My multi connection both settop boxes are restarting automatically, i registered a complaint, service engineer came and not done anything. But they have charged rs.150/

But still problem exist. When i called call center, their response were very poor. And my address were updared wrongly.
I have asked them to disconnect my connection, she has not even convinced, immediately booked a complaint for disconneftion
