I have been sending emails and calling tata coustomer service from March 2020 to lower my internet plan from 825 Rupees to 371 Rupees per month. Revert to complaints on mail at "[protected]@tatateleservices.com" comes with a cut out date to solve your problem, but however no action is initiated much after the cut off date, inspite of several followups. I wanted to cancel my Static IP which was due for renewal w.e.f. 7th September and requested them to revise the invoice accordingly,...

I had requested to terminate their internal services in March 2020. Initially they told me to clear current bill and they will terminate.
I paid that and asked them to terminate.
They did not respond further on this for months. No answer to customer care call or mails. Meanwhile the system kept generating invoices.
