On 19/october, i have raised the complaint on my setup box which was replaced on 3rd october. The technician mr baskar came and checked the box, tried with a new box which was working on my tv, he said similar problem happened with someother customer too, he will repair it and return/ replace.
On 22nd i got message in mobile from tata sky team, i requested to cancel the complaint. But note that the box was with technician and i didn't contacted the team. And no conversation happened with any tata skytv people.
I collected the nodal officer mail id and complained. Service request number is 1pbyofl8. Immediately the technician came and returned the box and told the problem is with tv cabile. I checked the tv cable by connecting tv with laptop. Its working properly. Through watsup it has been communicated to nodal officer pramod darmaraju, he said he will do needful, but no action yet. But money is deducting from the account continuously though they know the problem is not solved. The nodal officer contacted and promised that he will solve the issue on 22/10/2019, his name is pramod darmaraju but did not make any efforts to solve till date.
