I am working at M/s Gharda Chemicals Limited, M I D C Dombivli (East). We have a Credit Society of employees. It is a practice to give a gift to all the members on the occasion of Diwali. Accordingly, this year the committee members decided to give your well know product i.e Water purifier (Tataswach purifier) to all the members as a Diwali gift (Member's contribution Rs.250/- & remaining from Credit Society).
The bulk order placed by our Credit Society, consignment of 400 water purifier was delivered at our above referred factory itself (Thane in Maharashtra).
The water purifier were distributed during the month of Nov' 2010.
The opening of the water purifier was done on the first day of diwali & all o[censored]s enjoyed safe drinking water which was made available from your well known product. Further, we were also happy to know that we would continue to enjoy safe drinkig water for a long time without any extra cost as one of the features of your product is that the replacement of water filter is required only after consmption of 3000 ltrs of water. Since, average per day consumption of water for a limited family of 4-5 persons is normally 10 ltrs, the water filter would need replacement only after 9 to 10 months.
However, I was very much disturbed to know that the functioning of the water purifier stopped immediately after about a month & indicator started showing a signal that the replacement of water filter is required. Further, I could not even get a positive feedback from your side (by way of trouble-shooting) while trying to get in touch on a toll free number [protected].
I've forwarded this mail to concern department, not yet attended by the company.
Kindly advice me what to do further.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If water does not flow from the bulb, kindly follow the below steps:
Kindly observe whether the Tata Swach bulb is fully filled with water or not. If not, Please remove the Mesh 2 from the Upper container and allow the air to escape from the Tata Swach bulb. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.
Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean it with a soft brush by holding under running water. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.
Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean the nozzle with a thin needle like object.
If the water still does not flow, then kindly hold the Tata Swach bulb under running water.
