My subscriber i'd - [protected]

My tata sky set top box is stopped working for 10 days... It shows that set top box is not receiving a signal... But i change my set top box before a month... And it stopped working... I check the signal test but it failed... Then i do the master reset but again signal not receiving in the set top box... So i registered a complaint in tata sky help line number at 11th of august 2019.. More than a 7 days... Past but no executive comes to resolve the problem or no one called of their representative... So kindly attention to this complaint...

    Till today it has been 3months with the complaint but tiil date my ownership has not changed in tatasky, so what should i do ?
    someone will tell me, i m having lot of problem,
    i am not able to log in o msals tatasky,
    whatever password is coming, is going to the old number
    pls help and solve this problem.
    Today I got 8 unwanted service calls as of now, every time I am repeating them not to call. I am fed up with Tata Sky as I am not able to concentrate on my work. If the same continues I am going to withdraw your services

      From last 2 days we are getting an error in the tata sky setup box that it is wrong card for this setup box.. Pairing error.

      Already tried many things.. I also removed the card and wipe it out softly and then again inserted back into it but nothing happens. Error still persists. So, it's a request please look into this on priority and advise on the same..

      I m highly disappointed as I recharged my account on 4th August nd did some changes into channels but did recharge of the amount less than the perrvious one. i.e.274 rupees
      Still today(10/08/19) it is giving last date of recharge. How it can be possible

        Sir,
        I had referred my friend for tatasky new connection & as per the advertisement given by the company it is stating that after the successful installation of new connection through a referral from a user, the refereed user will get 300 inr cash on tatasky account. But i don't have got any cash back and the company has denied the same saying technical irregularities. As the company has the proof for the referral from my side and proof for the new connection by my friend for whom i had made the referral, the company is making false promise to the customer customer by providing fake info and for getting new customers through the existing customers. Request to take-up the case forgetting the justice to me as a customer. Attaching the proof of referral (Screenshot form tatasky app) and the advertisement given by tatasky regarding cash back for referral.

          I requested your call center for tatasky dish relocation, technician kunal visited but unfortunately two screw bolt missed, he told me you set up new dish because company not supply or manage such type of work and said you cancel your request and then i will try to manage without company. I called many times but not positive response. Very worse services.

            Kindly help me to view all the channels which are subscribe myself today. Today i have recharge my account with rs.370.00. Right now the daily serials channels which are telecast on peak time not shown on the screen.
            A few days later i have changed the elenby, by the tata sky technician.150.00rs. For elenby and visit charges 200.00charged by tata sky.
            I am not in position to avail such kind of extra expenses. Please make ensure all channels coverage and broadcasting smoothly.

              Recently a unisyn executive came to our house and claimed to provide tatasky connection and a cheque amount of 2300 rupees was also released by bank two days ago. Tried to contact that executive but there's no response. We need you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I need the refund as soon as possible. I came across many complaints over here on the site claiming that unisyn is a fraud company and all. I don't want that to be the case and request tatasky to work on this.

                Again tatasky is not able to resolve my issue had a worst experience. Services are worst. They just know how to cheat their customers. If they want to increase their customers so please just focus on your policies. Employes handle their customers so rudely. My tatasky device is in warranty then also they charged. They provide very low quality products to their customers. Charged higher amount of bad quality products.

                    We had done annual recharge of tata sky on 11/10/18. But on 15/8/19 it is showing that your balance is over and you have to recharge again.
                    Fail to understand how can tata after taking advance money for one year subscription change on its own without taking the consent of the customer and charge differently. Even after talking to their helpline no. S and nodal office numbers no proper reply is given.
                    This is simply cheating as if suppose the rates would have decreased would tata have paid back the customer from whom they have taken annual charge.
                    Once if the operator has taken money for one year subsription, how can they stop the service after nine months?

                      I had deactivated my second connection before 2 months, and also told to customer care that Please deactivate temporary till not confirm to activate this.

                      But this connection automatically activated Automatically and my debited my all balance without intimation.

                      I was call and complaint regarding it there is no resolution and also tag resolved on may request no 1LKPSZMC.

                      I am demented to my call recording when deactivated my second connection but tata sky customer care not provided yet and also told me that you connection activated as per mentioned date.

                        The entire online complain system from tata sky to trai is so cumbersome, it looks like the system is organised in collusion with the ministry to prevent consumers making complaints. There are no emails ids provided where one can send simple emails about the nature of complaints but the online system seems deliberately designed to intimidate and harass consumers from making complaints. There are no other avenuse than inline complaints the systems seems designed for exclusion. How does one complain is the starting point!!!

                          I'm seeni mohammed, i'm tata sky customer. My problem is in my package sports hd channel exist. This channel cost 75rupees per month. I'm deactivate this channel so many times but not processed in my side. And i'm complaining so many times tatasky customers and i'm sending screenshots of my problem. But tata sky side calling me and asking the problem then after not responding. I'm complaining so many times. Maximum one year time period there are collecting this channel 75ruppes per month. Iam loss so much money, my patience and my time. Please solve my problem. Iam sending screenshots of sports hd channel exit in my pack and this channel de activation time error.

