Sir maine customber care bat krke 153 ka recharge karaya but ek bhi channel nhi chala fir maine channel ko miss call krke add kiya to jo add kiya vo channel chala aur baki nahi chala.
Plz sir iska kitna ka recharge karana hai kya krna parega plz bataye. Mujhe recharge karani hai. Sara paisa kat gya aur tv bnd ho gya hai

I ordered new connection (Wo no#1ngy496s) yesterday. I clearly asked your customer executive many times earlier regarding the what i will get and how much i should pay also that i'm currently living in mdu ready building... So they told me that i will get whole hd package for 1652 including dish which i can use later... But today when person came for installation he said they will not give me dish... I asked if i'm paying for whole package...

Tata Sky has not completed DTH relocation installation since 28-Jul-2019 after continuous followup with customer care. It has collected Rs. 300 + 300 = 600 in cash towards installation. Also subscription since 28-Jul-2019 has been debited from my Tata Sky account. Installation needs to be corrected or refund of Rs. 600 to be given to me. Also subscription amount needs to be refunded as no TV signal.

I tried to register a complaint on tata sky toll free number[protected]. The operator/ representative was laughing at me... This is disgusting.

Furthermore, my tata sky balance is being deducted rapidly..

I have paid Rs. 2300/ (with refund in amount 550 balance in Tata Sky)-amount to Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad for New connection Tata Sky installation regarding on dated: 16-Aug-2019 to V. Prasana Laxmi (Mob. No.[protected] & Office No. [protected]) & one another sales excutive from Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad at SGS & Associates, Bagicha Sunder Complex, Feelkhana, Hyderabad-500012 for Regional Pack of Hindi...

On 08.09.19. At 15:11hours i have lodged a request to send technician for problem of set up box connection and my request no. Is wo no# 1na73ak2 but till now no one is visited for that to complete the 48 hours only 02 hours remaining. I lodged a complaint to consumer court care about that. Further when i called to coustomer care he does not answere positively. Today is 10.09.19....

This is to bring to your notice that from 10th aug i am logging a complaint to relocate my dth connection but nobody has come up
Every-time then say please recharge when i recharge teh account nobody comes after several complaint on 24th i received a call from technical person that i will be there at 4.00 pm so i waited till 5 pm he didn't come up so i call him he said i have given other call and he cut the phone
It just disgusting...

I have shifted my home from pune to gujarat. I have reinstall tata sky by own but tata sky is asking me to do reinstallation again with tata sky service only and pay 300rs charges. Otherwise they denied to change my address details for any further complaints.

I have subscribed zee tv channel but not able see it and they denied to visit because my address is changed and i have not paid...

After lengthy interactions via email at [protected]@tatasky.com and phone conversations, I paid annual charges against ad displayed that if I pay for 12 months I will get 13 months coverage.

The charges fixed was ₹ 383 per month for selected channels and additionally ₹ 250 per add on TVs for 2 TVs as multi tv option. Thus total...

I have two tata sky connection (Multi tv) with subscriber id: [protected].
I took annual tata sky package in jan 2019 (Dhamaal pack + hd + multi tv) which was applicable till jan 2020. I paid around 7k (~600/month) for the same.

My set top box was changed on 5th to which your technician said keep the box active overnight it will get paired. Now it's been three days it's still not fixed. I have made several complaints and call to help line but on 24hrs i get to here. I mailed to all the possible. My i'd is [protected]. Last month we have a problem in tata sky i call customer care and come to home to solve the problem and he said we had a new product launch fire tv stick one month free if not like that product within one month withdraw the same i have 2 times call receiving the company side i said not interested your product kindly withdraw the product he said ok sir but without information change come to tata sky portal...

I have recharged my tatasky [protected] with my phone pay app through payment gateway upi [protected]@icci transaction id[protected] Amount debited to my bank account but not recharge done to My tatasky . I request you to see the recharge to done immediately or return my amount Rs409/-...

I had booked a online connection for Tata sky . In June. Till date no connection no refund . When I raised complaints they tell.me we will refund but they don't .
