Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:GN5VXPB is scheduled between 11/02/2015 17:25 & 18:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]...this my service request. However no action taken. Instead of servicing the tata sky servicing people demand money 500-1000 to do the service where as acording to comoany rule it is only 170 dat too will be deducted from the a/c itself.. Im not getting the channels. Complained 4 days back. No body attended.

Dear entertainer, its a humble request that we r ur customers from a long time. We understand that the upgradation is an issue but still being such a brand can't expect this that the viewer are unable to watch the program for a long time. Not only for a day in all now its more than 8 days. Since march n this is happening from long time that hd channels we are unable to watch now n then.
Kindly resolve the problem without any excuse . I complained it telephonically it was said that the engineer will visit but none came.
now it seems ur hospitality is also poor.
kindly assure us that by when can we see our program without any obstacle.
And above all who will manage the loss allover the users had.
this is u have to decide how u will reimburse our loss.
as while recharge amount is over without any fail u send reminder but for this blunder u didn't inform business tact. Smart but now u have to show ur smartness by being a thinker and doer for the customers.

I am getting the message " NO SIGNAL" on the screen for last three days. Booked a complaint with TATASKY by SMS on 02.04.2015 and was given No. WO:NS[protected]. I received different SMS from them giving expected time of visit of their installer, but no one turned up.
It is more than 48 hours but still the problem persists, have sent message to their site and have chatted with their agent but to no result. Now when I try to log in to the TATASKY web site, get the following message:
"Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try again later.Please call the helpline for further assistance."
Can you help me??

Our subscriber ID is [protected] Mamata Rathod. I am not receiving signal on one of my additional connection. I did send SMS but does any one bother? So far no response. I am based at Chennai at T.Nagar area. This is second time in 40 days I am without services for days. You helpline number is lousy. I waited for 15 minutes patiently for your person to talk to me but all the time it was sweetly saying please wait. What is this? Dont we have any work? You are a giant in software but when it comes to service your clients I wonder why not response time is limited to few minutes? why complaints are not being addressed. When I switch on my TV your emssage it says " it may raining...etc etc.." its so hot here. Please understand sensibility of customers and next time it happens let me warn you you are not only player and I will be constrained to change my service provider

I have been facing issue of no signal and it's been 3 days now I have receiving sms thank you for your patience we will resolve your problem asap what a crap tata sky service is. Now they will see my patience when I change my connection to airtel once I utilise my deposit amount. My suggestion to everyone never buy tata sky.
Since past 3 days no signal and no body is bothered to resolve the query more over complaint request is closed very annoying it is when their chatting services shows 100 waiting and after a long waiting its goes offline... Such a harassment. Such a Bad service..
