So, i want to activate it with my contact no. [protected] and wants new user id and password so can you help me.

Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

    Since last 3 months it is general tendency of tatasky not broadcasting any channels in the morning upto 11.45 and at evening from 7 to 8. P. M. And atnight 11.45 it suddenally stoped the channels so we can not see any programmes and even though there is no cloud no rain but on t. V. Screen they speak and show such signals and wasting customers timing tatasky servises is very very poor while channels run by cable operator it show 24 hoursbut why tata sky can not show channels 24 hours when they are charging at huge rates awaiting your response very soon my tata sky id no is [protected] and my regd mobile no is [protected] from mahesh waghela mumbai

      I have requested to split the multi tv connection of my tata sky id -[protected] through an email to [protected]@tatasky.com.

      An executive of tata sky called and asked to download the noc form from internet and submit it with signature, but the noc form is for transferring the tata sky connection as a whole on the name of another person. I have not found any noc on the tata sky website for the splitting of multi tv connections. I have four set top boxes in this connection and i want to separate them in different names as there is no monetary benefit to retain the multi tv connection.

      It seems that tata sky is not helping me to resolve the issue.

      Need to resolve this as soon as possible.

        I have put request on customer care since 25th july 2019 for removing and re-installation of dish antena due to fixing of grill in the balcony area of my flat. Tata sky took the complaints, sent me sms at every stage including the technican visiting between so and so hours. Then just before visiting hours another sms received saying complaint kept on hold. On checking customer care, they informed that it was on our request they hold the call while we did not called them. It appears that tata sky's technicians are giving wrong information and there is no one in this organisation taking care of customer or their grievances. Such attitude from tata organisation is new to me and surprised that how tata is allowing such practices in their organisation while claiming high ethical value of business and customer satisfactions.

          My annual package was to last upto 9.8.19 but they deactivated it on 3.7.19. They had also cut some of the channels after 6-7 months during the package period.
          They are not replying my emails dt 4th, 5th, 10th and 19th july 19 also and not activate it. No cash receipt and mention about the annual package is given at the time of activating the tv.

          Tata sky person contacted me on phone on 2.8.19 to inform that they will not take any action in the matter as the Government has done it. They are not responding to my emails but are confirming on phone only for the inaction in this case. They are supposed to prove that Government had asked them to cut the channels and reduce the validity of the period after 5-6 months during the annual package plan contract. I think the new Government policy starts for the new customers only. I had deposited some amount in SBI for 10 years at the interest rate of 9.75%. It is still in force and now the interest rates are reduced but I am getting the same rate.

            I am not able to receive the tata sky service. Requested for service on 28/07/2019, from last 5 days. There is no response from tata sky till today. Registered request no. Of tata sky is - wo#1l3q4121.
            They asked for the paid service for charges 150/- rs. I agreed for the same. Then also i am able to receive the service to correct the problem from 5 days.

              But no money add when I coll again they simply say that I can not reffer any connection to any one and say that he not add 300 in my account.
              This is totally fraud sir first they give offer and after installation completed they refused to add money in account..

                disconnect of secondary connection

                Three years back i used two connection (Primary and secondary) in one id of tatasky. But now i have only one television in my home and the secondary connection is just lying idle, so, please arrange to disconnect the secondary connection. My tatasky id is [protected]. And one thing more. U people want story of ramayana or mahabharat, what do u want from long complaint, my current complaint is just of four words "disconnect my secondary connection",...

