On 19/october, i have raised the complaint on my setup box which was replaced on 3rd october. The technician mr baskar came and checked the box, tried with a new box which was working on my tv, he said similar problem happened with someother customer too, he will repair it and return/ replace.

I am the first time user of the tata sky and recently got a new connection. After an active connection, i logged in to my tata sky app did the registration. I got an option to select coupons worth rupees 2000. But due to some error in-app, the page got hidden automatically. tatasky broadband company needs to be audited for support compliance

Its regarding my unaddressed complaint c-519053 and marked the complaint as resolved without even addressing it.
Its been three days i am not getting network and have been charged. I am following up with your support team who doesn't even respond and resolve issues even on consistent followups.

Its more of irritating and harassing with responses from these company people. Its repeated; in past also such issues been reported...

referral amount not provided

I have referred my friend and he has applied for the connection by clicking on the referral link. He has got the connection but i didn't get any referral amount. I complained regarding the same and they accept that i referred my friend and he got connection based on that referral. But they are saying that due to technical issue on the tata sky's part, they can't provide me the referral amount. This is clear case of cheat from the consumers...

tata sky delight gift not received

I have subscribed for tata sky broadband connnection on 7th september 2019 during an offer period. I was eligible for a delight gift which i chose a "swiss military bagpack" which was supposed to be received within 15 days.

I upgraded my tata sky standard box to hd stb last december (2018). Since the upgrade, my stb is either restarting by itself or getting stuck while watching tv. Complained as many as 5 times since then. An engineer visited each time changing lmb once, changing stb adapter once, took the stb for observation and said its fine. I seriously don’t understand why cant they just change the stb which is under warranty for an year.

We have been using tatasky dth services. We make monthly payments usually from tatasky app. We wanted to avail extra month bonus on subscription and payment of annual package charge. complaint regarding - refund not credited for cancelling connection request

Its been one month i am facing issues with my refund. A guy named lokesh went to our shop with some plans of tata sky. We did a payment of 2117 for a new connection. The mode of payment was paytm. He told us that mam you will recieve one call from our company for verification and confirm them with yes or no. If you are not sure you can stop the verification process and refund will be credited to you within 42 hours.
No refund is received...

My tata sky id is [protected]. Recently while watching the cable tv channel, there was a notification for software update and suddenly my set topbox went into standby mode and streaming was stopped. It further stopped responding to any remote command.
After calling customer care, technician came and replaced the set topbox.
But to my surprise, there was a charge of 500 rs for this.

digi card stolen by technician

Tata sky technician came to my place for repairing. He was unable to repair it. He also took away tata sky digi card along and that too without my knowledge.

Now, refusing to return it. Even threatening to do whatsoever i want to, he isnit going to return it.

Even tata sky helpline is of no help. They are least concernef about its coutomers. Helpline ppl are just trying to pass time without any action....
