    - absolutely shocking behaviour for a company the size of tata. Hope, pray and wish that their business fails due to lack of the following culture of poor management, and they end up closing shop and wind up in the ditches.
    - pathetic customer service.
    - un-ethical refund process.
    - uneducated contact centre personnel and seems like lack of tool and process training.
    - non-existant management personnel and perhaps need to be fired for their third-rate management of contact centre.
    - refund sought on your tata sky account - [protected] late october due to non-availability of tata sky at new residence.
    - several broken promises on delivery of cheques.
    - almost seems like a delay tactic so customer doesn’t gets frustrated and stops following up on refund.
    - senior, upper and executive management should be ashamed on the absolutely disgraceful performance of the company when a customer cannot be refunded and no updates given.
    - should be rated as the no. #1 company on the top list of india’s third-rate companies.
    - would positively campaign within colleagues, friends and relatives to move their service away from this third rate service into someone who cares for customers.

      I have referred tata sky account to a person on 30th october, 2019 through my whatsapp through a code.
      Person successfully registered using by referral code but tata sky is not giving any referral amount.
      I have proof of referral and also my referred person has proofof signing using my referral code

      I have a recording with customer executive who verified my referral and said it will be credited but now after complaint he is saying i did not refer account.
      I said you can call and asked concerned person and i can submit proofs also, but he said we cannot give bonus.
      I said, so you cheat customers, so he said we will call you back and now after 10 complaints still they are not updating the amount.
      Even after sending mails at [protected]@tatasky.com, they are saying we have not recieved any mails.
      Pathetic customer service.

        Bought tata sky connection on some special sale and the sales rep made me buy the connection within an hour (Suhas - [protected] & akshay - [protected]), so after buying the connection i decided to cancel it after a day as the local cable was much better and cheaper in comparison so i asked this suhas guy to cancel the subscription after a single day and i am yet to receive the refund till now, please help.

          I' am a tatasky dth subscriber (Id-[protected]), after the new norms and rules from trai, i had opted for new channel pack of tata sky, which were handpicked by me. I had opted for marathi hindi premium sports english hd and additional channels nick, sony sab and aajtak, for which the total package cost was rs.745/per month (Including network fee), so i had recharged my tata sky set top box with rs.9660/- (I. E. 745*12months) also received a confirmation sms on 16-april-2019, so the next recharge date was 08-may-2020, but then few days back i received a message on tv screen that my tatasky balance wasn't sufficient for viewing the channels and tata sky would de-activate my account by 21-nov-2019, if i don't recharge the account again. So i contacted the customer care and raised a complain (Complain no.1qya8dev) regarding the same and there i learned that along with my selected pack (Marathi hindi premium sports english hd) premium sports english hd pack was also active, which i had never opted for, as my selected pack already included sports channel and why would i select the same channels and pay for it separately? I am sure this is a technical mistake and been activated by some error of tata sky co. I raised the same issue with tata sky customer care from whom i received a call and after all the discussion i was said that no money can be waived off and she cannot help me in any ways and i have to recharge my set top box to activate my account. Also tata sky had deactivated some channels without my consent like hbo hd which is part of my pack.
          I hope my complain is heard and resolved here, by waiving of the money for unethically being charged activating a sports pack without my consent.
          If i would have opted for premium sports english hd pack at the time of recharge itself i would have received a sms of total package cost and it would never have been rs.745/month, it would come to rs.1300+.
          I would like to have the channels of my choice and as selected by me and tata sky should waive off the money overcharged to my account, and keep my account active until next recharge date of 08-may-2020 as stated earlier.
          I hereby also attach the screen shots of sms received from tatasky co.

          No Sir/Madam, My complaint hasn't been addressed. My TataSky account still stands de-activated, with Zero balance and I cant view any channels.