                Hi, i am using 3 connection of tatasky and it was on a family package however on 23rd june tatasky people changed the plan and put all the connection on an individual plan. Earlier i used to pay 350 for main connection and 200 each for the sub connection however without informing me they have changed the plan and put all 3 connection on 350 each. I came to know about the same on 5th july and when i disputed they are blaming trai because as per them they have done as per rule implemented by trai. My point is that there is a financial impact so before making any changed they should inform the client. When i raised the complaint on 5th july it took a week to get it resolved and till then i was been charged as per the plan is given to me by tatasky. It's cheating and fraud. Also, my set up box stopped working, it went on stand by mode and customer care people recommended that technician will come to get it fixed. When the technician came he denied to do anything and simply offered to change the setup box. No clue that why should i change the setup box because there was no hardware issue. The problem seems to be a software issue which can be resolved easily. After some discussion, i agreed then he said that he will replace it and give me another refurbished device which later i identified is also faulty. They will reset my setup box and give it to 3rd person and keep on doing it and making money with one single setup box which is again an illegal acitivity. One-piece which is already sold is been reused again and again at a high cost and making consumer fool by sending a technician who denies to open the box and always give one option to replace it seems to be a planned loot. Also, i got my setup box replaced around 8 months back so it should be in warranty but still i have been charged for my setup box to which the answer was that the last setup box was not in warranty however i paid the same amount, 400rs which i paid this time as well. Now it is in a 1-year warranty but earlier it was not. I am completely pissed with this behaviour and need some solution. Please help

                    I had raised a complaint regarding over charging of my tata sky connection through request no. 1l0cjgoq and 1l2z276j. Every day, executives call me and assure to resolve but miserably failed. They have been charging me rs. 617/- whereas my actual charges comes only rs. 471/- only. Moreover, they are not sending any statements for last 3 months. My subscription charges are as follows:-

                    Network fee rs. 153/-
                    Extra channels charge rs. 168/-
                    Vedic maths rs. 150/-
                    Total rs. 471/-

                    Apart from above, i have subscribed for tata sky class room semi annual pack which i had paid separately rs. 396/- on 7th february which is valid till 7th august.

                    I am sure mine is not an isolated case and tata sky is fleecing customers their ignorance and taking excuses of trais new rules.

We complaint about the problem at tata sky customer care but they are not bothered for the same.I am facing no signal issue since 2 days now and have been following up with the tatasky customer care.                         I have facing signal issue since last 29 June'19 onwards and have been following up with customer care and they said due whether condition your signal has been lost while same will resume after 2-3 minutes.

                        Most amazing truth that Tatasky broadcast channels are working properly and my account is getting continuos deducted with no watching TV.

                        Tatasky looting to the customer for services charges of Rs 150/- valid one month after that same issue occurred.However same problem araise in every rainy season for falsely signal lost by Tata sky while technician visiting & called there subordinate to connecting signal.

                        There hasn't be any control on this braodcasters simpley Looting & making money after paying Rs 366 monthly with previous charged of Rs 200/- only.

                        We are requesting to please take immediate action on this braodcasters

                          Dth connection no. [protected].There was a awful experience with customer care people of tata sky. On april 15 of 2019 we called customer care people to disconnect the secondary connection as we weren't using same. They did not give me any option of permanent or temporary disconnection nor did they confirm for how many days they are going to disconnect. Suddenly there flashes in july that i need to pay rs.1000+ or my connection would be terminated after i have paid my monthly payment of rs.569/- on 8th of july. Hence, i called them to know what was the reason for double payment in one month. To my surprise they say that my secondary connection was activated with out my knowledge on july 15th 2019. I asked 1them that all the process of activation was without my intimation and hence, they need to credit the amount to my account. For once they called me and asked for being happy with a rs. 120/- credit that they offered. But i asked them that it was their mistake of activation without my concent and hence, they need to give full amount. But rather they disconnected my primary connection too on 28.07.2019 for payment and i had to pay rs.569/- again on 28.07.2019 for connection. So i had to pay two time in one month ..Very poor customer service in this era of competition ..And consumer protection.

                            My tata sky set up box is showing a pairing error, it is showing "This is the wrong card for this set-top box(Pairing Error)".There is no problem with the card but still for three days continuously it is showing the pairing error. Can u suggest me a solution that can fix this issue?. I would be waiting for a reply.

