" on my TV screen.
          Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

            Tata sky launched a binge subscription with amazon fire stick. I tried the device and plan and made a request of taking it back and not subscribing to the 249 per month subscription. Tata sky customer care took the request but never acted on the same on purpose.
            They want to push down the plan without my consent and have now blocked my entire dth box, firetv stick and content unless i pay for the binge subscription.
            I kept trying to return the device that came with binge plan and they kept telling me to call someother day at which date they forcedme kick start binge subscription. I need this solved asap.

            I had informed Tata Sky for non continuation of Binge before my trial period was over. You have still charged me for first month subscription of Rs. 250 which i was promised would be reversed or adjusted in my current month bill.
            But i don't see that adjustment done. Can you correct it asap.
            Similar incident... im quitting from this Service Provider. Hope you realise their fraud and unethical response in the coming days. But i hope your request gets resolved at the earliest.

              Yesterday I charged Rs 200 + Rs 50 = Rs 250. Tata Sky acknowledged receipt by SMS. I called up number [protected] as advised by Tata Sky to re-activate my a/c [protected]. I even called up toll free No[protected] where I was promised immediate reactivation; but nothing has been done so far!

              These guys are spoiling Tata reputation!!

                      I did the recharge for my monthly tatasky account through tatasky official website. According to offer, susbcriber will get 20% cash back on minimum amount of recharge rs. 400.
                      I did the recharge of rs. 400 according to this offer through payzapp portal but in the end i didnt receive any cashback according to offer. And this the third time i have faced issue with fake offers on tatasky website.
                      When i contacted to online help on tatasky.com, they started feeding misleading me, saying that offer validity was till 15 sep'19 but it was clearly mentioned that offer validity was till 31st december'19.

                      My concern was not about the cashback but the customer care of tatasky were feeding wrong information to the customer (or making fool of the customer). Anyways i received a call from customer care of tatasky, next day and issue been resolved.

                        I am very old customer of tatasky fo the last 14 yrs. On 03.09.2019. Tatasky representative came with hi idcard when my mom was all aloneat home she is a senior lady of the age of 70yrs. He told to hrt your dth connection and registered mobile no is disconnected from last night. Please allow me to check the dth box of tatasky. She belived and he showed the disconnection messages. She told him i have paid monthly charges on 18.08.2019 and next is due on 21.09.2019. How they can disconnect. He told company is giving value aded scheme to the old customer. Give rs.6020. My mom use to recharged by her registered mobile no by paytm. She will do it on line. He said your no is cancelled after paying the rs.6020 all the thing will start. She ask him for receipt he sai you will receive message instant. He called the company and dth started. Same day we realised it was fraud we started emails to company. There call centers are not good, phones not pickinup. Lastly after several mails we wrote to nodal officer and ceo too. On 21.09.2019 dth servises disconnected.

                          I am a subscriber of tata sky direct to home tv. My id is [protected]. We have a common dish for 24 flats. There was some disturbance with the tata sky signal i called the tata sky customer care they asked me to switch on tv and gave some directions which did not start the tv. Then they said technician will visit. The technician visited and found problem with the common dish. He set it right and after some time inr 150 was deducted from my account. I think it is unethical on part of the tatasky. When there was fault with their system why amount was deducted from my account. After complaining tata sky said it is a rule that subscriber has to pay for the technician visit even if it is fault of the service provider. The technician report was not shared with me. Tata sky said they arranged technician on my request so i need to pay.
                          The fault in set top box or the common dish has to be set right by the service provider. My complaint no 1nh02b1z registered on 14th sep was also not replied till i again called tata sky on 25th.
                          I hope trai will look into the matter and see if the tata sky rule book is correct.

                            Greetings of the day!!!
                            There is a complaint against "tata sky", the person ms. Navya ([protected]) came to advertise the stat sky dth service she will very polite way explain and ask us to pay the new connection to exchange of airtel dth to tatasky the and she offered good discounted tariff, she promised us that if we can recharge 12 month so she will give us offer of 3 months extra by company and from them self she will give more one month from her pocket, we are very much satisfy to take the offer which she has given us, the same time she explained how to pay by paytm app, as we are very much satisfy we are ready to pay on the same day, she said the offer will valid for one day only which we have ready to take the offer as earliest and we paid by paytm, after payment done she said, we will received a massage with in 24 hours and it will start by end of the day. We have wait for 10 days but there is no response,.
                            When we have not received any massage or any call from her we are start calling her on her number ([protected]) but she has not respond our call there are several of call and massages sent but no response, after a week luckily we found her in our area market we are ask her why she has done like that fraud work, she showing like she don't know anything after reminder by us she said i dont know anything you please speak with my team executive mr. John ([protected]), before called by us she only inform mr. Joh that we have harass the girl in the market, when we called to mr. John before asking our details he start shouting on us that why you people ask my execute in the market regarding the dth, we have explained him that we are taken video footage (Because may be she will again skip of everything) in front of our family and it in the market, but he has not able to understand our problem and simply he said very rudely that why you have taken a footage of my marketing executive. We have explained him about everything again he said that don;t call to disturb us, which you have paid a peanut amount not a big amount, we are only inform you shortly but still we are waiting for connection.
                            We are shared the document and payment details on his whatsapp, and even massaging every day about the connection but there is no response.
                            Request you to kindly rectify our problem as soon as possible.

