I have recharged my tata sky account prior to an hour the deadline and it's been 2 hours that i have my account deactivated. I gave miss call on the number provided 4 times and nothing took place.
Then i called the helpline and they talked to me about half an hour explaining to me that they understand my problem and still didn't activate my account.

    Dear sir,
    My name is dinesh srivastava and this is i'd no.- [protected] and i am regular customer of tata sky. I have registered a complaint in tata sky that my set up box isn't working. They provided my 24 hours to resolve the issue but six days have passed. No one has come. Every time when i call to tata sky they make excuses. They have been cheating me for six days. Even technician is not receiving my call. Even i talked to tata sky's senior executive but they also have been cheating me continuously. 16 rupees is being cut from my tata sky account on daily basis.. I kindly request you to take drastic step against tata sky and i need compensation.. Thanku

      Hi i didn`t recharge my tata sky last month, but when i came back from vacation and recharge it today on 7th nov 2019 at 8.00 am there is a message pop up on tv "this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error 14. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible. My subscriber id is [protected]. This company used to call me every other day explaining and asking why i have not recharged. Now when i recharge and looking at the similar complaints of thousands of people it seems they are intentionally creating problems to those who skipped their recharge. This is ridiculous. I am not gonna advice anyone to go for tata sky anymore. We are living in 2019 where technology has been advanced to an great extent and today we need good service and customer support. When i called the toll free no it is deliberately ignoring the menu option 1, 2 and even after putting dozens of trials. When i tried to chat with bot on fb i can`t proceed simply because i don`t have access to my registered mobile number. I am really fed up tata sky.

        I would say this is fraud as my box had an issue of signal and they changed it and as my box was in warranty they charge us 400rs of new box they even knew our box was in warranty and after that when we recharged (200rs) to re activate our box they cut money from it too and all they say is they'll send techniquel assistant and he comes after 2 days very cheap service very dissapointed

          I have recharged my tata sky after 2-3 months and post recharge it was showing error code 14.

          I called customer care and they were asking me to pay 150 to the technician... I refused to do so as my set top box was untouched and the issue is from there end only.. I even asked for troubleshooting steps which they fail to provide... I insisted to provide complain number but customer support was providing work order number only... Then i had no choice but to agree on paying 150 for technician visit.. But when i said, i will raise complain for this case as i think this is a scam.. They made it work within 30 seconds.. People should be aware of these kind of tricks.

            My subscriber id [protected] i subscribe for channel no1810 asianet for one year with rs. 19 for one month but 5/11/2019 after 8pm. It shows to recharge. And i call and complient they will not take any action... How they take the channel already subscribed. Without my permission how they delete from my subscriber channel list. If you take action against tata sky and refund my money or refund channel.

              Sir I purchased tata sky dth service where I got free 6month free channel service pack on 9july 2019, but I added 1 sport channel on 3nov 2019, by tata sky app although they started my 1sport channel but they changed my free channel pack by saying dat u changed ur pack but I didn't change my pack whereas I explained customer care again n again dat there were not mention anywhere dat if manage ur pack dan ur whole free pack will be changed, I first time did this recharge because my service operator was unavailable, I again n again requested to him to continue my pack but he said u ll hav to purchase new pack he declined n cut d phone. In this way tata sky is playing wid there fraudulent policy n compel to customer to purchase extra pack, sir why shud I pay extra when my free pack would b over in jan.Pls sir resolve dis problem if not dan tell me how to take strict action against them.

                Sir i purchased my tata. Sky dth service on 09july 2019 worth rupee 2300 in which i got my six month free channel pack but i added 1 sport channel on 03nov. Of rs 22.50rs. 4nov i found dat my all other channels jb been stopped n 5nov 2019 i called customer care about 7.50pm then they stopped my 6month pack by saying dis u hv change ur pack but i only added 1channel. I requested him to restart my free channel pack then he cut d phone. So i hv humble request to resolve dis problem as soon as possible cz still i hadn't been completed six month of my free pack n i didn't change my pack.

                  I applied for new connection with tata sky for the amount of rs 1948 through upi transaction. The amount got debited from account got the following response after the transaction

                  Transaction unsuccessful
                  Please make a note of your transaction id for any queries pertaining to this transaction
                  Tata sky transaction id : ds[protected]
                  Bill desk transaction id : rcpi[protected]
                  Reason for failure : billdesk is waiting for response from bank

                  I tried to reach bill desk regarding this they have replied back to me the amount got credited to merchant end

                  Tatasky is not helpful in tracking the transaction the customer care is just forwarding to different agents without addressing the issue.                     We had not on the television for some weeks and now we have done the refilling but it is coming “ this is the wrong card for this settop box “ we do not understand the reason and we tried inserting it again and again after removing it but it is coming the same.                       I made my request no 1g1noexg as on 1st may 2019 to upgrade my existing connection to hd via chat on tata sky. After a discussion with executive, i deposited rs 1000/- in my account for it (Cost shared by him rs 999/-) on same day/time.

                      In-spite of many times follow up still its pending after a long wake up period till date.

