Since a month a am unable to watch zee marathi channel., So many times I have given complaints to the Tata sky but every time executive reconfigure the settings but unable to resolve my issue. They are suggesting to take technician visit to resolve this issue and for it they are charging 225rs. I don't understand it's Tata sky network issue why should I pay for this. And it's for only one channel.

    Hi team,

    Quick update with the account name that i have on the tata sky account, i have provided my correct id and address proof 3 times yet the name is not changed.
    My name is infant alexious clement. P
    But they claim its on a different name called rekha, i dont know who that person is.
    When i contacted the customer service, they asked me to fill noc form which doesn't make sense because, it's asking for the current name holders signature, when i don't know who that person is how can i get a signature from them.
    Please someone look into this.

      You sell your plans for a year and then say that it was updated as monthly plan and not a yearly plan. Now suddenly after sending a message to recharge for 735.00. You have disconnected saying your plan expired in 6 months.

      When complaining you say "you should have called to convert it to a yearly charge". Are we supposed to dream that you are paying yearly subscriptio and they are deducting as per monthly?

      Can one complain higher up?

          This issue seems to have been raised before and apparently mentioned as resolved by tatasky customer care.
          Facing it 2nd time in last 3 days now. Unable to do any recharge or access account online tatasky. The site shows different errors: down due to maintenance, http error 400, keeps on asking for password again and again after authenticating successfully etc.

          Most of the issues happen around midnight time. Maybe they are too lazy and can't support the website running at night maybe badly programmed website for sustained running without support.
          Either way really annoying to customers.

            First of all thak you to resolve my complain. As you know that i had taken tata sky connection last year. Dealer had attached me to his id. I had complained about it to tata sky department many times and they said to solve my problem i had to keep activate my account i had rechared my account many times total amount i had recharged is rs-455. I was also mentally disturbed regrding this matter. So you are requested to help me in recovery of my loss of money including mental harasment i had faced.

              On 25th march 2018 it was identified that my tata sky setup box power was not getting on.in the morning at around 7:45 am i had complained to customer care to which they had assigned to their technician. I got a call from the technician stating that they wont be able to provide service as the local cable operators wont allow them to enter the premises.

              For this i completely took the responsibility to take care of their picjk up and drop facility to ensure that my issue is resolved. Still the customer care raised complains are being cancelled by their technicians and they are not willing to help us out. I have repeatedly making calls to the tata sky customer care but this is of no use.

              I got a call from the Tata Sky executive or the supervisor, not sure who, he mentioned that they are ready to provide refund and close our account.

              Question is my account balance is available till 3rd April after which comes the recharge date. Are they going to refund me the left account balance. if yes, would that be fair enough after being a customer for 2 years and later come to know that TATA a brand trustworthy, betrays the customer by not providing service.

              Will that be valid to consider this refund?
              We have booked complaint for Tata sky not working since last three days.
              Yeesterday some one phoned for visit at Latur instead of Pune. We requested to transfer to Pune.
              Today same thing again.

                Tata sky id [protected]
                I am unable to see services of tata sky.in morning and afternoon
                Ii could see servicea sometimes in evening. I beleive it is due to disk not adjusted for full singal at full aingnal strength. I had paid viait charges. Many times and no appetitle to pay again.

                I believe the agency is doing it purposely to get perperual visit charges. Why does company could not control this bad practice

                I am not sure if others are facing similar problem. The tata sky is damaging tata brand for sure

                    I had made online payment of 7200 through tata-sky on 24th nov. On the portal, the transaction showing failed. So i called up tata customer care and they said they have not received payment. But amount was deducted from credit card. So i had made payment again 28th nov which got successful transcation message and tatasky acknowledge the reciept of the payment. After that i had raise complain with bank regarding this issue of 24th nov payment. Bank did check on their side and they have provided proof that payment has recieved by tata sky merchant on 24th nov around 7 pm. So i had raised complain on 24th feb with complain no 13cq3v2z regarding reversal of my payment towards my credit card.. I had to follow up so many times with customer care and each time i had call, i had given different dates. After submitting enough proof details of the bank still i am struggling to get my money back. This is very ridiculous customer support from tata sky end that even after 5 month. They have not bothered about providing proper support to my case. I would like to

                      Last year i had taken tata sky connection from dealer. But he attached my id with his id {[protected]}. But he gave me secondary box in place of primary box i want to recharge my set up box but i can not it because it is fully controlled by dealer and i am deprieved of entertainment since last fortnight and i had complained about it many times but they did not solve my problem and i doubted that they are connected with dealers so you are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible

                          I contacted your reputed concern regarding my issue dealt with the tata sky digital card since 4:45pm. The executive of your reputed concern responded to the issue dealt with the tata sky card will resolve in the following 2 hours but unfortunately it couldn't happen. So i again contacted your reputed concern by 8.25pm regarding the issue dealt with the tata sky card, but your executive named mr. Sohail did not handover the interaction id and he replied that your issue will not be resolved by toady. As per the reply given by your executive was not satisfying my expectations towards your concern

                            Irony that a company that is of the stature and backed by the tata has been asking for the subscriber to down load the tata sky application.
                            I have been trying my best to download there application and have failed miserably. Spoke to your call centre no help provided nor alternate way was suggested typical call centre replies no solution
                            The competition is not far away and would be the first to dump your company so god bless tata sky.

                                amount refund not received

                                I received call from Tata sky customer care for one year free subscription with recharge of Rs.1619. I recharged my account with same and call back customer care as they told me. But subscription has not activated on my account for one month. Now I am asking for refund they are not refunding amount also. since last month they just saying It is under process and will refund soon.

                                Please let me know what I can do for it.br...

                                I took 3 Tata sky connection few months ago. I was using two of them but the third one wasn't being used however we were still recharging it. Today when I connect the third connection it's showing error as wrong card inserted. Can you please look into this matter.

                                    On[protected], an agent of tata sky (Through appco marketing/ unisyn enterprises) came to my residence and convinced about tata sky connection. I purchased tata sky connection and paid rs 2180 through sbi cheque no. 958048 in favour o[censored]nisyn enterprises. The cheque was cleared later on. I could not be able to take tata sky new connection till the date. Please give me either new tata sky connection at my residence on that paid amount or refund the paid amount of rs 2180.

                                      I didn't use the service for 4 weeks. Then i recharged today at 1:30 pm but it is not working.
                                      On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.:
