service - set top box not working

I have registered the non functioning of my set top box vide subscriber id [protected].
I am stuck with no services from the company as their call centre agent keep promising to send over technicians who, do not reach us.
This problem of no visit of technicians from tata sky has started from the last six months and the simply is refusing to address my problems...

shameful incidents for tata sky team..no resolution of my complaint until 72 hours even after 5 to 6 calls to customer care

My tata sky was not getting signal since 09/08/2019 due to rainy season but after weather clears it was same so i booked a complain to tatasky customer care on
11/08/2019 @6:14:23pm i was assured to resolve my complaint within 24 hours so i got relaxed ..
again i called them on 12/08/19 @3:30 pm and i was told to wait untill 6:14:23pm... it was not resolved so
i called 3rd time @6:30pm and i was assured to resolve before...

I cannot seem to find a way to request tata sky to relocate the recent dish's they have installed on the premises of my apartment without consulting me. Everywhere i call i am asked to give various customer references or phone numbers and of course i don't have anything to enter as i am not a tata customer. The technicians who came into my penthouse area did not make contact with me to consult as to where would be the best place to install...

I am unable to add channels in my tata sky secondary box : my tata sky id is :[protected]. Try it many times with android app as well as from tata sky website. On the screen it says that request is complete but when i see on my tv that particular channels which i have add it shows that "you have not subscribed this channels". I have also talk with customer care but no solution is given till now....

recharge in other account

Both id are in my name only. I have tried to contact tata sky and complained about this my complain id no is 1ly7yr2d. But their response is not satisfactory. They are saying that they cannot resolve this. Please look into it....

Tatasky cheated on me they provide me secondhand adapter. 2.5 months ago in 2019 i had applied for new connection now they charged me & providing me secondhand if have i paid for any item so company should have to give me new product. They are not responding to my problem they just ignoring my issues. Please help me asap its request. They are just answering my calls only not responding to problem....

no channels showing since purchase

After installation of Tata sky it worked only for a day and now it repeatedly show the message to contact helpline(screenshot attached). We have been complaining since a week. After much delay the technician comes and says settop box is fine and problem with subscriber ID. Now he gives his senior's number and says talk to him. I have a very bad experience with your service. It's my first and last month experience regarding your service... First time i apply tata sky online. And make schedule for next day at a time 9 to 11 am in the morning... And confirm with your executive bt he came same day and start doing their work. No informed me. Nd... I pay my first payment 2000 rupees but my amount is around 1985 something he told me rest amount will add in your card.....

charging rs 150 unnecessarily as service charge even when there is signal problem from there side

I had taken tatasky subscription 7 months back, at present neither it is raining nor it is cloudy but still signal is not receiving. We contacted the tata sky customer care but they are saying that we need to pay RS 150 as service charge to get the problem rectified . Why should we pay when there is signal or other problem due to tatasky itself. This is sheer exploitation for the customers if we have to pay everytime Rs 150 when fault is...
