I have provided my place to install the tower in March 2009. Contract already expired in February 2019. Neither the tower was removed from the terrace nor i recieved the payment until today. Our calls to the managers were ignored as well. Kindly support us to sort out the issue at the earliest.

      I have been sending emails and calling tata coustomer service from March 2020 to lower my internet plan from 825 Rupees to 371 Rupees per month. Tata tele broad band has not replied and i am still paying 825 Rupees per month. I would like refund for the extra payments i have made of 4086 Rupees and change my plan to 371 rupees per month. my account number is[protected]

        No option to speak to Customer support representative on their helpline no.[protected].

        Revert to complaints on mail at "[protected]@tatateleservices.com" comes with a cut out date to solve your problem, but however no action is initiated much after the cut off date, inspite of several followups. I wanted to cancel my Static IP which was due for renewal w.e.f. 7th September and requested them to revise the invoice accordingly, but nothing happened except that my bill was not revised, static id was not cancelled and services discontinued till I had to make payment for the same.

          I had requested to terminate their internal services in March 2020. Initially they told me to clear current bill and they will terminate.
          I paid that and asked them to terminate.
          They did not respond further on this for months. No answer to customer care call or mails. Meanwhile the system kept generating invoices.
          Now yesterday their legal team have sent me a mail asking to pay within 2 days. Here also they gave a phone number, which no one answered.

          I had been following up with them for more than 6 months and they did not respond. Initially they told me due to Covid there will be some delay and they will process the termination request.

          As a customer, I am being invoiced for their incapability to process requests on time. Also totally no response from their customer care team as well as their head.

          Now almost everyday I am being harassed with legal notices.
          Same issue with my case. Said to cancel the connection March 3Oth. Then April, May, June, July Bill generated. That too even after crossing my credit limit and sue amount it now double of the credit limit. Very poor customer care.No reply at all. Very fraud account department. I totally surprised their attitude towards the client. Not expected from this from TATA.

                  Hello it seems that tata telecommunications is only interested in collecting payments rather than improving the customer service, we are very unhappy with the way the service team is dealing with their loyal customers, they are been taken for granted for sure. we are waiting for the response from your team, we have mailed more then 20 times to change our plans but there is no response and update on the plans . Company should really improve the online system and make it user friendly to choose the plans they desire and not force the customer to stay on the plans they are when we log on to the website we are directed to a link to select the plans after selecting the plans we sent an email to start the new plan but further no action is been taken and no confirmation of the same has been given so do send me the number of the the correct person to whom i can talk with and get my plans changed accordingly and let us know at the earliest if we can change the plans so we can know if we have to continue with tata or change the vendor if we cannot change our plans. we also need a confirmation mail that after paying the outstanding amount our plans will be changed to the new plans which we have selected for details as below mail. We have two broadband for below account number and present plans are
                  1) [protected] rs 1500/- + gst per month we want to change this plan to 1099/- per month. Plan details as below rental - 1099 per month free data - 500 gb speed mbps - 40 mbps 2) [protected] old plan rs 1999/- per month we want to change this plan to 1399 per month plan details as below rental - 1399 per month / free data - 500 gb / speed mbps - 100 mbps
                  Note we wont be paying the bills if the plans are not changed as per our selected plans .
                  we hope you give us an positive solution which will help us decide to continue or discontinue our both accounts..

                    I have never received such bad service - my internet is down since 5 days now but no one seems to care from Tata tele service. - Every day we have been calling customer care number and every day same response we get that someone from technical team will call you. No one has called us till now. we as a customer keeps on calling the care number .. On top of it today i received a sales offer call from tala tele service trying to sell me some good plans.. wherein i said tht internet is not working the lady got shocked.

