I was out of station so my tata sky was off for about 3-4 months.
but when i returned and started it again i am getting an error message station that the card is unable to pair with the device.
my registered no is-[protected]
subscriber id-[protected]
i have included the pics of the error and the details of my nds and set top box.

plzz help me with a resolution as i am a regular customer of Tatasky and hope to use the same connection in future.

    Since a month a am unable to watch zee marathi channel., So many times I have given complaints to the Tata sky but every time executive reconfigure the settings but unable to resolve my issue. They are suggesting to take technician visit to resolve this issue and for it they are charging 225rs. I don't understand it's Tata sky network issue why should I pay for this. And it's for only one channel.

    I have tata sky connection newly taken just 5 days back it was taken two days to start construction & work for only two days & now again giving the problem of error code 14. I am realy totaly fed-up as not able to see channels & also my balance is getting waste. Need permanent solution.
    I have taken new connection just two days back but still not started giving pairing error code 14 also called technician who installed the connection but not responding pls look in to this urgently.

      My name is Jay Parekh and i have taken a new tata sky connection on 2 dec at my residence, i was offered amazon fire stick with the offer in which i had to pay 249 every month after the trial period gets over and 3 months of amazon prime was free for 3 months, i told the contact center executive that i already have a amazon prime subscription of 1 year so why should i pay 129 monthly after 3 months for amazon prime, he told that u dont have to pay anything i[censored] already have amazon subscription and today i received a call from another executive she told u have to pay 129 whatsoever, so when i asked her how much sure she is about the information she is giving me, on asking this question she hung upon me. I have serious complaints against tata sky

        I was out of station for 3 month so not reached my tatasky and today I am back and reached my tatasky account but not getting any chennel when I call customer care they are asking service fee of 150 for resolving issue after asking 1st customer care person disconnected call after try anther person asked same deltas and explain if I change service how much I need to pay or pay rs 150

          My father on 26th october, 2019 from mobile number [protected] called tata sky with an intent to activate english channels. He had selected telugu language to talk to the representative, instead the call got picked up by a hindi speaking representative. Knowing a little bit of hindi and since our requirement was clear (To activate english channels), he continued with the same rep as he did not like to wait for one more representative. He informed the rep with the little known hindi to activate english channels. After which (According to the back end team of tata sky) the rep has informed that there are some special packs which are free for 10 days and after that they will be chargeable if not deactivated for which my father has agreed.

          My concern here is what is the purpose of ivrs letting the consumers know the language options and the customer selecting the relevant option if it is going to connect to any of the available agents?

          Secondly, when consumer asked the rep to activate some channels, without knowing if the consumer properly understood what they are offering how do they activate the special channels?

          Third, i know usually the reps asks the consumers to check if the channels are activated or not, how come they missed to ask the same about the special channels?

          Lastly, why was there no phone communication to the consumer after the free period has expired and charges are going to be levied from the day forth?

          Despite all these the responses of the lady (S. Prasanna) from backend team are so rude and ignorant that she is asking the consumer for proof that we had not requested to activate. The tone of the rep and the attitude together with all the above questions are forcing us to move to a terminate the connection with tata sky despite having a good reputation.

              I have replaced my stb with an hd stb on 29-nov-2019 and since then i am not able to view single channels.
              After talking to multiple service executives, nobody is still able to find the solution.
              I am continuously getting the below message
              To subscribe sms to 56633 even for the channels which are included in my subscribed pack e. G. 504 abp news free. The service is awful and there is no proper answer on what is the exact issue.
              We get time to view tv mostly on weekends only and if tv is not available during that time and we need to check with service executives the subscribed package money is a waste for us.
              I would request to pay immediate attention to the issue.

