[Resolved] Tata Sky — referral amount not credited | |||
I have referred tata sky account to a person on 30th october, 2019 through my whatsapp through a code. Person successfully registered using by referral code but tata sky is not giving any referral amount. I have proof of referral and also my referred person has proofof signing using my referral code I have a recording with customer executive who verified my referral and said it will be credited but now after complaint he is saying i did not refer account. I said you can call and asked concerned person and i can submit proofs also, but he said we cannot give bonus. I said, so you cheat customers, so he said we will call you back and now after 10 complaints still they are not updating the amount. Even after sending mails at [protected]@tatasky.com, they are saying we have not recieved any mails. Pathetic customer service. My tata sky connection is not working since one week...Customer care is not resolving my problem and your customer care number is cant take calls...Please resolve my problem

Please help for "this is the wrong card for this set box pairing error" i tried removing the digicard and cleaned with soft dry cloth but it didn't work. Please send some help ASAP.