                        1. I was a long time customer of tata docomo broadband service with account number[protected] starting from 11/10/2014.
                        2. Till june 2019, i was having that account and never missed any payment. I was approached by sales person of tata tele services for upgrading my connection which i refrained for sometime due to not much need. But in june 13 i accepted the offer after an oral confirmation from the same sales guy that there would not be any change in my rental plan even after upgradation.
                        3. Sales guy got a form filled from me and got my signature on it which i later came to know to be a new connection request of tata tele services.
                        4. My old connection was suspended without me getting the new connection for which i raised complaint and came to know about the new connection request.
                        5. On july 07, 2019 i got a bill of inr522 for my old account, which i paid on july 23. I also got one welcome mail on 1st july for my new connection even though the connection was not done by then by the service engineer.
                        6. The actual connection was done on 13th july and that too after tampering with my existing intercom connection of my apartment. This led to my intercom becoming non functional for which i raised a complaint with tata tele services without any resolution from their end.
                        7. I got a bill payment reminder for inr 571 on 14th august against my new connection from tata tele services with account number[protected] without actually seeing any bill in the first place. I raised my concern with the customer care and even sent a mail to this regard on the same date.
                        8. I came to know from customer care that bill is from 30th june till 14th july for which i promptly raised my concern as the actual connection was done on 13th july. By this time on aug 17, i got a full month bill along with the outstanding amount of total inr 1614. I raised my concern and filed a complaint again as the full month bill was more than my previous connection monthly bill. This was a contradiction to my agreed terms with the sales guy.
                        9. Since both my complaints were not closed till 29th aug, i kept on informing the customer care that i will not be able to do the payment till they are resolved.
                        10. I got a service suspension notice on 1st sep from tata tele services after which i requested for a disconnection of my service. I came to know from customer care over phone that i need to clear my dues before disconnection request can be processed.
                        11. I paid the revised amount of inr1205 on 12th sep to clear my dues for which i received acknowledgement from tata tele services. I kept on waiting for service engineer to come and collect the instrument against my disconnection request but no one showed up.
                        12. I got a bill for inr1205 on 17th sep which i understood to be a duplicate of my already paid amount. I assumed this to be end of my ordeal with tata tele services but that was not the case.
                        13. All this time my connection was suspended and since i have requested for disconnection, never used this service. But on oct 7, i again received one more bill which was the most confusing one as it stated a previous balance of inr 982 and current charges of inr 300. I kept on informing the customer care that i had raised disconnection request and cleared all my previous due but to no avail. Eventually the calls stopped and i assumed the case to be closed.
                        14. On 18th march 2020, i recieved a legal notice (Attached herewith) from sa associates on behalf of tata tele services for the dues.
                        15.in response to legal notice, i got in touch with appellate of tata tele services, which kept on insisting for payment without even bothering to go through my mails to them.
                        16. The last response from appellate team informed me that they could not reach me over phone even though i don't have a single call or missed call from them. I have already requested for their number but yet to get a response on that.

                        I have mail proof for most of the above mentioned. I am also in possession of the router which ideally should have been collected by the service engineer as per my disconnection request. I am willing to hand it over on request.

                          My tata docomo broadband connection (Account number[protected] was been suspended without any intimation and due to that, i had lost a big deal of my own project last year as i was not able to attend the scheduled final skype meeting with my client. Please mind the below points i am mentioning:

                          1. Who gave you the authorization to disconnect my internet connection without my consent or informing at least?
                          2. Why didn't anyone give me a call when the payment is getting late and tried to know the reason?
                          3. As it seems my payment is due so the connection got disconnected, but if you check your call records, my email to customer care for not able to make payment through imanage portal and chat with your customer care.. Who will answerable to these if i have not got the resolution from your end?

                          Now they are sending legal notice from the court to make the payment. It's almost 1 year now, they have never addressed my solution but now on 16th march 2020, they are sending a legal notice. Can you all believe how cheap their behavior is.

                          Customers, please be aware of tata teleservices!!!

                            I have called pf hyderabad office, but they said this is not valid pf no.
                            Plz help me for withdrawing my pf amount.

                              Tata tele broadband number[protected] vide account number[protected].