          Hi, I have been waiting for the solution to the complain provided by me, and Sadly the matter still stands unresolved.
          One attempt was been made by the Tatasky Customer Care to contact me, and the person said that after activating the new pack The previous pack was not de-activated and should have been done by us. Now comes the strange part, Once when any Customer activates any sort of pack the older packs get automatically de-activated and also there are no options available to de-activate previous pack on Portal(website of Tatasky) after activating any packs.When this was brought to the Notice of the Lady speaking from Customer Care all she could say is "Sorry", and she couldn't do anything about the complain raised by me and she was helpless.
          Kindly help resolve my issue as My account is still de-activated and I have already faced a Monetary loss and since 22-11-19 I'm not able to view any channels till date.
          Also let me know if the Tatasky doesn't offers any Solution through this site, should I approach a Lawyer and file a Suite in Consumer Court?

            I didn't used my tata sky for 5-6 months due to studies, now i recharged sum of amount, it is showing wrong card placed. Even i didn't changed the card. My tatasky i'd is [protected]. Please short it out fast, i will continue my recharge after activation, i have been removed the card and also cleaned the dust and then placed the card, but still showing same problem.

              Thank you for your reply.I followed the below steps:
              1. Go to website www.tatasky.com
              2. From "Order" menu, go to "Get new connection"
              3. After that I selected for "Tata Sky HD" and then "HD Hindi Lite" on next page.
              4. After that entered name, phone number and mail id.
              5. Entered address and proceeded for payment.
              6. On the payment page, chose net-banking and made payment.
              7. Tata Sky page shows error.

              The phone number used for the booking was [protected].

              I will suggest you to consult with the team maintaining the website. They must be having required information of the transaction.

                Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 23nov at 11:25pm via internet banking. Costing rs.420 (Costing via google offer 220) for uc credit of 325.

                My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
                Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                Customer care centres are unreachable.

                    Hello sir/madam as per my request to the tatasky representative, a new tatasky dth service was setup and connected to my house, but the technician who setup the connection did not provide with amazon fire stick which is absolutely free.
                    Technician denied providing me with the amazon fire tv stick and on response to it he replied in unethical way
                    So regarding to the above context i request to whom ever it may concern to deliver me amazon fire tv stick which is free of cost and also i request that the tatasky technician to maintain a sense of gratitude and oratory in his work.

                        And unprofessional experience/ jolts from service provider. They have started to stopping too low as devicing ploys to cheating customers. As staying alone only needing two of major paid channels, sonny n starbharat obviously costing less.
                        But tatasky now and then adding channel "kids mini..." without any request and they will send sms
                        "on your request we have added..." on confronting them
                        Once they even oppologised over the phone. I thought it will be over since. But once again they added the same channel this time no sms even. Upon confronting them this time their answer being "you gave a miss call".
                        Now sir it's clear and open case of cheating, tatamounts to 420 by a service provider.

                            Hello, my setoff box got repaired.hence technician came and replaced new HD box...but everytime i am getting error 2 message.Techician are really unskilled.they really dont know wat is the exactly issue.thry comes and check and go for four times.no solution.later they changed the another HD box ...same error in this box too...am really frustrated.

                              I have been blocked on social media by tata sky on its page … for voicing my opinion

                              Let me start by giving you a brief about our relation with tatasky.

                              We had 2 primary connections and 3 secondaries. We got rid of 1 primary and 2 secondary connections. Now we are currently left with 1 primary and 1 secondary - active connections. A few months back, my primary set-top box was not working. Se we got 1 of the secondary box to replace that.. By your technician itself. All i was required to do later was get that digital box converted to the primary one.. And close the other connection. So again i was left with only 2 connections.

                              4 days back; i again faced the same problem with my primary digi box. So logged a complaint. When the technician came, i specifically instructed him…clearly.. To use my existing inactive secondary box only…to which he agreed. But, unfortunately, i was required to step out for a couple of minutes to get my daughter from school.in the meantime, he saw the opportunity and convinced my aged, unwell mother and my husband to buy another set-top box for 700 /-from your "fraud company"… the things he told them…lied to them and convinced them…
                              1. It will be a big loss monetary wise to them.
                              2 they will have to pay double now as the other connection too will be resumed.
                              3. It is very difficult to convert secondary connection to primary…and takes more than 10 days…so will not be able to view services for 10 days!!!???