                              I purchased a tata sky connection online from their website on 23rd June, paid the amount using google pay. But no response was shown in the website once the payment is done. But money is debited from my account. I have contacted the tata sky customer care many times but they are not taking any action for refund. They are saying that my registration is not done in their system and they cannot do anything.

                              I had called the tata sky customer care officers for more than 15 times, talked to your different seniors, may be for hours, mentioned all my details, still asking for the same thing "Registered Phone Number".
                              Many of the customer care people said backend team will contact you and they even lied many times that my screenshot of successful transaction is not received. I challenge you that i have screenshots of the mail sends, auto response of the subscribed ID and recordings of how your customer care people behaves.

                              The issue is that my registration was not successful and hence you cannot find any records if you search with my phone number which is a technical failure from tata sky payment page. Because the details i entered was not posted to the tata sky website correctly, and still the payment was only debited correctly and no work order
                              was generated. Even after 30 mails they have been sending automated mail which asks for registered phone number and subscriber ID . i understood that there is no escalation matrix for tata sky(i told 100 times to your customer care officers that this subscriber ID and work order is not generated from your end) which is error/bug with tata sky online payment . How could i share the number/id which i didn't received.


                              I send them mail which included the screenshot of successful transaction, how ever your associates in customer care people kept saying we cannot find any records in this phone number. The bank transaction was successful, which is the clear indication that the money is credited to tata sky account.

                              My question is
                              "Why cant tata sky check with the backend team and check the amount against the transaction id shared" ..What makes you technically impossible to check my payment is credited to your account or not "
                              The transaction details clearly states that the money is credited to your tata sky bank account. Please understand that this is the 8th day after my payment.

                                Hi, my tatasky id is [protected].

                                I have to call technicians every two weeks, these connections are for my parents and they can’t handle this crap all the time. Tatasky is charging rs150.00 for every visit, i have asked them to close 1 connection out of 3 but that is still active and i’m paying for it for nothing. I have called them several time to change the setup box because it hangs in 15 minutes and then we have to restart in every 15-20 minutes. No resolution provided.

                                14 days gone but till now my problem not resolve, technician visit before 10 days and received 550 rupees for new box but they have closed my complaint, customer care do not response my call

                                  I just wish to become the part of tata sky family hence i take a new connection from unisyn enterprises which is authorise dealer for tata sky.
                                  I paid them 2222/- rupees and get the subscriber id of : [protected].
                                  I get a call from one of your cs team that within 24 hours our engineer will be visiting your home and install the new connection.
                                  I wait for 2 days but there is no one come to do the installation of tata sky.
                                  Next day i again try to call your cs team, now i get the update from your cs agent within 30 minutes our engineer visit your home and installed the new tata sky connection.
                                  But again no one come to my home to install the connection.
                                  I am really shocking the pre service of tata sky for new users. I am just imagine that if i become the member of the tata sky family then what will the treatment i get if i registered any complain.
                                  First impression is your last impression hence i didnot want to continue with tata sky family so please refund my money of (2222/-) to me.
                                  I just want to update you that i am also the part of customer service and i know that it may get the complain for any service industry but you should treat the valuable service to new member of your family (New users)

                                    I have been customer of Tata sky for more than 10 years. I have downloaded their Tata sky app. Whenever I try to modify channels message "technical error occurred " appears. I have been complaining for 15 days. Lots of people have talked to me but result is zero. Atrocious app and tech good up. What a bore.

Mne company ko call kiya jinhone bola ki upgradation k liye engineer aawega jiski fees 150 h. Wo deni hogi. Ye mera fault nhi h. Company wale upgrade kr rhe h. M engineer ki feed kyun du. Ase to wo har weak upgrade krenge or consumer se 150 le lenge. Agar koi saman settop box mei dalega to consumer dega. But usko upgrade krke dena company ki jimmewari h. Jo wo nhi kr rhe.
