Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:GN5VXPB is scheduled between 11/02/2015 17:25 & 18:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]...this my service request. However no action taken. Instead of servicing the tata sky servicing people demand money 500-1000 to do the service where as acording to comoany rule it is only 170 dat too will be deducted from the a/c itself.. This second time i am facing NO Signal in less than month. 100% of my preferred channels are not available. No advance information from the tatasky and not able to contact any of the tatasky offical.
No response and no valid information is being shared with customer. I think tatasky is not doing any charity business with customers and they are getting money in advance and they are not providing any service for the amount we have paid.

I have been using Tata Sky since more than 1 year now... My ID No. [protected]
Since 31st March 2015, I am getting "No Signal" whole day.
I have complained several times ( nearly 20 times per day on phone) but the problem
is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain.
Kindly do the needful.

My tatasky is not working from last 2 weeks. I have complained on toll free numbers as well as by sending sms. All the custom care executive assured the solution of problem in next couple of hours OR 24 HRS OR 48 HRS... but after 2 weeks, i am not able to watch TV channels and worst things is that some of customer care executive put my call on hold for hrs and there was no answer... They do not have any email address that we can complain by email. THIS IS THE ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOM CARE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER
Many channels are phased out, and missing all my favorite program's.Gave them a few missed calls as per their suggestion, still no response from India's creditable business house. My Subscriber ID : [protected]
There is no signal since 1 April since I recharged for next month subscription. I have sent the message as NS to 56633 still there is no response from costumer care. No Land line is not working.

services but so far nothing has been done. Please get it rectified immediately as we are unable to see any channel. Only we are getting few drag up channels and no HD channels.
Please understand I have paid in advance for one year and cannot accept so many days disruptions. I will expect no charges for these days are debited from my account.

its showing no signal
it is good but all not work properly
I recharged my account with Rs2000/- on Thursday and after that I am facing No signal issue since Friday i.e 03-APR-15. As I was not in town I raised the complaint on Sunday i.e 05-APR-15. The complaint ID is NS[protected].
Today I received a sms stating that the WO has been cancelled. So I gave a missed call to [protected] as the issue was still present.
Why is the WO cancelled without even intimating me. Till now I did not receive any call from you guys.
Also now when I call the cust. care I get to know that because of the missed call a new WO has been registered. WO is NS[protected].
Was under a false impression that your service was better than others. Its almost a week since the service was down, I need the issue to be solved today on priority.

This is the worst experience I had with any service provider, My tata sky connection is now working for more than last 10 days, I have complained more than 100 times for the same problem... receive the same message - your request us handed over to technician. I have neither received any call nor their customer care number is working. They are charging me daily for the service that they are not providing
