amount refund not received

I received call from Tata sky customer care for one year free subscription with recharge of Rs.1619. I recharged my account with same and call back customer care as they told me. But subscription has not activated on my account for one month. Now I am asking for refund they are not refunding amount also. since last month they just saying It is under process and will refund soon.

Please let me know what I can do for it.br...

error showing as wrong card inserted

I took 3 Tata sky connection few months ago. I was using two of them but the third one wasn't being used however we were still recharging it. Today when I connect the third connection it's showing error as wrong card inserted. Can you please look into this matter.

I need it resolved as soon as possible. I tried calling the helpline number but couldn't connect

tata sky connection has not yet been installed even after payment cost of tata sky of rs 2180.00

On[protected], an agent of tata sky (Through appco marketing/ unisyn enterprises) came to my residence and convinced about tata sky connection. I purchased tata sky connection and paid rs 2180 through sbi cheque no. 958048 in favour o[censored]nisyn enterprises. The cheque was cleared later on. I could not be able to take tata sky new connection till the date. Please give me either new tata sky connection at my residence on that paid amount or refund...

tata sky pairing error on my tata sky dth

I did not get english channels

I took new tata sky hd connection and i paid 2400 but i did not get english channels and i paid money on 11 mar 2018 but they installed 14th mar 2018.
They consider starting date as 11 mar 2018 but they installed in 14 mar 2018, so i lost three days. And i did not get single english hd channels. But they said to me you will get all english hd channels....

some of the subscribed channels are not working.

Yesterday we gave a complaint that some of the tata sky subscribed channels are not coming.
One of the tata sky customer care people had taken the complaint and after 1 hour tata sky technician reached our house. He said that tata sky setup box is not working & we have to replace it. He said setup box cost will be more than rs2000. If setup box is not working, then how some channels are coming & some are not.

pairing error on tata sky

Havent used tatasky for a few days, but when we started it yesterday it shows the error of wrong card for set top box (pairing error). What details do i need to give to solve the issue?

Also, why is this similar issue arising time and again.. it can be possible that u may not use on tv in your house for sometime, but whenever put on, it should automatically get updated or whatever needa to be done. Why does a complaint need...

The message is coming on tv screen that "signal not received by set top box". You are requested to attend my connection for repairing work and clear the fault so i can enjoy my tv programmes. recharge & view issue

I did recharge 300.0 on 11/03/2018 as due was on 12/03/2018. Monthly charge is 794.0 but i really unable to understand how could balance valid to 15th march-1 it should be 23rd march.

I have a multi connection but not able to access both tv at a time. Tata sky engineer has visited & recommended to change the existing set top box but i observed that set top box is okay if i off the other tv....
