Tata Sky — no signal

Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:GN5VXPB is scheduled between 11/02/2015 17:25 & 18:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]...this my service request. However no action taken. Instead of servicing the tata sky servicing people demand money 500-1000 to do the service where as acording to comoany rule it is only 170 dat too will be deducted from the a/c itself.. This is absolutely not tolarable.

Hii, my tatasky id. No. Is [protected] n mobile no. Is [protected]. We are not getting tatasky service for last 5 days only it shows no siganal .We lodged a complaint against this issue more than 20 times. Every time you promised us that within 24 hrs we will call us back but so far we have not received any call from you. If you are not able to solve the issue, than you please refund us all our credit amount so we will shift to another service provider.plz see over the problem fast.

Am Dhanraj having the connection with Tatasky at 7-1-212 beside vishnu fireworks shiv bagh colony ameerpet hyd. . my id is [protected]. [protected] this is my contact number, am unable to view channels since 2 of this month . all my complaints to the company went deaf ears am regreting to choose tatasky as my broadcast service. please make betterment of my service.
All channel (except three or four channel) of my Tata Sky was not working since 24th March 2015. Despite repeated telephonic conversation and sms from last one month with Tata Sky customer care, till date signal problem of my Tata Sky ID No. [protected] was not done. Request check at the earliest and do the need full.

& we have not received any call from engineer,
please send your tata sky engineer as soon as possible.
For the last one week no signal, the same happened in March when we did not have signal for a week
I am not getting Tata Sky Service for the past FIFTEEN (15) days. Ever day Tata sky sends me SMS stating that a technician will contact me. They are not receiving any customer care calls the ivr says that this line is busy, if we sms the same msgs come the technician will attend you, And more importantly they are deducting money on everyday basis. WTF. This is the most costliest dth service and in name sake of service they are giving nothing. Completely harrassed with the entire system of Tata Sky.
Pathetic Service, without any intimation the service is stopped. The Call Centers are not equipped to handle complaints.
Issues with Tatasky DTH connection for the past 1 week. Non existent Customer Service. TataSky has never been the best DTH provider and now it has become the worst with the past week's events. Taking customers for a ride - probably the company thinks its too big to be challenged. After the current issue not many subscribers would want to continue with their "service". I wont for sure.

our tatasky I.D no: [protected] sir almost 3 weeks channals r not working, we getting always no signal, u must take step and try to slove immediatly, and we don't have any due bill to pay we cleared all payment then to channals are not coming, you must take this complient and try to slove immeditaly.
i am getting No signal From past 6 days And no one Giving a proper feedback always They put me on hold..on a brighter side You are saying that you'll solve our problem at any time but when we needed you the most your service puts us on hold yesterday I just called your Engineer but he cut the call and the day before yesterday he told me that i can't speak right now what is the problem with those guys If you don't wanna do that and if you are unable to fix it then why you are guys upgrading the system ..never make promises if you can't keep it...its very annoying these days everyday when we are going to switch channels it's already saying that am In No Signal Mode..what's the problem? we are paying you at exact time so why don't you give us a proper feedback

I am facing channel problems from last 10 days. As I know channel upgradation is going on, so i have given the missed call on provided number on 1ST April. Till now I have not receive call from technician, daily I m getting the patiance message. This is very irresponsible behaviour . why we are paying the money if we are not getting anything. Same if happen I will change the operator...

No signal for about two weeks now.

No proper response regarding resolution from[protected]. I was promised that the technician would visit my place every time I called them, but no one turned up so far. Very bad and pathetic customer service. I seek answer and intervention from the highest level on this.

I am using TATA Sky for the last 1year, now am not able to view channels on my TV since last 10 days. There are fake commitments from TATA Sky executives to resolve the issue ASAP. Such a Pathetic service provider.. I am sure for TATA Sky the SLA for resolving the issue must be infinite days. The call centre line is busy all the time and they are not able to meet the consumer demands at all..
