I took new tata sky hd connection and i paid 2400 but i did not get english channels and i paid money on 11 mar 2018 but they installed 14th mar 2018.
They consider starting date as 11 mar 2018 but they installed in 14 mar 2018, so i lost three days. And i did not get single english hd channels. But they said to me you will get all english hd channels.

    We have requested to cancel and refund amount agianst my rmn[protected] a month back.

    No resolution came though some phone calls from your executive received. Executives having neither any feed back nor any awareness of background of the case.
    They are just spoiling our time as well as their.

    Please look into and pull out from such a whirlpool.

      The problem is with you are service members
      They are not responding to our calls
      Since 20 days we are calling to the service boy he is not answering the call more over he put his phone switch off from 20 days we are not getting tv
      2 days back we called him he came and said due to adding of channels u are not getting he did something to the setupbox and took 200 rupees and said u will get tv from now but no use
      So please take some action about this
      From 20 days we are not seeing tv

        It all goes well and one day morning I got message o[censored]pdating set up box and then I got screen of "No Signals Found" . All connections are fine and also dish is at its proper position as before. When I call to customer care they ask me to charge of 225 INR for consultant technician at home. After all its Tata Sky fault in update setting and technician fault to not setting up dish according maximum signal possibility. Why should I have to charge for Tata Sky or technician's fault ?

        As per Tata Sky call technician visited and resolved problem but amount of INR 225.00 is deducted from my tata sky balance. Further I had register complaint for refund in Tata Sky as I guided in their call.

          On jan 27, 2018, i paid an amount of rs. 8, 500.00 to tata sky on account of recharge the connection. Later on i changed the plan to "four dhamaka" for which recharge amount was rs. 6, 300.00 including hd charges. I asked tata sky to refund the excess amount paid. But regret i was informed that part refund is not the policy of the company. It was finally advised to pay rs. 6, 300.00 and the company will refund me the total refund of rs. 8, 500.00.
          Accordingly, i paid the amount of rs. 6, 300.00 on jan 27, 2018. Since than i am continuous following up with tata sky for refund of rs. 8, 500.00. I called number of times but all in vain. The issue is there is no senior officials to whom we can approach directly. Now my bank have also writer to tata sky to respond. It seems tata sky is really a fraud company.

          Regret, till March 13, 2018 my issue is not yet resolved. Even my banker United Bank of India have also written to the Nodal Officer stating
          "Customer has not got the refund till now. Please share the mode of payment of refund and to whom the refund has been given for settlement, Is it Payment Aggregator - Billdesk ???? If yes then please share the refund initiation date and reference no."
          It seems TATA SKY is really a fraud company. There is no Nodal Officer to resolve the issue

          After recharging 8500 which according to my knowledge is the highest recharge by domestic customer in a year. but tata sky is not giving me my needed channel package. instead forcing me to use existing package. how shameful its on there part.

            Yesterday we gave a complaint that some of the tata sky subscribed channels are not coming.
            One of the tata sky customer care people had taken the complaint and after 1 hour tata sky technician reached our house. He said that tata sky setup box is not working & we have to replace it. He said setup box cost will be more than rs2000. If setup box is not working, then how some channels are coming & some are not.
            Hindi subscribed channels are not at all coming. Is this some sort of cheating from tata sky.
            Moreover, he is asking for service charges with out doing anything. Initially when we called tata sky customer care, they said that there are no service charges as it comes under warranty period. What is this???
            I am very disappointed with the tata sky service.

              My Tata Sky Sub ID is [protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1500/- for 1 year Subscription as the TATA SKY was inactivate for more than 3 months. I confirmed the same 3 times from customer care, and went for reinstallation. After reinstallation I had done recharge of Rs.2000/- on Dt[protected]As the Recharge of Rs.1800/- was unsuccessful on reinstallation date).On Dt.[protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1800/-for 1 year subscription, and there is no offer for you in Rs.1500/-.Do you want to continue the same then I replied the person that earlier the offer amount was Rs.1500/-, so if it is possible then proceed otherwise reversed the amount. The customer care person told that he is going to reverse the amount as there is no such offer. Till Date[protected] I have not received the amount of Rs.2000/-from the Tata Sky. I have called so many times to the customer care but no proper response received from Tata Sky.On 23 feb 2018 they have written the reply of same complain that amount will be credited soon.Till date 12 march 2018 amount neither reversed nor credited.

                Havent used tatasky for a few days, but when we started it yesterday it shows the error of wrong card for set top box (pairing error). What details do i need to give to solve the issue?

                Also, why is this similar issue arising time and again.. it can be possible that u may not use on tv in your house for sometime, but whenever put on, it should automatically get updated or whatever needa to be done. Why does a complaint need to be file for such service issues?

