We have been using Tata Leased line connection since 2012. Suddenly the link got disconnected by the TTSL on 20th Apr 2018, when we spoke with customer care they said they have disconnected our link due to non profitable BTS and also they said it was communicated to us about one month back via Email but we did not receive such a mail. We have requested them to restore our connection for one month but they refused....

My old account number[protected] is showing an outstanding of rs 865 for which i am regularly receiving reminder notices; i have several times asked ttsl that provide me with details as of how this amount is due from me but in vain. As per my records i have paid the pro-rata amount to ttsl when my old account was converted with the new account with increased data speed. Kindly help in this regard.

2 year back i have started my own business and took a telephone connection[protected] from tata teleservices which is a easy number to keep in mind because my businesses is 80% depended on phone calls and if any phone calls are missed that clearly indicates we loos the business. And we invest lakhs of rupees for advertisements of same number so we can get more and more calls from customers.

Mailed transcripts of 2 years kept with me, amount to an extent of 15k lying with tata and they are doing nothing about it, rather harassing my employees with stupid legal notices .