                      In 27th june, i again talked at customer care vide request no 1jcnuxkh on above said matter, now they are demanding for new price ie rs 1699/- and they assured to resolve

                      Please help me.

                          At the time of installation myself debnath chandra contacted a tatasky office at sovabazar, kolkata over phone [protected] for installation of a dishtv (Non hd) on 30.9.2019 and specifically told the sucsbriber name will be smt. Chhabi laha (My mother-in-law) and address is 7a, joy mitter street, kolkata-700005. But somehow that lady wrongly registered my name instead if smt. Chhabi laha. So problem arises at the time of renewal of packeage. Now i would request you to please change/rectify the subscriber's name as smt. Chhabi laha whose id is [protected] dated 01.10.2019.

                            On 19/october, i have raised the complaint on my setup box which was replaced on 3rd october. The technician mr baskar came and checked the box, tried with a new box which was working on my tv, he said similar problem happened with someother customer too, he will repair it and return/ replace.
                            On 22nd i got message in mobile from tata sky team, i requested to cancel the complaint. But note that the box was with technician and i didn't contacted the team. And no conversation happened with any tata skytv people.
                            I collected the nodal officer mail id and complained. Service request number is 1pbyofl8. Immediately the technician came and returned the box and told the problem is with tv cabile. I checked the tv cable by connecting tv with laptop. Its working properly. Through watsup it has been communicated to nodal officer pramod darmaraju, he said he will do needful, but no action yet. But money is deducting from the account continuously though they know the problem is not solved. The nodal officer contacted and promised that he will solve the issue on 22/10/2019, his name is pramod darmaraju but did not make any efforts to solve till date.

                            In the first compaint itself i have shared. But it was in protected mode from this site, but i guess it must have disclosed to you guys. Still asking? This is my registration number. [protected]

                            You have communicated in phone on 22/10/2019 that you will send your servicing person to repair. After that, till date no phone call from your end, and no person visited to repair. Which underline my statement about the very poor service from your end.                               Sir i am your old customer but didn’t get good service at shimla h. P regarding tata sky. This is my second time that i have lost my connection for tata sky suddenly and complained at tara sky customer center and they told ma that yours problem will be resumed with in 24 hours but no one visited till time. Again i called at customer care and now they are saying that yours complaint is registered for 5th of november. Sir what is this. So we remain 2-3 days without tata sky. It is very bad impression give by tha tata sky. Some time i feel i should quit tha tata sky. Sir my humble request to you is to solve my problem as soon as possibly unless i will shift to airtel

                                I am the first time user of the tata sky and recently got a new connection. After an active connection, i logged in to my tata sky app did the registration. I got an option to select coupons worth rupees 2000. But due to some error in-app, the page got hidden automatically. I raised a complaint to customer care but they kept saying that now you won't get your coupons also denying to give the same. I didn't receive any coupon mail yet.

                                  Its regarding my unaddressed complaint c-519053 and marked the complaint as resolved without even addressing it.
                                  Its been three days i am not getting network and have been charged. I am following up with your support team who doesn't even respond and resolve issues even on consistent followups.

                                  Its more of irritating and harassing with responses from these company people. Its repeated; in past also such issues been reported but nothing getting addressed.

                                  I am requesting consumer complaint board to assign auditor for verifying the consumer support governance and regulations for this company; and to re look for there licencing for non-compliance of support governance body.

                                    I have recharged my tata sky account on 29-sep-2019 with rs 478. After complitions of that recharge my tata sky set-up box showing that recharge successfully done and all the channels those i had subcribed are shown on my television. Suddenly on 7-oct-2019 my setup box are not showing any channels on my television. Then i called to customer care to ask them, what happend? They told me that my recharge automatically reversed in bank account without even asking me for any reversal. After 7 or 8 days they told me, when i called to customer care, ok fine but after that i told them that i didn't get this amount yet they suggest me that wait for 7 working days for the payment now after 7 working days i called in customer care so many times for this payment issue but still they didn't gave my amount back to me and today it's approx 30 days to complete still the issue is pending.in my bank account the amount is showing in debit on 29-sep-2019 but there is no transaction entry of credit of this amount.
                                    So kindly help me to get this amount back from tata sky please do the needful.

                                      Your executive provided a amazon fire stick dongle free with tatasky hd box. He activated the amazon prime with my own subscription details. He subscribed to bing with out our permission and told it's free for one month and later you can unsubscribe for it. But when i call to unsubscribe the bing service customer care team ask to return back the amazon prime device.
                                      Tata sky team is fraudig the people by telling that amazon stick is free and planning to charge 249 rupees for month in the name of bing subscription.
                                      No message or word mentioned from tatasky team that bing and amazon fire stick are related.

                                      Tata sky customer team and installation guys are fraudig the people by doing false promises at the time of installation and try to take customers money with the name of bing subscription every month.

                                      Do you think people are fools to buy a 999 device by paying every month 249. Why do you mention that in detail. Why do you mention it as free.. If you are not responding to this message.. I am going to post in all social media sites.