                              This is an example of harassment from tata tele broadband with innocent constomers.

                              We had paid advance rs.4949 amount for 6 months connection on 17th nov 2018 which was supposed to be started from december.
                              Pfb cheque number and transaction date:
                              690395 and 17/11/2019
                              After that we got connection for only dec and jan that too with many connectivity issues.
                              We called several times but our problem was not resolved.
                              From feb connectivity was totally lost. After calling for many times we got to know that there was no connection from february from their side as there was disconnection from prathamesh tower as told by the customer executive.
                              So there was no point in continuing with the connection so we asked for the refund of amount which we paid for which we got virtually no service from their end.
                              On that we got reply from them saying please wait for 6 months till bills start to generate then we can revert the amount.
                              Lately we have been receiving calls from customer executives asking for overdue bill payment despite of explaining them number of times that we don’t use their connection and on the other hand they owe a refund to us.
                              This is getting really ridiculous if the amount 4949 is not refunded asap and these illegal calls for bill payment for current duration is not stopped i will have to file a police complaint or will have to escalate to higher authorities.

                                I booked a toll free number from 'tata tele services' the number alloted to me was [protected]

                                The scheme was that i don't have to pay rental for initial 2 months but i have to pay the incoming & outgoing call charges.

                                This same number was alloted to many other companies like future pay, free charge, big bazar & many other companies. (Proof attached)

                                I haven't promoted this number from my side nor i got any call regarding my business (Xpress diet).

                                I got almost hundreds of calls regarding the enquiry for future pay, big bazar, free charge, etc. I have the call recording proofs & images which have the same number (Image attached with this post)

                                'tata tele services' is a fraud. They are allotting the same number to many other companies to earn money.

                                Now, tata teleservices has generated a bill of rs. 413 (Screenshot of the bill attached) asking me to pay the bill regardless o[censored]sing this number.
                                I haven't used this number till now, so why should i pay the bill?

                                Furthermore, i have made several complaints to the company about such incidents but there is no such resolutions.

                                  We have 2 landline connections from tata telecom which are not working from past 40 days. Numerous times we have complained about it but till now the phones have not been operational. The numbers are[protected] & 66595299

                                  They only kept giving excuse that cable has been cut due to metro work but can't it be repaired in 40 days. Tata teleservices service is the worst service amongst all service industries because last year too we had the same problem and phone lines were for a month

                                    Since last year I faced lot of issues with tata tele broadband services.
                                    Finally after getting tired of calling customer care I requested for disconnection and refund of money as broadband never worked in the last month before I sent email for cancellation of connection.I received legal notice asking for payment for that month and additional payment for 15 days and interest etc.They claimed they had disconnected the connection due to non receipt of payment whereas I had sent email for disconnection and I have it on email.It is harassment extortion and airy arrogant dismissal of facts by producing false evidence and lies.
                                    I have all email communications.this harassment and if they don't apologise for the misbehaviour i have no choice other than to sue tatatele directors.

                                      I have applied for tata pri / sip line 25 days before but they not providing me yet. They first promised us - we provide
                                      Connection within 10 days but now 25 days is over but till we didn't get connection line in my office... My employee are seating idle with no work.
                                      Very very bad experience i got from tata tele services. I continuously try calling them but they didn't received my call.
                                      I suggest who read this please don't go with tata tele services.
                                      If you want sip line please find out their channel partner and go with them for
                                      Fast services they can provide connection within 5 to 6 days. With same billing price.

                                      Guys don't buy this product directly from tata tele services
                                      Please go with their channel partner

                                        I have received a Cheque of RS.928.15 of HDFC bank today . I don't understand at all what this Cheque is for ?
                                        The cheque issue date is - 12.03.2019 and I have received it today - 14.06.2019
                                        Over the cheque -it is clearly stated that cheque is valid for 3months.
                                        Is this a kind of Joke ? Or any scam undergoing in your prestigious company.?
