I have shifted my home from pune to gujarat. I have reinstall tata sky by own but tata sky is asking me to do reinstallation again with tata sky service only and pay 300rs charges. Otherwise they denied to change my address details for any further complaints.

I have subscribed zee tv channel but not able see it and they denied to visit because my address is changed and i have not paid 300rs

Please change my address as mentioned below:

Please help me to resolve it asap.

I came back from work today and when i switched it on, I am getting a blank screen with this message - 'The set top box needs to be paired. Contact the customer care if the problem persists.'

    I am a Tata Sky user for last 5 years in Bangalore. My Subscription id is: [protected]

    After lengthy interactions via email at [protected]@tatasky.com and phone conversations, I paid annual charges against ad displayed that if I pay for 12 months I will get 13 months coverage.

    The charges fixed was ₹ 383 per month for selected channels and additionally ₹ 250 per add on TVs for 2 TVs as multi tv option. Thus total monthly charges if ₹ 883. Multiplied by 12 months I paid ₹ 10396.

    Once I paid as asked for they have no business to violate this contractual obligations. But Just a month after in July 2019, they notified through email and SMS that my monthly charges are revised to ₹1150. I protested that during the currency of one year if this paid contract they cannot revise monthly charges just one month after receiving my annual fees. TRAI notifications were in Feb 2019 and not in July 2019.
    More than dozen emails were sent warning Tata Sky that I will register complaint in consumer forum for cheating after receiving annual subscription AS ASKED FOR BY THEM IN JUNE 2019 to hike my monthly charges from ₹ 883 to ₹ 1150.
    Tata sky enjoys monopoly and must be questioned for unethical trade practice.

      My Id No [protected] is not working from last 15 days your technician is visited but not at rectified, now 15 days are gone . This type of service are provided from tatasky we will remove over connection we have 128 tatasky connection 32 ID are their technician are not rectifying problem & closing the complain if i call to the customer care then your executive saying that complain is close. if you will be not taking necessary action against service will be disconnecting tatasky connection poor service.

        I have two tata sky connection (Multi tv) with subscriber id: [protected].
        I took annual tata sky package in jan 2019 (Dhamaal pack + hd + multi tv) which was applicable till jan 2020. I paid around 7k (~600/month) for the same.
        As per the new trai guideline, we can customize our pack from april 2019. Tata sky has activated family kids hd pack on both of my tv (Separately) without intimating/informing me which cost me 1012 / month. They have consumed all my amount which i paid for annual subscription without my permission. When i checked my account now (Once come back from official onsite), i saw that my pack is valid till 4th october 2019 only.
        I reported the issue to tata sky several time (Request: 1n1q63e4, 1n1zn2od, 1n0stjgy and many).
        As per there response they have activated similar package without my knowledge but now i am paying 1012 instead of ~600 previously. How could they activate any package without my permission. They could have stop subscription or activated basic pack.
        Trai does not allow provider to activate any package without consumer permission.
        I put my money for annual subscription that is why they consumed it.

          My tata sky id is [protected]. One month back i complained for defect in my set top box. Their service engineer came and did nothing and said it working now and if it stops again just call me on my number i will replace. That time charge 150/- was debited. But now i am calling him to replace he is not coming and when informed tata sky they told me that again u have to pay the visiting charge. If nothing has done in last visit with promise to replace on later date by service provider then why should i be liable to pay visit charge again. I request tata sky to replace the set top box with its actual cost and without visit charges.

          technician visited on 15/09/2019 and various rescheduling of visit took place after lodging the complaint. but any way thanks. matter resolved. tata sky working now. hope for reversal of amount in my account debited on black out days.

            I wasn't using tata sky services since a few months because i was out of station. Now when i connected the set top box, i was notified that the card was wrong (Pairing error). My subscriber id is[protected].
            It shows like this:
            This is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error).
            This is then followed by nds number and digicard id.
            Please resolve it asap.

            I have not recharged dth for 1 month. Then after recharging rs 249 tamil curated pack i see that i am getting error saying that this is wrong card for this set up box. I removed and reinserted the card but nothing worked. Please solve this issue.

              My set top box was changed on 5th to which your technician said keep the box active overnight it will get paired. Now it's been three days it's still not fixed. I have made several complaints and call to help line but on 24hrs i get to here. I mailed to all the possible. My i'd is [protected].                   Last month we have a problem in tata sky i call customer care and come to home to solve the problem and he said we had a new product launch fire tv stick one month free if not like that product within one month withdraw the same i have 2 times call receiving the company side i said not interested your product kindly withdraw the product he said ok sir but without information change come to tata sky portal

                      I had booked a online connection for Tata sky . In June. Till date no connection no refund . When I raised complaints they tell.me we will refund but they don't .

                      Finally I told them i[censored] can't refund at least install settop box . For that they said I need to pay again and then claim a refund

                      Why would I pay again ???

                      Totally irresponsible . Their nodal officer also is equally irresponsible and does not revert at all

                      What kind of ### company is this .