                  I have recharged my tata sky id [protected] by rs 2000/- through my netbanking account on 22/10/2019. Payment made at tata sky portal using bill desk gateway. My account debited and tata sky a/c not credited. Tata sky saying that they have not received the payment but in my account the payment is successful. Till date i have submitted them my full bank a/c statement but they are neither refunding my money nor crediting the tata sky a/c. When i have asked them for provide me written statement for non receiving of payment they are not providing the same.
                  I have almost mailed them around 7-8 times but they are not responding instead cheating.

                    I've recently faced a problem on my tatasky set top box showing a message that it's the wrong digicard inserted. I don't know what's causing this trouble. I haven't done anything wrong and it's just as the way it was. For a few days we were a little bit inactive after this the set top box is showing this error. The customer care and all is hopeless. Hope it gets resolved soon.

                      I recharged the tatasky binge on 25 th nov. But i kept getting the error that the account is inactive. I tried calling the customer care, they asked me to refresh - which did not work. I tried calling them again - they asked me to do factory reset, which also did not work. On 26th nov them said they will send the technician home. Technician came it on 27th nov. He did the same thing i did. The agony was he didn't even have a demo binge stick with him, he literally came empty-handed. He simply left the place saying that i have to call the customer care and ask them to replace my stick.
                      When i called the customer care, those people are so rude and they aren't ready to listen as well. I requested them to ask the technician to replace the stick. No one has come until today 01 dec, yo replace the stick.
                      I am calling the customer care daily to check if some one wil come and each time they give me the say reply that they will come... It's going with the same frustratation. They are yet to come. Is it going to take to much difficully for a sky to just replace the stick... The worst technical support ever

                      My tata sky binge is not working. I called the customer care. They assured me they will solve it but didn't solve . Every time I call they say complaints is closed and launch new one. I am fed up of them. Very poor service they just say they will solve but never does it

                      I upgraded 11 th October tata play binge plus set top box when it was installed it was not working properly flickering of screen doted screen blank screen after so many attempts of customer care there was no response since 24 Hrs I payed thousands of rupees and premium plan no issue resolved

                      I am getting the same problem. Please let ke know if it got resolved. And if yes, how?
                      Recharged twice for Tata Play Binge+ of Rs. 800, Google Pay shows successful transaction yet it's not reflected on Tata Play Binge+. Called the customer care and the lady says she can't see the transaction and we should get the refund soon. It's been a week and we are Rs. 1600 down. Really frustrating!

                        As per my current requirement, i need "optical port" output facility in my normal hd set top box which is not available with my current set top box (Which i found with set top box model no - dsi729tat), therefore i have called customer support no. And spoken with different support officers and requested them to change my stb with optical port facilities.

                        One of your executive suggested me to upgrade my stb with program recording facilities and i have to pay rs. 7000/- extra as this facility is available only this model. But i found model no - dsi729tat having the optical port without program recording facilities. Now my question is why i have to take program recording facilities with 7000/- extra payment where i really don't need that, whereas stb model is already available with tata sky as per my requirement.

                        I am really very disappoint & dissatisfied with such reply from tata sky.

                          I have the following questions un-answered and my ticket to customer care is getting closed with out proper solution.

                          1) how can the account can go into negative balance? Is this as per trai rules?
                          2) temporary suspension is not working properly and the whole point of moving to tata sky is failed. Why?
                          3) customer care number i was not able to call from usa and asked for solution and some proof for the same?
                          4) when i have around 5 months of service unused then why i should i go for new connections? Which was asked by some of the technical calls i received by tata team. Why?
                          5) why my tickets are closed without proper solution and intimation to me. Why?
                          6) solution for the mental agony i faced when i called tata sky customer care team and their careless attitude to the customer. Recorded voices can be verified.