                  I have only two connections but just realised i had been charged for the last five years for another two connections of my neighbour... So i was paying for 4 connections... Which i just found out... Not resolved my problem. Tatasky is asking me to give an order to disconnect the other two connections... But i had never asked for the other two connections... Why do i have to give an order to disconnect that. My local operator in chennai to installed it is trying to say the earlier people who were there did it... And they are new people who have come in... They are ignorant of the whole connections. What do i do...

                        I did recharge 300.0 on 11/03/2018 as due was on 12/03/2018. Monthly charge is 794.0 but i really unable to understand how could balance valid to 15th march-1 it should be 23rd march.

                        I have a multi connection but not able to access both tv at a time. Tata sky engineer has visited & recommended to change the existing set top box but i observed that set top box is okay if i off the other tv.

                          I have been retained by tata sky by promising ultra pack for 1, 999 last year in april 2017 for a year, i have been promised that no additional charges will be levied to me i. E relocation or engineer visit etc. Since my previous building (Cosmos jewels) had the big tata sky device (Chatri), they did not let me get my tata sky device (Chatri) from the other location where i was living (Sudarshan sky garden). I called up the offer department guy to confirm that what how about my chatri, when i will shift to a new place. That fellow assured me that since i am into offer, i will get relocation free and plus a new chatri. So, did not took my chatri from sudarshan sky garden.
                          Now when i have moved to a different place, tata sky guys are harassing me and tortured me by calling for relocation money plus chatri additional charges. Plus they said.. We donot have made any offer like that. Their employees lied that... They cannot see any payment is made or any information is written with respect to the offer department.
                          Last year same thing happened to me, when the zonal head of tata sky addressed me and called me up and assure me that no further problems will come in this respect.
                          But i can see, tata sky is only about taking money and zero customer satisfaction, no compliance team to verify, no data storage facility, unprofessional customer executives.
                          Tata sky there are loads many service providers, one bad experience can impact lots of customers.
                          Very bad experience of fraud!!
                          Even after telling the name of the executive and sharing his ext number they are saying... There is no such employee, and no such extension number and no data of last year.

                            My Tata sky DTH id is [protected] was renewed with additional 3 channels without my consent.
                            After paying on line only it was informed it was done like that. I made a call to customer care but he can't understand my language. For 3 channels I am wasting 160 per month. Kindly unsubscribe the new channels and extend the subscribeion period.

                              I have tata cable tv for more than 3years, since iam travelling i was re charging for fraction of the amount last three months after recharge i will get a massage saying validity is for next 10days but next 15 min we lose the signal. It happens after recharge.
                              If call consumer care they will ask to restart after 15 min again it will go off.
                              In fact last 3 months have rs 300 not able view continuously for 15 min.
                              The company collects money for 10 days but not providing service properly.
                              In last three months i paid rs 300 mange to view less an hour

                                Recharged my tata sky then it is showing pairing error for no reason
                                Till the day i recharged tata sky coustomer care person used to call me ask for recharge
                                What is the use then it's just eating my recharge days and time and till it becomes zero
                                Plz help with this this is not the way for good service now no coustomer care is working after paying!!!

                                  I had ordered for a tatasky connection online and had prepaid for it. As promised it didn't happen in a day. The engineer complained he was not able to reach me on my airtel number. I waited for 3 days and asked them to cancel the order as i even wasted a day taking off from office as they told they'll come. It was no show for 3 days. I was informed the cancellation will take 72hrs and i'll b refunded the whole amount.

                                  Post that i started getting calls from different people and number requesting me to get it installed. I finally gave up and agreed to install. After few days of installation my tatasky was mentioning my account is deactivated please recharge. I checked my account online and say it had enough balance but in cancelled status.

                                  I checked with the customer care to help me with this. They hv given me 2 options.

                                  1. Cancel the account but refund only of 496/- as it's installed.

                                  2. If activated the initial offer of tamil channels free for an year will not be applicable.

                                  My complaint here are as below.

                                  1. I was not informed or was asked to confirm for cancellation.

                                  2. The requests not handled in the promised time.

                                  3. The requests r not handled chronologically.

                                  4. Too many different people keep contacting for the same connection installation.

                                  5. When asked to escalate the issue to a senior so that i can explain my issues they clearly stated they can't and they'll call me back with clarification which never happened.

                                  This is a clear case of operational error by tatasky. Why am i penalized for it? There is not transparency in the process, u r out for surprise each time.

                                  I need

                                  1. Cancel it and refund me the whole amount.

                                  2. Activate my account with the original 1 year tamil channels offer.

                                  Kindly help me with this request.

                                    My tata sky set up box is not receiving signal in the night (After 9:30 pm) but in day time it is working fine. What the hell is this!! Can someone please suggest me what to do with this problem. I am using this tata sky since 2 years but i am facing this problem since 7 days. When i am calling customer care they are saying i need to pay money to the executive without even knowing what is the problem. I am not expecting this from company like tata. I think it is better to change some other service provider.
