Tata sky charged packages charges without my consent
I.D.N0.[protected] new free connection for one month. connection has been installed on 1st August. after that tata sky intimated me that your connection is fully free upto 31st august and you are fully free to choose your pack. on 31st august i requested to tata sky on phone to active my pack 270/p.m. then the official requested me to deposit 20 rupees or more for activate the account . so i deposited 20 to choose the pack but today i.e. on 1st september the company has deactivated my tata sky. than i again requested to activate my account but they refused me . they said to deposit minimum 200/ . i make the payment today 250 . my tata sky has been activated and charged extra amount for HD CHANNEL. i have no HD TV. I HAVE 14 INCH TV 2001 MODEL.NO OFFICIAL IS INTERESTED TO HEAR ME.

    This is brought to your kind notice that i have to paid for an amount rs 1755/- for recharge of tata sky. But unfortunately that i had recharge of rs 17550/- on 23 july 2016 through on line. I was followed up with your customer team regarding extra payment that they told me, my amount of rs 17550/- will reverse in my account with 10 working days. Now you have to paid rs 1760/-. Then i had again paid rs 1760/- as discussed with your customer team on 26 july 2016. But till date my amount of rs 17550/- did not credit in my account. You are requested to expedite the matter at your end. Early action is highly solicited in this regard. Further any clarification you are free to contact on my mobile no:[protected]

      Dear company, i call on your care no that is [protected], Miss. Riddhi recived my call, when i told him my problem that i was not informed correctly when i have enquire about tata sky services from care.
      She reply that was your problem, you have to ask everything. We did not tell everyone every thing.

      I am not satisfied with her answer.as a user i want your review on this activity. I[censored] can not do anything, then i want to return your box with my refundable process.

      We moved from Mumbai to Pune. We asked for relocation . It was done. Initially all channels were working. But within a week some channels went blank. And the second TV has become blank. We have paid around Rs 1500 so far on cables, tech visit, relocation. We wish we had taken a new connection for the amount we spent Could you please do something ?

        Our Customer ID [protected] Gita Jain. Complaint pending for one week now since last Thursday. Tech visited on Thursday and as it was dark he could not work on terrace. He said he will come next day, but has not shown up till now. Apparently he reported to your center that there is no access to terrace, which is not true. No one in TataSky is helping us???

          Dear sir, Tatasky is cheating me. My client ID is [protected].
          1. Giving recharge date, adding unwanted package, misappropriation of funds there by. Resultant bring down the recharge date, hence cheating me.
          2. Even after getting recharge amount, deactivation continues.
          3. Redressal of complaints, not bothered and monitored.
          4 Rs1330/ misappropriation found, complained, but no action so far, one week elapsed after lodging complaint.
          Please INTERFERE and get back my amount and Compensation for suffering RS 200000/ to be demanded.

            Set top box (Stb) of tata sky remote does not control the volume (+) or (-) of hd channels. Despite telephonic talk with representatives, there was no satisfactory response. If matter is not resolved in 24 hours, i will disconnect all connections of dth and advise nears & dears not to opt for tata sky. Hence please resolve the problem immediately other wise i shall be constrained to go for litigation.
            Take this matter on top priority.

              My tata sky setup box is not receiving signal due to some technical problem,
              I make sure to get this complain on the ears of tata sky operators, today 31/08/2016 is the 4th day from the day of dis connectivity and still no efficient help is done by tata sky workers. Every day when i call, they promise me that they will be solving the problem tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes. Our subscription to our plan must be increased by the day of repair.

                  I am harassed consumer with id-[protected]. I dont have connectivity since morning on complaints to customers care no. They don, t spare for few minutes & then disconnect the call, i made three calls from 1330 to 1400 hrs. No solution was made. Last call attended by miss aishwarya said i can lodge compl., technician will visit & charge. I then spoke to her senior miss yamini, no solution but they want to harass consumer & make money, as this has happened to me twice in this month & earlier too.. Once this is their network & monthly charged. Service should be free. They just make some error from their office & on visit & charges by tech.. Then set top box is reset.. & service restored... Tatasky is pickpocket in the hard earned money of customers.

                        Sir, i have paid for renewal of the dhamaal mix-semi annual scheme. I don't know the earlier due to be paid. I got a message that there is a balance of rs. 1460.65 against the payable amount of rs. 1699.20 in favour of my sub id:[protected].
                        Now, i could not see any channel.
                        I am ready to pay the balance. I am now assuring that i will pay at the earliest.
                        I rang to [protected] but no response.
                        Kindly allow me to see the dhamaal mix-semi annual programmes at the earliest.

                        Customer care always busy.Tried several times today after annual recharge but no response. There is always waiting tone.
                        Very poor service of Tatasky customer care.
                        Before recharge they called me 2-3 times for recharge & after recharge no response.