                          Problem description :

                          Though i was having more than a month charge in my airtel dth, i was planning to travel to usa and hence i was looking for solution where i can pause or temporary connection suspension when i am traveling and resume it once i am back. Tata sales team approached me saying that they have this option of temporary suspension.
                          So i have closed the connection with airtel for both broadband and dth (Though i have balance left for more than a month) and moved to tata combo offer for 6 months package for both broad band and dth. I have used service for a month and i left to usa after a month in a hurry and hence i was not able to call customer care and pause my connections.
                          I tried calling tata customer care from usa for more than a month which is of no use i was not able to call them at all. And then tried writing email to them and no use for that as well.
                          Finally managed to raise a complaint by using tata sky app after couple of ticket got closed with out proper information, i have managed to succeeded one complaint for temporary suspension from july to nov 6. I got confirmation also that it is done as per my request. I have come back to india by nov 22 and then tried calling customer care to activate my account back for both broad band and dth but there is no use.
                          Seriously i did not expect this kind of approach or behavior by being the reputed company in the market. The mental agony which i am going through now i dont know how it can be compensated by the tata group.
                          I want the proper answers for above mentioned questions by some one who is more responsible towards the customer.

                          Hi Team,

                          There is no hope with Tata Sky Network now.
                          My problem still is there and no one is bothered to help me. I can the the different between your pre and post sale Tata Sky connections. You guys only bothered to get money from customer and not bothered to solve customer issue.

                          It will be good my problem get solved as soon as possible.

                            Tata sky unwanted amount of recharge of Rs. 401.Regular monthly recharge is Rs. 330 in every month. Today customer care is said recharge is Rs.401.customercare said that u are take a music channel. But I am not take any music channel. Company was not give me any message or call I am add this channel. Directly company after one month gave me message ur recharge is Rs.401.I am very unhappy this company behavior. Please take action.I am a genual customer of tata sky. I hope u will give me good result. THANK U.

                              Getting regular calls from tatasky, every day, sometimes 2 times, and they keep forcing to talk about channels, we are not interested in.
                              We have already talked to them, nicely saying we can manage our own. But they keep calling everyday, on talking to tatasky office, they say no calls from them.

                              They keep calling on our landline number, which is surely a privacy issue.

                              Help us resolve this, because it's getting out of hand and very irritating.

                                Without knowing the current Tata sky ID I'd recharged the wrong ID number which was no longer used (ie, 300)
                                through google pay and I could not able to contact the main server since the ID is no more in use.So I kindly request to look through my statement and I'll be grateful if the money will be refunded in my account

                                  My tatasky id is [protected] with 2 hdr connections. Recently one connection went off the air. On complaint i was told that one tuner has malfunctioned and the set top box would have to be replaced. Unfortunately this set top box was installed in sept 2017, after the earlier one went dead. I find the that the replacement box was a refurbished box. The content recorded on the replaced box was lost. I do not mind paying for a replacement, provided it is not a refurbished box. Can the content recorded on this box be retrieved.

                                    I apply 4 refund amount in my sub. I'd :[protected] of 1785 rs. From tatasky on date 31 october 2019, after 1 month gone. Not any single action taken by tatasky. Very bad service. I want immediately action on it. They replied on call that they already refunded but not gave proper reverse tranction details. I also attached tr. Proof which not done actually.

                                        - absolutely shocking behaviour for a company the size of tata. Hope, pray and wish that their business fails due to lack of the following culture of poor management, and they end up closing shop and wind up in the ditches.
                                        - pathetic customer service.
                                        - un-ethical refund process.
                                        - uneducated contact centre personnel and seems like lack of tool and process training.
                                        - non-existant management personnel and perhaps need to be fired for their third-rate management of contact centre.
                                        - refund sought on your tata sky account - [protected] late october due to non-availability of tata sky at new residence.
                                        - several broken promises on delivery of cheques.
                                        - almost seems like a delay tactic so customer doesn’t gets frustrated and stops following up on refund.
                                        - senior, upper and executive management should be ashamed on the absolutely disgraceful performance of the company when a customer cannot be refunded and no updates given.
                                        - should be rated as the no. #1 company on the top list of india’s third-rate companies.
                                        - would positively campaign within colleagues, friends and relatives to move their service away from this third rate service into someone who cares for customers.
