I have referred my friend and he has applied for the connection by clicking on the referral link. He has got the connection but i didn't get any referral amount. I complained regarding the same and they accept that i referred my friend and he got connection based on that referral. But they are saying that due to technical issue on the tata sky's part, they can't provide me the referral amount. This is clear case of cheat from the consumers and misinformation.

That is what I said/complained about. Due to the mistake/technical issue on the part of Tata sky, why do I need to bear the consequences? When it is clear that I referred my friend and he got the connection based on that referral, why I doesn't get the referral amount. Any specific reason for this?

    I have subscribed for tata sky broadband connnection on 7th september 2019 during an offer period. I was eligible for a delight gift which i chose a "swiss military bagpack" which was supposed to be received within 15 days.
    But now it has been almost a month, i have not received it.

      I upgraded my tata sky standard box to hd stb last december (2018). Since the upgrade, my stb is either restarting by itself or getting stuck while watching tv. Complained as many as 5 times since then. An engineer visited each time changing lmb once, changing stb adapter once, took the stb for observation and said its fine. I seriously don’t understand why cant they just change the stb which is under warranty for an year.

      Called today to complain the same and the representative whom i spoke to says call us immediately when this occurs.

      I made him clear that i stay away from my home and my mom lives alone there. I cant go home for a month at least. But he says the same thing. And asked my mom to call when the problem occurs. How do i make him understand my mom cant make a call or select the correct options on the call n explain the problem to the next available representative!

      Im still not getting what is the problem for the guys to just change the stb!

        Even after reinserting digicard and restarting, the pairing error persists displaying message "This is the wrong card for this set top box." Also, even after the weather is clear, it shows an error as "Is it cloudy or rainy outside?" Awaiting resolution at the earliest so we can keep enjoying your services.

          Tata sky — complaint regarding relocation

          I am having tata sky connection id [protected], i have lodged complaint regarding relocation but its more than 3days they say technician will be coming in 2hours but still no one visited.
          I need some help to sort this issue as soon as possible. This is not the service i expected from such a big dth brand.
          Please take this issue as priority.

          Tata sky technician had checked the relocation situation and rescheduled the relocation as the new house has little changes with the wiring system of the house. We will discuss with the building engineer and get back to Tata sky technician for the relocation. Thank you Tata sky technician has cancelled the complaint registered with them giving some false statement. Also they have not returned back the dish after uninstallation from old house. i have raised the relocation request again. the technicians are not providing there proper details and phone numbers to register complaint against them.           Set top box is not getting power. the power supply wire from the adapter is damaged at the pont where it is being plugged into set top box. We get message in the TV monitor as signal weak -chech antenna connection.

                My multi connection both settop boxes are restarting automatically, i registered a complaint, service engineer came and not done anything. But they have charged rs.150/

                Greetings from tata sky, charges payable towards wo# 1po9w7c7 completed on - 29/10/2019 - is rs.150/-. For any further queries, please call[protected]

                But still problem exist. When i called call center, their response were very poor. And my address were updared wrongly.

                I have asked them to disconnect my connection, she has not even convinced, immediately booked a complaint for disconneftion

                  We have been using tatasky dth services. We make monthly payments usually from tatasky app. We wanted to avail extra month bonus on subscription and payment of annual package charge. Personally i updated the channels for monthly subscription price of rs. 215 in tatasky app and made a payment of rs. 2580 to avail annual subscription bonus of 1 month. After 3 months i was asked to recharge as my account balance is nil. When i called the customer service, they told that the channel preference has been changed by some unknown dealer to a package charging rs. 782.75 per month. Thus my account balance has become nil in the 3 months. I am unaware of this dealer or the package change as we had been viewing only the channels which we initially subscribed. The tatasky customer service told that they do not know the dealer details. My query was how is some unknown dealer able to change my channel preference without my knowledge or authorisation.

                  The customer service will not utter anything other than "sorry for the inconvenience caused. But we cannot change company policy and change back to the original channels subscribed. You need to recharge your account to resume service"

                  So no security for money in tata sky account. Though i have used only rs. 645 from my tatasky balance, i have been charged rs. 2497 in these 3 months. The dth operator will neither give us the dealer details who changed our package or credit our tatasky balance with the amount

                  मैने 06 जून 2019 को tata sky का नया कनेक्शन खरीद लिया. इशमे मुझे 06 महिने का पॅकेज मिला था. और उसळी वैधता 06 डिसेंबर 2019 थी मगर उन्हाने मेरा कनेक्शन 22 ऑक्टोबर 2019 को हि बंद कर दिया. तो मुझे मदद चाहिये

                    Its been one month i am facing issues with my refund. A guy named lokesh went to our shop with some plans of tata sky. We did a payment of 2117 for a new connection. The mode of payment was paytm. He told us that mam you will recieve one call from our company for verification and confirm them with yes or no. If you are not sure you can stop the verification process and refund will be credited to you within 42 hours.
                    No refund is received till today. Its been more than 42 days. I tried reaching the executive he is not picking call. I tried to ecplain issue to customer support but all of them are providing fake commitments. I thought that a company like tata sky believe in gaining customer trust. But what is this? I want my refund as early as possible and no fake commitments. Totally disappointed with this irresponsible behavior.

