[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky binge not working

I recharged the tatasky binge on 25 th nov. But i kept getting the error that the account is inactive. I tried calling the customer care, they asked me to refresh - which did not work. I tried calling them again - they asked me to do factory reset, which also did not work. On 26th nov them said they will send the technician home. Technician came it on 27th nov. He did the same thing i did. The agony was he didn't even have a demo binge stick with him, he literally came empty-handed. He simply left the place saying that i have to call the customer care and ask them to replace my stick.
When i called the customer care, those people are so rude and they aren't ready to listen as well. I requested them to ask the technician to replace the stick. No one has come until today 01 dec, yo replace the stick.
I am calling the customer care daily to check if some one wil come and each time they give me the say reply that they will come... It's going with the same frustratation. They are yet to come. Is it going to take to much difficully for a sky to just replace the stick... The worst technical support ever

My tata sky binge is not working. I called the customer care. They assured me they will solve it but didn't solve . Every time I call they say complaints is closed and launch new one. I am fed up of them. Very poor service they just say they will solve but never does it

I upgraded 11 th October tata play binge plus set top box when it was installed it was not working properly flickering of screen doted screen blank screen after so many attempts of customer care there was no response since 24 Hrs I payed thousands of rupees and premium plan no issue resolved

Recharged twice for Tata Play Binge+ of Rs. 800, Google Pay shows successful transaction yet it's not reflected on Tata Play Binge+. Called the customer care and the lady says she can't see the transaction and we should get the refund soon. It's been a week and we are Rs. 1600 down. Really frustrating!
