Tata sky unwanted amount of recharge of Rs. 401.Regular monthly recharge is Rs. 330 in every month. Today customer care is said recharge is Rs.401.customercare said that u are take a music channel. unwanted calls on landline

Getting regular calls from tatasky, every day, sometimes 2 times, and they keep forcing to talk about channels, we are not interested in.
We have already talked to them, nicely saying we can manage our own. But they keep calling everyday, on talking to tatasky office, they say no calls from them.

They keep calling on our landline number, which is surely a privacy issue.

wrong id recharged

Without knowing the current Tata sky ID I'd recharged the wrong ID number which was no longer used (ie, 300)
through google pay and I could not able to contact the main server since the ID is no more in use.So I kindly request to look through my statement and I'll be grateful if the money will be refunded in my account

My tatasky id is [protected] with 2 hdr connections. Recently one connection went off the air. On complaint i was told that one tuner has malfunctioned and the set top box would have to be replaced. Unfortunately this set top box was installed in sept 2017, after the earlier one went dead. I find the that the replacement box was a refurbished box. refund not credited in account still 1 month gone

pairing error of set top box

pathetic customer service & refund process for cancellation

- absolutely shocking behaviour for a company the size of tata. Hope, pray and wish that their business fails due to lack of the following culture of poor management, and they end up closing shop and wind up in the ditches.

new connection refund is taking more than 3 months

unethical overcharging and deactivation of my account

my tata sky card is showing wrong card.

I didn't used my tata sky for 5-6 months due to studies, now i recharged sum of amount, it is showing wrong card placed. Even i didn't changed the card. My tatasky i'd is [protected]. amazon tv fire stick/not providing the product which is free of cost

Hello sir/madam as per my request to the tatasky representative, a new tatasky dth service was setup and connected to my house, but the technician who setup the connection did not provide with amazon fire stick which is absolutely free.
Technician denied providing me with the amazon fire tv stick and on response to it he replied in unethical way
