bad attitude of mr abbas tata sky service personal

It is with much unhappiness I write to inform you about the casual attitude of Mr Abbas, technician, koundampalayam, coimbatore.
I was having technical problem in viewing Tata sky TV telecast, channels are getting stuck few months back.
This was brought to your customer care knowledge that time itself.
Technicians from koundampalayam tatasky service unit around 8 different people came so far to attend...

tata sky set top box pairing issue.

Hi team,

I am facing the same set top box pairing error as i opened and recharge it after 1 month.

Now my 2 days recharge is waste as i am unable to watch anything.

Below is the error showing on the screen during channel selection.

"the set top box needs to be paired" error even after recharging

I was out of station for few months and returned last night.
I got my recharging done.
But now when I tried to view channels I'm getting the message "The set top box needs to be paired."
Error code 14
Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible....

unable login to holiday hungama site and not respond properly

I had taken new connection of tata sky..
The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.
They had told me to login to this website www.holidaywithqaspl.com
Through my subscriber id..
But am unable to login with error as invalid code..
Struggling from last one month.
Executives not responding nor receiving calls..please help...

I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.

forgot tata sky password

I lost my register ph no and forget my tatasky Dth channel password. Now I wanna change my package. When I use my tatasky app, it ask me Tatasky dth Id and password. I only know my tatasky id. This app only show my remaining amt and date. What should I do help me. I want reset my register ph no and email address....

money being continuously deducted from my account

I have recently relocated. Hence my TV is non functional.

My account balance as on September 2, 2019 was Rs 882. Today the balance is something around Rs 200. They have deducted money as my monthly bill.

Calling the customer care seems fruitless and same is the case with the nodal officer....

complete lack of customer services

I recently relocated. I asked the tata sky team to relocate my dish too. He uninstalled it and asked me to take it via my movers and packers. I did that.

After 3 months, i asked them to re-install the dish. The new person comes here and tells me that the stand of the dish is missing and hence he cannot reinstall the dish. I would have to buy the stand in black.

wrong card for set top box | pairing error

I’ve tried to clean the card and reinsert it many times, but the problem still persists.

tata dth installation

Iam complain against installation of tata sky. Dth, the technician of tata sky not properly installed the contents, cables are layed as they like, already internal wiring sold there, but they not used it, and damaged the room wall with steel nails, and they very badly responded my call, so i no need this connection, i need my money back also wasted time...

regarding bad behavior from our local tata sky agent

Today i have taken a tata sky dth connection for my home in the name of my father (Srikanta jana). I saw some difference in the installation and new connection charges between the online applications and what the local retailer asking me to pay for.

deducting regardless of service provided

So pathetic and poor tata brand. They deducted 1500 /-money many times saying that service is provided. They do scam and fraud in terms of commitment. I want strict action against tatasky. I don’t feel they are giving equivalent service for amount paid. The worst broadcasting which never bothers customers only loop out huge money in this way. not providing static ip

I live at hyde park, sector 78, noida. On 1st july 2019, i purchased 7 month broadband plan from tata sky broadband. As an offer, they had promised static ip. For that i called to the customer care. They informed that they will provide ip v6. But even after more than 3 months they have not given me the static ip. I have made several followup via call to customer care, email to customer care but in vain.

Please help me....

Tata sky box not working. It is showing weather issue but weather is clear. Restarted the box but still problem is as it is.

Even after paying full amount (Recharge) channels are not working. This is a repetitive problem which was already informed but nothing has been done till date. We lost faith in tata sky. They don't have value of...
