The recharge happened today. Even after 1 hr, the service is not on. When tried to reach support team, automated service continuously communicated that i am their critical customer and call will be supported in a minute. At last one service person picked up after "10" minutes.

Spoke to support team member, and he mentioned there is a technical fault. So even after recharging, services did not come and billing cycle started clicking.

Such things happened several times and customer service had no resolution. And they mentioned that they will raise this to seniors. I am doubtful whether even their senior also know the staff well. Hopeless services.

    This is with respect to my Tatasky id (mentioned above)..

    There was an issue with our tatasky network last Friday late evening.. In spite of a hot summer day.. The screen displayed the message, "there is an issue with your network because it must be windy or it must be raining"

    Nevertheless, we logged in a call and mentioned to the team concerned that there is an issue with the network.. Your colleagues tried resolving it through remote assistance.. However, they soon concluded that there is an issue with the antenna.. For which they said that they will be sending a person to get it resolved.. the next day..

    There was no response on Saturday... When we called back on Sunday morning.. They said that they will. Send a person across in 2 hours.. They also mentioned that since we were premium. Customers of tatasky we would not be needing to pay any amount unless there are replacements or repairs..

    A person turned up in the next one hour stating that he is from tatasky.. He completed the work and charged us 400 rupees.. Stating that he had to change some component..

    This was last week..

    This weeksnd again there is an issue with the network... And to top it all.. There is no one responding in the call center...

    The constant message is " your wait time is 10 minutes.. And a person will revert to you shortly"..

    This has been going on for the last 1 hour...

    Please explain.. What kind of service is this?

      I have contacted your service care for several times. For all the time i was put on hold for more than 25+min. Do you thing we are stupids here waiting for your response.

      There are call duration charges too. Finally no response from your rnd but money got deduction for the cal..
      If you people are not capable not intrested please stop your service.

      Do you thing customers do not have work and jus sit behind you. Such a nasty service you people are having.

      I wanna know the package for sports channel for a month. Would you please help atleatthe customer through mail.

        Subscription ID : [protected] . I want to cancel my tatasky connection and move on to something less pricey because their prices are too high.
        They also indulge in unethical and illegal practices by charging HD access fee. I have been a tatasky customer for over a decade and given so much business to them over the years and yet the treatment I received from their end is horrendous. I asked them to discontinue my connection from May but I want the amount that I paid for their set top boxes back as they are completely useless to me.
        Following is the reply I received from the CEO himself - Harit Nagpal. I would like to know how to sue the CEO personally for this response.

        This is with reference to your email regarding your package issue.

        We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

        We wish to inform that as of now there are no discount available on your Tata Sky account towards Annual/Semi-Annual version of packages.

        We request you to go though the following link to know more on our existing packages.

        Also, we wish to inform you that, upon cancellation, we will be able to process the refund towards the remaining subscription balance only upon retrieval of Set top boxes and other accessories from your premises. As per our policy we will not be able to process any refund towards the set top box.

        Further, we would like to inform you that, if the account is cancelled it can be reactivated within 90 days and post 90 days the same cannot be reactivated. Also, the amount will not be refunded and post 90 days after cancellation the balance in the account will be lapsed.

        Your account balance is Rs.372.91 available as on today. You need to renew it by 07/05/2018.

              As per aid running on Tata sky channel no.100 regarding recharge offer on INR 299+more if done then INR 30 will be credited.The same had not been done from past 7 days.Call disconnected by service executives and those answering make false promises. Already spent more money on calls. Who is going to compensate for the same. Subscribe ID- [protected].

                Yesterday my tv and set top box was working properly. Today, i. E 05 april 2018, i got a message on my tv screen as "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error) nds no.[[protected]
                1 ] digicard id is[[protected]]"
                My subscriber id is [[protected]]" with a blank screen.
                I contacted customer care but they are saying that they will send a technician which will be charged from me.
                Why should i pay the technician visit charge while the issue is from your side and it is not something to do with hardware it is a software issue as it was paired correctly till yesterday.
                Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                  Two months ago tv picture was breaking up. Called tatasky. Their rep told us our set-top box was defective and unrepairable. Sold us a new box for rs 900 and took away the old box. Problem persisted. It appears set-top box was okay just a minor abrasion of antenna cable. Second rep repaired it and assured no charge. But we are being billed rs 250 for this. So now, just so that reps make their commission we have to pay 1150 for a fault i can personally set right for rs 25. Tatasky service reps are behaving like dacoits, cheating users. Do not expect this of a reputed co. Numerous phone and email complaints have produced no results, no response except an automated complaint number.

                    I was charged rs 300/- for setter box connectors and mr yogesh yadav said that mr rajesh who handles the work in goa told yogesh that no-bill is to be issued. This looks very dubious. Tata is an international trusted name of great repute. I feel this is weird. Please look into the matter.

