I have raised a service request for 3 times against it I was informed that my set top box needs a replacement, I also agreed for replacement of the same and asked them to do the needful at the earliest, but there is no response from the company till date.

poor and negligible service

I have to wait for more than half an hour after recharge to resume connection. They display 15 minutes, ask for missed call to a specific number. But still the connection is not established. I tried to connect to the customer care and to my utter surprise, they innocently say, "due to technical issues, we have no access to your account details. Kindly wait for 24 -48 hours and we shall get back to you." the system works well when disconnecting...

Regarding error 14 in tata sky set top box. : in which pairing problem is raised. And tata sky set top box shows an image with msg that is: this card is wrong for this set top box error 14: pairing error.
Why this problem has been faced?. I had already rechrged my tata sky set top box. I had not faced such kind of issue before. I am loyal customer to tata sky. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible....