                          I have been facing this problem past 10 day.. I have 2 set top boxes and same problem.. I have recharged my set top box but except hd no other channel is working.. I called at the call center no proper response.. They are asking 200 rs for a visit.. Why do i pay for their own fault?? I need you guys to address this issue asap.. As before taking money and subscription you make loads of promises

                          I have two set top boxes after my recharge both have stopped showing channels.. It's keep showing no signal.. I have emailed my complains spoken to the executive but still no response.. It's been 10 days and nothing done.. And now they are asking fee to visit our place.. What kind of service is this? They take money for subscription and the channels don't show because of their bad signal.. Why more charges to resolve there bad service.. The worst after sales service

                              My registered mobile number in [protected]. I was told by the executive that take a hd box and you will get a hd channels free for an year. I purchased a box and their executive failed to put the details in their database and now when i am complaining that the channels are not available they are saying that due to the agent forgot to put it in records hd channels were getting deducted from your balance and you have to recharge again with 510 for viewing them. When i paid full amount why do i have to pay again for their fault. This is cheating. Now is it a customer who have to go and get everything entered on their side

                                We have a tata sky conenction at home and our subscriber id is [protected].
                                Since last many days we are not able to see star plus channel and few english movies channel which we had subscribed for. Today we called up there hel desk at no [protected].
                                They said that there technicial will visit and charges of 200/- will be applicable. Beffore that there call centre executive told us to check signal quality which was below 60. They told that this should be above 80 for seam less viewing and for this there technical guy has to visit. We refused for the charges as since we have subscribed for the channel and if there signal quality does not support its there duty to ratify. Upon arguing with some lady pushpa at there cal centre we also received call from mr trilok who also refused to provide this service free of cost.

                                  I bought 2 tata Sky DTH HD BOX & changed my local cable operator two month back. Then& only my bad luck started. I have 2 tv connection in my home& everytime one of connection fails to get the signals. it’s takes 3 to 4 days to get checked& rectified. Same this is happening again now. I have lodge complain on tata Sky customer care centre on 26th Aug & till today there is no visit of technical staff happened. Day by day I am following these people on phone & now it is very much frustrating.When I called up on tata Sky cc again, now they are saying that it will be done tomorrow & they do not know the reason that why technical staff is not visiting in time limits.Worth less. Will Try to use another DTH SERVICE PROVIDERS in future. Till then pls resolve my complaint.From Indrapuram - Ghaziabad- Jitender Dhiman

                                    I am a tata sky customer and my Customer ID no. is [protected]. I have taken the tata sky services on 14/08/2016 and paid full year channel charges in one time. I am not able to view some of the SD channels since last week. I have complained at least 10-15 times in the last 5 days. but there has been no response from tata sky. No one has concerned to look in the matter. Tata sky seems least bothered about their customers. I have been getting messages and calls from tata sky that they are sending their technician but its just a fluke. They never turn up. I have never experienced such irresponsible servicing ever. We are paying for the channels that we are not even able to see. I and my family are in total mental agony. Its high time and I cannot chase up their services anymore. Please take the suitable action against tata sky and help me to refund my money with compensation due to deficiency of services and mental harassment to me and my family.

                                      My tata sky ID No. [protected] i had made a complain regarding above said subject. fro your side on service person turn up change the SET TOP BOX and say's now your problem is solved. again same problem starts again i make complain. again service person turns up check the SET TOP BOX and change the LNB ron dish and it will work fine. i asked if why i n first time LNB is changed / replaced against SET TOP BOX ( that mean my set top box was fine there was LNB issue ) he was rude say go and ask tata shy people, i told him not to check service code no. but forcefully he has taken the number.

                                      1. I JUST WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO PAY TWICE SERVICE CHARGES .
                                      2. WHY THE PERON WHO TURNED FIRST HAS NOT CHECKED LNB INSTATED OF REPLACING THE SET TOP BOX
                                      3. I HAVE REVIVED CALL NOREFUND WILL BE GIVEN
                                      4. CAN SOME SENIOR PERSON CAN REVERT TO ME

                                        I have been using tata sky dth services since last 10-11 years and as i live on rental properties so i had to shift to various locations. During last 10-11 years after getting the connection of tata sky i had shifted third time only.in every relocation the technician wanted to change any of the part of the equipment like lnb, cable, dish etc.
                                        But this time i am really fed up with the kind of technicians and services as the technicians are behaving very rudely, badly with the females and kids and tying to change all the things forcefully, if they are not allowed and asked to come when any male member is present then they never come and talk like in uncivilized manner. My first complaint this time was around 12-13 days back but till date problem is not resolved.
                                        1st complaint made was for the channels not coming, for that tech visited and told to change the dish, it was agreed but on changing the dish the channel coming before the 1st complaint were lost and the tech came told that cable will have to be changed and this process is going on and my money from my account balance is deducting on daily basis but there is no one in this company to check and resolve the problem.
                                        This is the company where these undisciplined technical peoples are the boss and the managers of the company.
                                        This was the last and final complaint rooted through this medium and was the last payment done to tata sky. Finally decided to switch over to videocone.

                                        And one thing more i will not ask for any refund type of thing