                              Dear sir, i am writing this email to let you know about the problem i have been facing since 16th august 2019. Two men named john and manoj kumar from tata sky came to my house on 16th august. They told me about the new hd box that has been launched for about rs 4999/ but since we are a customer of ten years of tata sky it's been given for 1850rs.. We accepted the offer and paid the amount 1850rs through paytm. I was told that after five days we will receive a call from technician.
                              Till date i have not received any call. I have already given a complain to tata sky customer care they told me to forward the information to higher authorities for prompt action regarding this issue which has not been resolved.
                              Please it's my request please look into this matter and get to a solution as soon as possible. I am attaching all the bills and proofs kindly check

                                Sir, yesterday i was trying to purchase pass royale in the game clash royale it was of 399 rs. I paid the amount through internet banking and the amount got deducted from my account xx3600 but i didn't get the ingame rewards. It's been more than 24 hours but still i didn't get my money back. I want the refund as soon as possible. Sir it was showing money transferred to inb times of money limited

                                  I had requested for relocation of my tatasky on 1/9/19 and it was duly completed around 14:30 pm. Then at 15:41 i got a call from someone claiming to be from tatasky from the number [protected] on 1/9/19 asking for sharing my otp for relocation. I bluntly refused to share the same and said that i have not received any otp. To this she confidently said that i would have just received it. I refused to share any otp with her and disconnected the call. To my surprise, at 15:41 pm, i had actually got an otp from tatasky for some tatasky beauty service which i had never requested. All this was brought to the notice of tatasky customer care executive who refused to raise a complaint and said that this is an internal matter of the company. I simply told him that sharing my personal details with a third party and asking for otp, both were illegal under law and it merited a complaint. But as expected from a fraudulent company like tatasky, they refused to register a complaint. Then i took to social media and raised a complaint on facebook after which i got a call from tatasky and the executive just apologized for their fraudulent activities but could not answer my query regarding their fraudulent activities and what corrective action was being contemplated and against whom. I just hope that the law of the land just takes appropriate action against tatasky which has been indulging in fraudulent activities for quite sometime now.

                                    On 1st September, 2019 two representatives of TATA SKY approached me at my residence claiming to be authorized dealers of TATA SKY dish TV connection. They said that they are from UNISYN ENTERPRISES who are authorized dealers of TATA SKY and would provide new dish TV connection.

                                    They claimed their names to be Nagaraj and Lavanya and provided two mobile numbers. Nagaraj [protected] and Lavanya [protected]. They said that the offer for HD set top box is for a day in our area and showed their ID cards too which had TATA SKY logo along with employee details matching their claimed details.

                                    They then said that I can buy TATA SKY connection for Rs. 2301 and would get HD Set top box along with Rs.550 cashback. After I made the payment, they said that I would get a call from TATA SKY within 2 days. They also provided me a copy of the application form (attached image) with the order id:[protected]. The application form no. 36117. They also took my Aadhar no. I made the payment through PayTM which showed UNISYN as the recipient.

                                    However, till date I have not received any calls from anyone. Calls to the mobile nos the two fraudsters provided goes unanswered. Why does TATA SKY allow such fraudsters go around using its name? Many have been duped and the company has taken no measures to educate the public about these frauds. I am very apprehensive of approaching TATA SKY again for a TV connection. I cant be sure if its the company rep I am interacting with or another fraudster!

                                      I applied for 1 month free trial of tata sky's binge service on 28th june and the technician installed the firestick on 30th june. And i have been facing multiple issues since then which tata sky have failed to rectify so far.

                                      My complaint will be sectioned into 2 parts:

                                      Part 1:

                                      I had applied for a free 1 month trial of your binge service on 28th june, for which the installation was done on 30th june. However, immediately after installation, i received a message stating my pack was modified. My next recharge date changed from 30th september to 5th september due to it.
                                      On checking my subscription details online, i was shocked to find that i was being charged rs.249/month for binge service whereas i had subscribed for the free trial period and was assured by the customer care that i wouldn't be charged a single rupee for it.
                                      I lodged a complaint regarding this on 7th july and was informed it would be solved within 3 days. My complaint number is 1jy27xie.

                                      Part 2:

                                      We skip forward to 26th july, and my so-called "free 1 month binge subscription" was coming to an end on 29th july. I made multiple calls to the customer care who again assured me the problem would be dealt within 3 days. I also complained using their online chat service and every time i was getting the same excuse. They always claim they are escalating my complaint but i never received an update.

                                      Yet to this day, i'm being charged illegally for the service even after multiple requests to cancel my subscription and to reinstate my original recharge date i. E. 30th september.

                                      If this isn't resolved within a week, i will be approaching consumer court and taking legal action for the financial loss as well as mental agony your service has caused me.

                                      They contacted me over email and call after j registered the complaint here. Although they cancelled my Binge subscription immediately, I had to keep intimating them to issue refund. It took them a week to finally take responsibility over their mistakes and initiate refund.

                                      Tata Sky contacted me on 5th September and cancelled my Binge subscription on the same day itself. However, they are yet to initiate refund for the period of 37 days where I was illegally charged for the service. Even after multiple calls to the Customer Care, the only response I get is "our escalation department will contact you soon" but I never receive any calls later.

                                      They even abruptly closed my complaint I had registered on consumerhelpline.gov.in without fixing all of my issues. I have again requested them for one final time to initiate refund of Rs.306 by tomorrow i.e. 7th September, or else I will be approaching Consumer Court next week and taking legal action for the financial loss and mental agony they have caused me.

                                      As expected, Tata Sky haven't responded to my complaints. As mentioned above, I'm still getting the same "our escalation department will contact you soon" response. Have escalated this matter with them over mail, call and online chat but they are least bothered and continue to not take responsibility over their fraudulent behaviour.

                                      My patience is running thin and I'll be taking legal action against this unethical company. They have caused a significant amount of financial loss and mental agony to me so far and I'll make sure they pay for it.

                                      Thankfully, Tata Sky contacted me at noon today and initiated refund of ₹341 immediately. I'm glad that they were finally able to rectify their prior shortcomings. Hopefully I won't have to face similar issues in the future.

                                        Hi, please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