                          I’ve been using tata sky since 4 years. Since 1st march 2018 i’m facing a problem of set top box shutting off automatically. I made a complaint many times every time i’ve to do master reset. This continued for 15 days. Then a technician visited and he has done software reset and assured that problem will not come again. But after 2 hours again same problem was there. I again called customer support then they said you need to change set top box. That was done on 29 march 2018. And now from 31 march again there is no signal. Out society is having common dish installed and every other flats have signal except mine. After again making complaints every time tata sky representatives says you will get solution in 2 hours but again when i call after waiting for 2 hours they say my complaint is not registered. This is not expected at least from a company like tata. Very disappointing

                            I am facing frequent problems with tata sky tv channels transmission and number of complaints in the last two years can be seen from your systems. Deducting rs 200 /225 for ever visit irrespective of the location of problems, tata sky is deducting and deactivating tv channels unilaterally and immediately causing lot of inconvenient. Mainly your systems are unreliable and technicians are incapable of finding permanent solution. There by this gated community centre is facing serious problems.
                            Yester day i complained that some channels are and some channels were not coming. Master resetting was carried out as per the your call centre instructions. Still no change complaint was noted and your technician came and changed the setting from lnb to super lnb and all channels were coming. Immediately the connection was deactivated and asking me to recharge. I asked the technician to give in writing or joint report or inform before me to your concerned manager which he refused and left the apartment.
                            For your system faults is it your policy that customer should pay technician charges. Please review and activate immediately. This is gated community centre 1200 apartments. One dedicated technician at no extra cost must be placed to attend the this regular complaints.

                                This service provided by you within a month is disgusting and pathetic.
                                You cannot send one technician within 1 working day for 1 small work

                                Hello everyone,
                                Your customer care service people are big liars.
                                They are like robots asking for forgiveness and have a very limited role.

                                What do you expect from a customer who has a yearly subscription!
                                We have lodged a complaint every hour since this 24 hours, yet there is no seriousness.
                                How pathetic! If we call multiple times you directly cancel our services! What kind of service is this???

                                Within a span of 15 days if these are your true colours why should we subscribe your dish service???
                                I want a reply on this email and services resolution quickly.
                                Because neither your customer care executive.
                                You only want give assurance and take no action.
                                Start taking up some responsibility and have courage too, to tell the customer the truth regarding their complaint.

                                  I booked tata sky dth th umia electronics on 25.3.18 he assured to get installed in 24hr.
                                  Afternoon sunil contacted me to instal dth. As i had not occupied the flat i asked to installed next time i available. He agreed on 27/3/18 we decided to instal in afternoon 3pm he agreed. But he did not turned up & directed to tushar to do the same job. Ztushar asked me time i confused & i asked why he phoned me & asking time, he told that sunil will not come, by that time it was more than 4pm. I conformed from sunil that he is going to gota to instal dth but will not installed same at my flat. Tsoushar also told that he will take 2& half hr to instal before that no body told me the time. I was not having time so i confirmed from tushar to instal on 28/3/18. He agreed at the time i decide on 29/3/18 @10am & conformed tushar 3pm to instal dth.
                                  But tushar deceived me & nither he turned up nor attended my calls from 3.30pm to 4pm
                                  I complained about these defaulter technician narrating whole event to customer care head joyti verma (As told by operator) on 28.3.18 she assured to instal but nothing has been done by them. Again on 29/3/18 i complained verna.
                                  On 28 & 29/3/18 to dealer also but he was also not interested in this matter as commission was already taken by him from tata sky. He dilip patel also failed to do so. He charged rs5545/-but he sent message of rs4946/-
                                  Now get it installed on 30/3/18 before noon or cancel booking & returned my booking amount.
                                  Rs5545/-
                                  Such a huge reputed co of ratna tata has been bad named by two technician who are malingerer, lubber, doodle, slacker, dishonest, irresponsible etc.
                                  Remove both tecnician from service & black list umia electronics so that tata group name, fame, reputation can be saved.& tata sky co can be saved by bank rupted. Pl send the copy of letter for action taken against three defaulters.

                                    This is my fifth complaint on tatasky. First i complained four times for not giving me free hd access of 1 month you cheated me. Worst people now asking me to pay 200rs for changing connecter. Earlier tatasky agent only put that connector. Now i have been told that the connector was wrong. Foolish people i told them to change the agent while installation since he didn't had skills. They sent him only and now unnecessarily they put the another connector and charged me wrongly.

                                    Inspite of several mails and calls, nobody in tatasky bother to attend connectivity issue .

                                        Since a month a am unable to watch zee marathi channel., So many times I have given complaints to the Tata sky but every time executive reconfigure the settings but unable to resolve my issue. They are suggesting to take technician visit to resolve this issue and for it they are charging 225rs. I don't understand it's Tata sky network issue why should I pay for this. And it's for only one channel.
