We have call your worker and we have to put TV in our house but he says tomorrow and then say in 25 hrs today Please any one do not contact Tata sky service because it is not of any work. We should not call them because it is our time waste Please anyone do not contact them.we have to set our dish and our televission. It is the the worst company in the India

Please note that at initial stage of my complaint there were two foreign names of places viz Berubari and Garalbari included in my postal address. Subsequently Berubari omitted but Garalbari is still persist. It should be removed from my postal address.

    We have 3 setup box of tata sky in favour of vimal sethi c/o state bank of india, racpc ghaziabad.
    Details of setup boxes are as under:-

    Ds[protected] [protected] [protected]

    Kindly close the 4th setup box except these three & confirm us to enable us to recharge these 3 setup boxes.

      We are using tatasky for last two years.

      Our connection was not working hence it was fixed by their service person.

      It was also told by "tata sky call center that" we are premium customer hence there is no service charge of rs. 225 for home visit but the card of setup box has damaged which need to be paid by us.

      We agreed for this but they charged for (1) service charge (2) card damage both.

      Raised around 3 ticket with them which get closed automatically after a day or two.

      The reason told by them was "i was not reachable" via mobile which can happen due to many reason such as
      1) i might be driving so can not take the call
      2) in meeting at office.

      My questions is why can not tata sky keep "the ticket open for a week & when i call customer care for follow - the same required clarification can be obtained from me"

      All together there is definitely "tata sky has poor service system for its customer"

When i purchased, he is my neighbour but now i had changed my house. I can enjoy watching the tatasky dth but i can't get any sms or any facilities that you provide to us through mobile.           I had booked a new connection on the phone on 19th april 2018. I received a sms confirming the order and delivery time of around 3:00 pm next day. No one turned up. When i called the number again, they apologised and said they will send someone on 23rd april 2018 for delivery and installation. No one turned up again. The i called back tatasky said they will respond and asked me to hold the line. Then the line got disconnected (Or was it deliberately disconnected). Still no one has turned up.

          The installation staff called me today. I am not sure if it is a response to the complain on this site or they just decided to call after 4 days. However, I no longer wish to receive service from that particular agent. Please arrange for another agent if possible.

          The details of agent who responded today is:

          (Thats the name they gave me. I have not verified if the name & address is correct)

            I bought Tata sky hd with one month free ultra subscription.at d time of installation person told me that pls recharge yr account for breakfree viewing so today i recharged and i lost my free package. Mr Mahammad of customer care executive is bluntly saying that max i can give u rs.10 for compensation. Boss u never hv attitude like this .Thats not tata branding. Tatas must check the persons ability before hiring such people in custmer care. Very poor service.

              I have logged a complaint on 21.04.2018 late evening of non functioning of my tata sky channels. Customer care executive told me technician will visit on 22.04.2018 but yesterday entire day (I cancelled my plans being sunday) waiting for executive but no one came from tata sky.
              Again yesterday (22.04.2018) i called up tata sky call centre and complaint of such unprofessional behaviour, executive told that technician will visit on monday and will call by 10:00 am early morning.
              But till now no one has called neither visited my home.

              NOT ACCEPTABLE ...COMPAINT was logged on 21.04.2018 but till now no one has resolved ..

              How many days are required, for closure ...Yesterday Shwets from Tata sky had called and told some one wil come and check and resolve the issue ...
              But no one has come till now ...
              Please close my connection and refund my 2400, I had paid for the connection ...

                I was not using the connection for a month and once i'm back switched on my tv to fine this pairing error my rmn is [protected] please help me get this sorted out as this ipl season.
                I need to recharge for star sports and start watching ipl so please get this sorted at the earliest. It s a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out

                But I have been using it for the last 2 year. How come all of a sudden it became invalid. What can I do about it?

                  My rmn was changed without my request. Someone is trying to access my tatasky connection in my absence and i would like to inform tatasky not to make any changes/updates in my account unless a request is made from the registered mobile number or the registered email.
                  Today when i called customer care to inform the same i was told it is not possible anyone who will verify the address and pin code can get the rmn changed.
                  This is very low level of serurity that tatasky is providing.
                  I do not want any changes in my account without my permission.

