Even we are getting the same problem with Tata Sky. Only four channerls are coming

Hi sir,
I don't no what is wrong with tatasky since from yesterday its not receiving any signal nor showing any channels. I tried to call helpline numbers but I guess no one cares for their customers issue. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible... As my review this is not a good customer service and it makes people frustrated... My subscription ID [protected]... Please resolve this issue

Tata Sky HD is not working since 26th March 2015 and many false assurance by sms regarding technician visit have turned out to be fake. registering on coustomer care takes a long time. No coustomer care executive will come on line, Till now the problem has not been resolved.