                              Doing so, he immediately called me and took the otp…and when i asked him for the details of the work order.. He said that he is doing something and will call me back to explain in some time.
                              After about 5 mins he called and told me that he had replaced the faulty digibox with the company one and that 700/- will be deducted from my account. I told him immediately that this is not what i had asked for. He was extremely rude…not ready to listen… and said that he had done so with my husband’s and mother’s consent.

                              Has your company really gone bankrupt that you have started extracting money from customers…via your fraud technicians!!!

                              Just now recd a call from your rude agent... "one more"... Nitin. He started rudely. With a lot of arrogance... Said that these charges are told you in advance by tata sky... The min i told him that nothing was communicated to me and if he is well aware of my case... And that i am recording his conversation... He slammed the phone!!!

                              3. Last call from your rude incompetent arrogant representatives - “ nothing can be done now. We cannot refund your money now”…. Disconnected the phone after these words.

                              Hi you can always logon to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN.
                              Tata sky reps you are claiming that communication has been done with me... but do you know it is not called RESOLVING...OR HELPING A CONSUMER. all your RUDE executive called and said was that " NOTHING CAN BD DONE NOW. YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED".
                              IS this the way to RESOLVE a complaint?????

                              Is this a *****solution provided by you... " No refund will be provided. Money from your account has already been debited"????????????
                              Its been 12 days... STILL NO SOLUTION has been provided by you cheaters!!!

                                My channels when I add, It get added successfully. But after 1 day It get dropped automatically. I have complained to the Operater that is Tata Sky but they say that they don't no anything.
                                So, I request you to help me to solve my issue that was I was facing.

                                  I am unable to view the TATA Sky in my TV from around 20 to 25 days. I have raised a service request for 3 times against it I was informed that my set top box needs a replacement, I also agreed for replacement of the same and asked them to do the needful at the earliest, but there is no response from the company till date.

                                  My recent request no is. WO#1QPZJSYS & 1QPZOOD5.

                                  My each family members, specifically my grand father and mother who have habit & fixed times for seeing news and spiritual TV shows are repeatedly following up as when the TV will start.

                                  We choose TATA Sky for DTH connection as your company is the best in DTH field, but for brand like TATA Sky, service delay for 20 to 25 is not acceptable.

                                  I need refund of amount charged from my TATA Sky account in last 20 to 25 days also I need that my TATA Sky account should get activated by Today itself.

When the technician came, I SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED HIM…CLEARLY.. to use my existing inactive secondary box ONLY…to which he agreed. But, unfortunately, I was required to step out for a couple of minutes to get my daughter from school. In the meantime, he saw the OPPORTUNITY and CONVINCED my aged, unwell mother and my husband to BUY ANOTHER SET TOP BOX for 700 /-from your "fraud company"… the things he told them…LIED TO THEM AND CONVINCED THEM…
                                    1. It will be a big loss monetary wise to them.
                                    2 they will have to pay DOUBLE now as the other connection too will be resumed.
                                    3. It is VERY DIFFICULT TO CONVERT SECONDARY CONNECTION TO PRIMARY…and takes more than 10 days…so will not be able to view services for 10 days!!!????

                                    Doing so, he immediately called me and took the OTP…and when I asked him for the details of the work order..he said that he is doing something and will call me back to explain in some time.
                                    After about 5 mins he called and told me that he had replaced the faulty digibox with the company one and that 700/- will be deducted from my account.                                     its been 9 days now and they have been TORTURING ME ENDLESSLY with their calls... without any solution provided.

                                    Just now received another call ... after 3 calls today itself...
                                    the RUDE EXECUTIVE told me that " NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW. YOUR MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED".

                                        I have to wait for more than half an hour after recharge to resume connection. They display 15 minutes, ask for missed call to a specific number. But still the connection is not established. I tried to connect to the customer care and to my utter surprise, they innocently say, "due to technical issues, we have no access to your account details. Kindly wait for 24 -48 hours and we shall get back to you." the system works well when disconnecting as i understand the by default setting but why the delay in restoring even after the recharge. I am completely fed up with this poor service of tata sky