                              I have book new tata sky connection through registered dealer quality application solution pvt ltd. One guy named komal gautam come in my office and said that i come from tata sky and book new tata sky connection. After payment made policy and plan of dth of guys that is told before payment has been changed therefore i cancelled my connection. I told by guys that i have get my money but till date i have not refund my money. After the cancellion recharge also done to tata sky for connection and i also told tata sky cutomer care for refund the money from your dealers tata sky customer care person said that we have refund the money to dealer. And you contact to deler for money and dealer recharges again and again to taka sky. Therefore i suggest to any one to not get connection online or through dealer

                                Hi, i am facing signal lost issue with tata sky again, there are stopped signal at their own center again for making money in terms of visiting charges by their technician.

                                Since in july we had been facing same issue and make complaint through email and giving assurance not happened again.

                                Although there will no outcome and freely looting to customer.

                                Please help and take action.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am compelled to discontinue tata sky because of your pathetic service team. I cannot enjoy tata sky because of frequent interruption which was happening because of dish problem and old wire connection. Given complain a week before but still your service team cannot rectify the problem. One of your service team member mr ghosh has changed by good set top box without my consent and intimation on 1st day. He didnot try to rectify the actual problem. Unnecessarily the amount 400 rupees was deducted. Again on 3nd day two person came mr ashim and mr ghosh. Both of them conveyed that the fault is not in the previous box it is on the wire only. They are suppose to come but when i demanded my old set top box or the money return then stopped interacting with me. So being a veteran customer i am really disappointed of your service team who have no depth knowledge, no commitment and try to avoid work pressure. Please look into this matter seriously and solve the issue immediately. Either the money will be return or my old set top box which was taken without my consent. I think your service man is doing side business by selling the good set top box spare parts. Still the old problem is not yet solved but then automatically 400 +150=550 amount was deducted. I have to go to consumer forum because of this kind of cheating. Please help.

                                    I have been using Tatasky since more than 1 year now... My ID No. [protected]

                                    Since the month of November 08, I am getting "No Signal" daily from 0500 to 0900 hours.
                                    I have complained several times ( nearly 20 times on phone and through mail) but the problem
                                    is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain.

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                      I didn't use the service for 2 months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
                                      On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
                                      My subscriber id is [protected]
                                      Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                                        I charged my sky tv account for rs 500 on thursday 19th sept. Unfortunately the sky tv set top box was not receiving signal.
                                        On friday i called up sky customer services as the tv was not receiving signal. On 20th a local engineer did come and we were not happy with a refurbished box. We told him to get a new box because the wire also was damaged. We called customer service again and was told an engineer will come within 24 hrs. No one turned up. Was again sent a message an engineer will arrive on 23 rd sept between 11.50 and 12.50. As usual no one turned up. Then on calling them at around 3 pm querying the engineer visit am told the complaint is cancelled. Again the complaint was opened and was told an engineer would come within 24 hours. Once again no one came or contacted us within 24 hrs. When i called today was told someone would call within 2 hours and will visit within 8 hours. Again no call. When i called again was told someone would call within 1 hour. Surprisingly again no one called. When i called once again was told that the complaint is cancelled as the engineer does not have a set top box. Thatโ€™s hard to believe. When i contacted them again another 24 hrs time was allocated for an engineer to contact us. Still waiting. Am living in pune & not on the top of a hill that an engineer cannot visit. Tata sky refused to credit me with a refund as have had no tv since 19th sept. Everyone you speak to says sorry but canโ€™t refund the funds. Canโ€™t guarantee an engineer visit. And ask you to confirm your address as if i will move somewhere because of tata sky.
                                        Appalled at the incompetence of tata sky customer service. Cancelling of complaints without contacting the concerned customer & not refunding added funds to the account when they are aware that no engineer visit has taken place since friday.