                            No resolution of the issue till date. True to the current service levels of Tata sky, we have lip service only and No follow up action on the ground.
                            It is sad that a pemeire brand and an erstwhile trust worthy company has come to such a pass.
                            There is simply no accountability or responsibilty that the company has towards its customers.
                            To hapless customers like myself, TRAI needs to seriously implement portability of services between DTH service providers.

                              My tata sky was not getting signal since 09/08/2019 due to rainy season but after weather clears it was same so i booked a complain to tatasky customer care on
                              11/08/2019 @6:14:23pm i was assured to resolve my complaint within 24 hours so i got relaxed ..
                              again i called them on 12/08/19 @3:30 pm and i was told to wait untill 6:14:23pm... it was not resolved so
                              i called 3rd time @6:30pm and i was assured to resolve before 10 am on 13/08/19 but they could not..again
                              i called 4th time at 10 am and talked with some senior team person and she reassured me to get resolved within 2hrs at any cost...so again i waited for 2 hrs but still they could not...
                              i called 5th time at 1:30 pm on 13/08/2019 ...i talked again with senior excutive Mr. Shailesh Yadav from Pune centre and he assured me to get resolved for sure within 8 hrs...again i waited and as usual no resolution...i get it done with some local technician because it was end of my patience...
                              i got a call from tatasky on 14/08/2019 @ 6.30 pm which was around 72 hours...
                              i am truly so much disappointed and for sure tatasky team should feel shameful for such an incidence where one person calling u 5 to 6 times and everytime you are giving assuring hours..
                              i would not like to accept any excuses for such a bad service from tatasky...
                              i highly recommend everyone not to install tatasky dth at any cost...

                                My register complain in tata sky dated on 07/08/2019 for signal issue. Person coming from tata sky date on 09/08/2019 & his charge 200 doing not any resolution & his said am coming on tomorrow but his not & his not pickup call.
                                When am again call to tata sky call center & saying about this but his not giving resolution till. When i call it is said that there will be a call after 2 hours but no call

                                  I cannot seem to find a way to request tata sky to relocate the recent dish's they have installed on the premises of my apartment without consulting me. Everywhere i call i am asked to give various customer references or phone numbers and of course i don't have anything to enter as i am not a tata customer. The technicians who came into my penthouse area did not make contact with me to consult as to where would be the best place to install the various dishes (And for some reason lately there have been a large number of them installed lately - which is fine, except there is no reason for them to install it so carelessly. They have installed it all around my premises in full view of my vision. If they had asked me i could have shown them some other locations on the roof that would be a much tidier way to set up the dishes. Instead, they have installed a number of dishes in the most lazy and thoughtless manner. I don't have to allow for any installations if i want but i am willing to be reasonable and allow the dishes to be installed provided they are installed in a location that does not cause such ugliness on my premises. I can assure you that there is a lot of space where they can be installed to keep things a lot tidier - but no one asked me. So could i know who it is i am to talk to and be given a phone number that does not request a customer number or customer phone number?

                                    I am unable to add channels in my tata sky secondary box : my tata sky id is :[protected]. Try it many times with android app as well as from tata sky website. On the screen it says that request is complete but when i see on my tv that particular channels which i have add it shows that "you have not subscribed this channels". I have also talk with customer care but no solution is given till now.

                                      I'm jitendra and using tatasky from last 5 yrs and mine registered mobile number is [protected]. But your services are becoming pathetic day by day. Called on your helpline number for themselves as i'm not able to view tv from last 2 days. Firstly your executive told me to on & off mine tv on the name of trouble shooting as i told him to transfer call to his senior, but he didn't turned up. Then i again call to your helpline, then some executive named kuldeep picked up phone and he did some help but didn't told me the previous executive name, as there are some of your policies. I'm fade-up of tatasky as its not working and your executives are not helping.

                                        I'm really really disappointed with the Tata Sky service. Not only regarding recharges, but with the silly technical issues, fake information and promises given on customer service calls, and some inappropriate manner of talks on customer care calls too. The customer assistants do not even know what's going on on the call and what's showing up on the app. Just to end up the call asap, I've been provided wrong informations. It's been 7, 8 years I'm using Tata Sky, instead of paying my recharge before time, my account has been ended up 8-10 days earlier. Most of the times, even when climate is highly heated in summers, signals are unavailable and I'm shown that due to heavy rains there's no signal. Many times my account, is been added unwanted channels and services without informing me and without letting me know. This leads in my account deduction. And I'm at loss.
                                        Really fedup with Tata Sky. I'm not only the one with such complaints. The store from where I recharge my account, they've already above 350-400 such complaints regarding Tata Sky.
                                        I deeply request, please never ever purchase any Tata Sky connection.