                      Dear sir/m'am,

                      My tata sky id is [protected]. Recently while watching the cable tv channel, there was a notification for software update and suddenly my set topbox went into standby mode and streaming was stopped. It further stopped responding to any remote command.
                      After calling customer care, technician came and replaced the set topbox.
                      But to my surprise, there was a charge of 500 rs for this.
                      Why should i pay for tata sky fault. Set topbox went into bad state during automatic software update.
                      Now i even doubt, if tata sky has intentionally put the set top box into standby (Non-recoverable mode) to earn the money from customer through such illicit way.
                      Similar issue was also faced by many of my relatives and friends recently.
                      This clearly shows tata sky is getting into fraud business and bullying its customer.
                      I request to take appropriate action against tata sky and revert the charges of 500rs/- debited to my account.

                        I hv done a recharge of rs 198, pl hurry up and resolve the issue. The tv is for my mother, who is really upset because of no tv, her spiritual programs are important part of her routine.

                          Tata sky technician came to my place for repairing. He was unable to repair it. He also took away tata sky digi card along and that too without my knowledge.

                          Now, refusing to return it. Even threatening to do whatsoever i want to, he isnit going to return it.

                          Even tata sky helpline is of no help. They are least concernef about its coutomers. Helpline ppl are just trying to pass time without any action.

                            I am facing the same problem as everyone else here. I was out of station for a while, maybe 4 months. When i returned home, i recharged my tata sky and now it is showing "this is the wrong card for this set top box". I want this fixex asap. I just recharged my set top box. I don't want my money to be wasted. I am disappointed with this type of services. I switched to tata sky because of bad services provided by airtel. Now i came to know your services are worse than them.

                            Fix this or i'll have to take some legal action.

                              As per your executive telephonic conversation on 23/10, 24/10 and 25/10 regarding my activation of my tata sky disc but now more than a 5 days no replay. Very bad service. I'm calling daily in tata sky customer care but no proper repose massage in your what's app but no replay. This type of service not expect from tata sky. I hear big name but your people exp-oiling the name of brand, it may distroy your brand name just like tata indicom. This my humble request to look in to my case because of irritate. I will never tell my friends & relative to go with tata sky.

                                I am Having Tata Sky connection id [protected] i have lodge complaint regarding installation but its more than week they we are coming but till no buddy visitand we are working and we have to take off for this purpose but no buddg visit and making us fool we aur notuper bludy nonsene and that much free to take daily half day for i[censored] gave us time this is your duty to gave service . i thik company not get commision on shifting thats why they dont take pain. one more thing if we dont recharge for 10 days then they call us again and again why u dont recharge from last ten day but now why they didnt call why your tata sky is not installed till now bludy ### service . kindly take back your all equipment i am not interested in yourthis system.

                                  Dear sir, we are using 04 set top boxes on 01 i’d which is [protected] our organization recharged our set top box i’d for 01 year i. E from 29/01/2019 to 28/01/2020 with the amount of rs 12740/- which for each set top box of rs 265/- per set top box. Now our i’d is deactivated without giving any notification and reminder to us. Whenever discussing about our problem with customer service they told us that as per govt. Guidelines these changes are occurred in plans of tata sky. Our plan is running from 455.50/-. After any changes in plan should be implemented from next recharge but they did’nt do so. Kindly check our i’d and resolve our problem.

                                    Tata sky set top box has been installed just before 04 months.But set top box pairing error is coming on tv screen which is within the warranty period.

                                    Tata sky costomer care is requested to solve this problem. It is requested to depute the service technician to solve this problem because this is with in warranty period.

                                        As per your executive telephonic conversation on 17/10 regarding my remove & re fitment of my tata sky disc next day evening but now more than a 5 days no replay. Very bad service. I'm calling daily in tata sky customer care but no proper repose massage in your what's app but no replay. This type of service expect from tata sky. I hear big name but your people exp-oiling the name of brand. This my humble request to look in to my case because of irritate. I will never tell my friends & relative purchase tata sky because of bad service. Till date on 22/10 no response from your team.
