Dear sir,

For over 12 years, i have a tata docomo broad band service. My tata docomo (Previously vsnl) email id is [protected]@vsnl.net.
In recent times, i do not find the service useful and am unwilling to renew. I sent 11 (Eleven) emails expressing my reluctance to renew and requesting cancellation....

Land line no.[protected]. A/c.no.[protected]

Inspite of repeated reminders through Email & letter to Appellate Officer, Kolkata not received my security deposit of Rs.1358/- nor any satisfactory response from them even after lapse of 3 1/2 months from the date of permanent disconnection of landline(ie.01.04.18.

Please help me to get the refund amt as early as possible.

Hi there,

I had a tata walky connection with the given account number previous year.
In october i raised a request for cancellation. You service people (Contact center) told me to pay the current bill amount and they will cancel the connection. I denied...

I have disconnected the internet service in Oct 2017 after doing full payment to the representative who had visited to discontinue the connection. I have even written several mails to customer care and mail id of tata docomo regarding the discontinued connection but still every now and then i keep getting mail to do the payment. I have also replied many times to advocate deepak choudhari mails with all required documents but i think no one...

We have been using Tata Leased line connection since 2012. Suddenly the link got disconnected by the TTSL on 20th Apr 2018, when we spoke with customer care they said they have disconnected our link due to non profitable BTS and also they said it was communicated to us about one month back via Email but we did not receive such a mail. We have requested them to restore our connection for one month but they refused....

My old account number[protected] is showing an outstanding of rs 865 for which i am regularly receiving reminder notices; i have several times asked ttsl that provide me with details as of how this amount is due from me but in vain. As per my records i have paid the pro-rata amount to ttsl when my old account was converted with the new account with increased data speed. Kindly help in this regard.

2 year back i have started my own business and took a telephone connection[protected] from tata teleservices which is a easy number to keep in mind because my businesses is 80% depended on phone calls and if any phone calls are missed that clearly indicates we loos the business. And we invest lakhs of rupees for advertisements of same number so we can get more and more calls from customers.

Well 2 years is not a short time, and this is how much it took me to convince myself that the core intensions of this group is to harass people, cheat people and make money out of it . Mailed transcripts of 2 years kept with me, amount to an extent of 15k lying with tata and they are doing nothing about it, rather harassing my employees with stupid legal notices . I have been a customer of tata indicom from past 8-9 years with my prepaid no. [protected]. It was sad to know that tata indicom closed its cdma services. The services of my number were suddenly closed by 31st jan, 2018.
I have been requesting for port code from tata tele services from 8th of feburary 2018. I called from my alternate no. Ie: [protected] and i was told that i will get the port code after call confirmation within 24 hours....

I believed the brand name tata and bought a tata walky by paying 2000rs for the device and 3500rs for the fancy number for my business.
I spent so much amount to share the landline number to the public.

But now they are simply telling that we closed our services. U please go to nearest tata docomo store and pay 1500rs and change my device to gsm device with new number.
