I' am a tatasky dth subscriber (Id-[protected]), after the new norms and rules from trai, i had opted for new channel pack of tata sky, which were handpicked by me. I had opted for marathi hindi premium sports english hd and additional channels nick, sony sab and aajtak, for which the total package cost was rs.745/per month (Including network fee), so i had recharged my tata sky set top box with rs.9660/- (I. E. 745*12months) also received a confirmation sms on 16-april-2019, so the next recharge date was 08-may-2020, but then few days back i received a message on tv screen that my tatasky balance wasn't sufficient for viewing the channels and tata sky would de-activate my account by 21-nov-2019, if i don't recharge the account again. So i contacted the customer care and raised a complain (Complain no.1qya8dev) regarding the same and there i learned that along with my selected pack (Marathi hindi premium sports english hd) premium sports english hd pack was also active, which i had never opted for, as my selected pack already included sports channel and why would i select the same channels and pay for it separately? I am sure this is a technical mistake and been activated by some error of tata sky co. I raised the same issue with tata sky customer care from whom i received a call and after all the discussion i was said that no money can be waived off and she cannot help me in any ways and i have to recharge my set top box to activate my account. Also tata sky had deactivated some channels without my consent like hbo hd which is part of my pack.
I hope my complain is heard and resolved here, by waiving of the money for unethically being charged activating a sports pack without my consent.
If i would have opted for premium sports english hd pack at the time of recharge itself i would have received a sms of total package cost and it would never have been rs.745/month, it would come to rs.1300+.
I would like to have the channels of my choice and as selected by me and tata sky should waive off the money overcharged to my account, and keep my account active until next recharge date of 08-may-2020 as stated earlier.
I hereby also attach the screen shots of sms received from tatasky co.

Updated by JainPritam No Sir/Madam, My complaint hasn't been addressed. My TataSky account still stands de-activated, with Zero balance and I cant view any channels.

Updated by JainPritam Hi, I have been waiting for the solution to the complain provided by me, and Sadly the matter still stands unresolved.
One attempt was been made by the Tatasky Customer Care to contact me, and the person said that after activating the new pack The previous pack was not de-activated and should have been done by us. Now comes the strange part, Once when any Customer activates any sort of pack the older packs get automatically de-activated and also there are no options available to de-activate previous pack on Portal(website of Tatasky) after activating any packs.When this was brought to the Notice of the Lady speaking from Customer Care all she could say is "Sorry", and she couldn't do anything about the complain raised by me and she was helpless.
Kindly help resolve my issue as My account is still de-activated and I have already faced a Monetary loss and since 22-11-19 I'm not able to view any channels till date.
Also let me know if the Tatasky doesn't offers any Solution through this site, should I approach a Lawyer and file a Suite in Consumer Court?