                    I have relocated from domlur to maruthi sevanagar, and since morning 9:30 am i have been putting reinstall request.

                    At 9:30am when i he'd put request i was said i will be getting a confirmation call within 2 hours, which i didn't get, 11:30am i again called customer care and the executive took my compliant and again said within 2 hours i will get a call, which i again did not get, 1:30 i spoke to an executive who again said the same words and assured me that i will get a call in 2 hours and reinstallation will be done today.
                    I got a call around 1:50pm from customer care asking when can they send the technician tomorrow as today no technician is available. I again called the tata sky customer care and again narrated the whole story, around 2pm, and the executive said this is the second call he is receiving from my side and he is sending my complaint do the higher level on the priority basis and i shall get call within 2 hours and reinstallation will be done today, but sad to say i have not received any such calls till now.
                    My whole day was only wasted calling customer care and then waiting for 2hours.
                    Such a waste of customer service, does not understand the value for customers time but yes are very straightforward regarding reinstallation fees of 300rs.
                    Really is it worth paying such kind of fees with such bad service. I don't understand how can the executive expect a person to stay at home on monday, on a office day. Even after saying that i m a working professional they didn't bother to arrange the reinstallation today

                      Tata sky id [protected] not receiving singnal from. Last 4 days.in 1st technican attended and told disc has loosen hence no signal. On 2nd day another technican has attened and told disc. Had damaged. On 3rd day when called to customer care for to know technican has mentioned disc has installed on balcony of 12th gloorand as per rule they can not installed in balcony which i disagree as my balcony is safe one. Called to customer care seniors and eaxplained but from last one day no one has attened to fix the issue. It shows how irresponsible tata sky pepole are. Fix the issue by today

                        I am requesting for a technician visit at my place for last 5 days and everytime customer service person has commited that technician will be visited on next day. But till now neither i have received any call nor any technician turned up. I called up yesterday evening and supervisor navdeep singh told me i will be receiving calls within 2 hrs (This was my 8th call for the same issue) which i did not and when again called up in cs someone told me i will get call today at 10 am for visit confirmation. I am waiting till now not received any calls. I am unable to watch tv but my data pack is activated. Good business strategy tata sky team!!! Seriously you guys are making life jhingalala!! Please take your customer complains seriously. Don't treat them like a fool!!

                            In April 2017 I had recharged my HD recording set up box along with secondary setup box with annual mega pack. But before completing one year my second setup box was disconnected by Tata Sky with the accuse that one comedy channel was activated from Tata sky without my consent. However, I request them to solve my problem but they did not respond though I had paid for full 12 months.

                              Booked a showcase movie, fees got debited however channel didn't start.
                              Raised concern twice to finally get a ticket id # 14ec6rb6, next day i was informed to send a photograph of the channel for them to verify. Before i could send the photo, ticket was closed without rectifying the issue or taking my consensus. The moment i had send photo through mail again new ticket # 14eq5ijy was generated. Got pissed off with on call support team, tried my luck with online support team through chat. Same story repeated where i was again given falls promises that an immediate call would be arranged in next 15 minutes etc... Its been 17 hours, still not a single call.
                              Its really disheartening to see tata brand being humiliated by non professional people working in it.

                                Even after giving my subscriber id, there is no response from tata sky till date.

                                Also yesterday i got the message that my tata sky payment due date is april 25th 2018. Last month my due date was march 30th 2018. This month how can it be 5 days before?

                                I don't know why tata sky people are doing like this with the customers. It's disgusting.

                                I need a reply on this issue. Kindly take the action asap.

                                    Above request was resubmitted on Monday 16/04/2018 with above WO #.

                                    Since then issue is still not resolved and I am following up with the customer care since Monday but I am getting stereotype reply of "Your issue will be resolved within 2 hours". Its 3 days now but issue is still pending.

                                    I have got the call from technician on Monday about 8-9 times where he confirmed my address but relocation service not been provided.

                                    I am part of Tata Sky family since 10 years but such a POOR SERVICE from Tata sky. I have chat with customer care so he said that I will cancel above request and fresh request of relocation will be raise. So the problem will be resolved on immediate basis.
