I have taken a new tata docomo post paid mobile connection(mob no- [protected]) from chandigarh at punjab state after giving all proofs on 4 th dec 15. On 12 dec the connection got block due to negative verification though i am staying in the same address given in the customer form. Despite several approach to tata docomo store at sector-32, they could not solve the issue. Due to non activation of connection, i have immense loss both financially and socially. I do not know what to do. And presently my no is blocked .Also i got the bill sent by tata docomo of this month. I dont understand the issue. Probably my name is causing the problem.

    I have taken a Walki phone connection on 28.06.15. with no.[protected]. Within 45 days the instrument became defective. I have made complain to the dealer from where I have purchased it. But phone not repaired by them. I have mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. I again failed to get repaired the walki instrument though it is under warranty period. till it in faulty condition with regards Kalyan Saha M:[protected] For Amble Power Systems

      Sachin Singh visited my place on 30th Nov2015 while we handed over all KYC documents collected payment slip with following details as mentioned on it duly stamped / signed. CAF[protected]Same number as above complaint) TTML ENTERPRISES FOS Name: SHARDA CDMA CODE: MHS 37281/TTML, Channel Manager : SACHIN SINGH[protected] Amount Paid: Rs. 2700/- for 5mbps (3+1 month) plan. Since then his phone is switched off. tried to contact TATA, but no results.

        TATA docomo people have intentionally offered me an extra sim card and they said it's an addon sim card but how can they generate bill on that number when i paid complete amount on my main number. How can this cheating activity be encouraged. I should lodge a complaint on whoever it is.So many people have similar complaints on TATA docomo. And TATA DOCOMO really doing unfair job for charging more and more from the customers with poor services. Customers should get justice. Business should be genuine and should cheat innocent people.

Time and again i have raised complaint with Tata Teleservices, but all i have got in response is that my problem will be resolved by Tomorrow, but nothing happens on next day and on asking about the problem status i finds out that Complaint has been closed without resolving the Problem.             On 28/03/2015 morning 11 am my connection id no.[protected] stopped working i thought it may be because of any technical issue i lodged the complaint on[protected] complaint id[protected].15 pm they said in 24 hours complaint will be resolved by no body turned up. on 30th they said me because of 31 st march u have to pay bill in advance thats y ur connection is not working i paid 1700Rs on[protected] i called up again on 31 st morning they again said there technician will revert soon, on continues followup of 7-8 days finally i came to know that as they are facing loss in running this connection all the connection of our building are stopped with immediate effects Now from 4 months they are asking for the payment of April month reviving notice and threatening calls from past 4 months its a headache for me AS PER TRAI LAW COMPANY CAN NOT DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION WITHOUT PRIOR 1 MONTH NOTICE Because of this i faced a lot many problems without internet company should pay compensation for that

              Due to improper services and customer support, I deactivated Tata's broadband service and paid all the outstanding bills on 18th Dec 2014 ( Receipt Attached ). Today on 22nd Aug 2015, I receive a legal notice stating my bill amount is outstanding. This is a pure case of harassment as all the bills were paid and the services were discontinued. Now when I am asking for details they are saying that they cant provide it as the account is deactivated for more than 6 months.

                I am using Tata Docomo Photon Max Wifi Data Card no-[protected] but right now i am in Noida Sector 93 and i am not getting speed and i have complained to customer care but then also they are not able to fix it and i could get proper speed. Now i am asking them to refund my money because of not getting proper speed they are not even taking my complain now.                         POS office of TTS in Thippasandra and Call center are harassing me. I request for a conversion from post to pre paid. Provided UID card as proof, they rejected. I request them to close the connection they are refusing to do so. I have written to their legal counsel asking to terminate the connection immediately (as of today 06/07/2015) by email and have not received any response from them the quality of service is pathetic, POS executive and call center executives misbehave with customers and do not honour a request of the customer, but rather keep coaxing the customer to accept their new offers. I clearly told them to close my connection, I was advised the reference numbers[protected]for post to pre paid conversion) and when things didn't work to close(REf No[protected]. They tell me there is no closure request.

                          Hi, I have had a worst experience with Tata Broadband at Nagpur. I had a broadband connection which was supposed to give speed of 8 Mbps. It did not work from day one, the speed was below 1 Mbps always, and I sent out complaints to various levels of Tata employeees. Amongst them was Ajit Adhikari, Vikas Meshram and Satya Yadav from Tata, Nagpur. In the end, I stopped using the service, but I still got bills for 2 more months. Bill amount Rs. 3078. Before the connection stopped working, I requested the Tata personnel to either fix my connection or close it, but that did not happen. Now I am harassed by Tata employeees to pay the pending amount, although the service did not match the promised quality. I today got a call from an advocate saying that a court case is about to be filed on me, for the above pending amount. Advocate details: Adv.Ravi Sharma-Delhi Tees hajari court, C-block, Room no 21 Mobile number - [protected] Fraud reports for this phone number and similar cases can be seen online - http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Tikona-WiBro-review-tttmlstnur and here: http://www.consumercomplaints.in/broadband/tikona-digital-service-c853092 I have been told to settle the bill amount of Rs.3078 within the next half hour if I want the case be withdrawn. Some of them mentioned that even after paying the dues (which is itself incorrect), they have got calls from Delhi court again after two months. Can somebody advice me on how to proceed from here?                                   My Subscriber ID : [protected] ... for the past three weeks I dont have any signal. Not even single channel I am able to view. Inspite of repeated complaints and multiple SMS etc.. no response from these guys... More over they are daily deducting the balance from my account. I am fed up with the service of TATA SKY... I will wait for another 3 days ... Will move to some other service provider... I have lost hopes on these TATA guys... They are the worst and I will never recommend anyone ... WORST SERVICE BY TATA... WORST SERVICE BY TATA ... WORST SERVICE BY TATA
