We have booked a consignment of 6 cartons from Ambala City, Haryana to Sarkhej Ahmedabad, Gujrat on 16th October, 2017 wide L.R. No.[protected].
On tracking it was showing that goods have reached at destination on 21st October, 2017.
But till date the consignment has not being delivered to party and on asking the concerned person at TCI Express Office Sarkhej, every time he gives a lame excuse that we do not have a delivery boy who can deliver goods to the party.
Consignment contains Human Medicines - Perishable Products, if they get spoiled then who will be responsible for it and who will pay us for that loss?
Such kind of lame excuses for delays are not expected from such a reputed company.
So please take this on top priority and arrange delivery today positively and confirm us today only without fail.

We are not receiving the material on time, and we are facing other issues like

1. Material not delivered at factory – (Tci is charging us door delivery and make godown delivery)

2. Gst billing not happening as per its regime, like we haven’t received the original for buyer / invoice for the last supply itself till now.

3. And unprofessional approach

The materials had purchased from m/s, acme fluid systems, ahmedabad, gujrat and they had dispatch the same on 11/09/2017 to frigerio conserva allana pvt limited, mourigram, howrah, vide your docket no[protected] dt 11/09/17. The materials are laying on your godown at kolkata since 21/09/2017. Several time we have contacted with your representative regarding to supply the materials to our factory. But till date we have not received.

This kind o[censored]nnecessary harrassment is totally unjustified and unwarranted.
Madam should be identified to make her good lesson before harassing any customer.

I m sufiyan islam, cs manager with olivetheory.com is so not pleased to redress this grievance, please check the above docket number, the said branch "xkrp (Kr-puram)" received this shipment on 17-oct-2017 18:26 as mentioned on your tracking webpage. On calling the branch number ([protected]) mr. Tripathi confirmed that that we have received it, as the receiver of this product (Our customer) is a working person he wanted to know when it will be getting delivered as he may not be present at home to receive it, hence we took a verbal conformation from mr, manoj kumar[protected], we were informed that he was the incharge for the said facility, they said it will be out for delivery on 18/10/2017 and will be delivered in the first half of the day. Today we received a call from cutomer asked to cancell the order as it was not delivered by the commited day and time and this false commitment has cost a lot to my company. I would request you to take strict actions against this branch as they have caused a lot of issues. This type o[censored]nprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I would request you to take adequate actions against this, or our organisation will have to drop the idea with working tci express.

We are trying to get through the bangalore tci express kr puram branch for my delivery
Day 1 (14 oct), we have received
Day 2 (16 oct) branch manager said they have missed the receipt kindly share address again
Day 3 (17 oct) delivery person said "we do not deliver, we are standing at one point, you have to collect 30 kg parcel from 2 kms away, you are a female we may oblige you on certain conditions for door step delivery" later on phone not reachable & branch manager not responding
Day 3 (18 oct) we may try to deliver today, our driver is new, whatsapp location shared on 17 oct still they say address not correct, kindly update

1. May i know what kind of service you are providing where delivery is done on certain conditions with gender specification??
2. When i am supposed to get my delivery? When it has reached the delivery center on saturday & its wednesday already
I tried reaching customer care minimum 20 times but in vain

My docket no is[protected], name surajit misra, transfer from karad to guwahati. Booked for home delivery. Yestarday i met with guwahati tci xps, agreed to deliver in my address today. But not delivered yet. Now they are denying to deliver my luggage. Getting hopeless and frustrating with the manner of tcixpress. Please take necessary action against this.

Sir my product is book from pune and it docket number is[protected] and still is not deliver to indore and the person in indore office is talking so rudly that if i have not paid anything or asking thim for free.. This is too bad and this type of service i am not expecting.. And i want answer on that.. If not i will discontioune your service..

We annamalai crown caps industry, regular customer of your transport. We are a trader we will receive 50boxes per week from mumbai latur to madurai tamilnadu. First we are using vrl transport only, eventhough your transport is costly we have changed to your transport only for your quick delivery. But during the last one month we facing so much of delay even the consignment takes about 10days to reach our destination. If this delay continues we will move on to the next transporter... For example i have mentioned the present docket number[protected] booked on october 10th from latur to madurai. If you want to checkup your transporters efficiency please track it down. For this worst timing delivery ur charging higher amount that all other transporter.

I had ordered patient bed from industry buying
I had received docking no [protected] for tracking of shipment. While tracking i found that above mentioned item reached to nagpur on 10 oct 17. I requested for early delivery of the product which was denied. Also on delivery day i. E. 12 october 17 your representative denied delivery of the item quoting they don't have any vehicle. And insured me that it will be delivered on 13 oct 17. Today also i called them and chased them for delivery of my consignment, and either i won't be able to connect them or they were just answering casually. I
I found this depo at nagpur as hopeless depo which is against the proud mento of tci expeess.

Therefore i request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action.

Dear sir/mam,

The shipment against docket no.[protected] was dispatched from cg power, a-3 midc, ambad, nashik - 422 010 plant on 29/9/17 & it is reached at aligarh tci branch on 8th october-2017 but not delivered to final destination.

So, kindly arrange to deliver the shipment today urgently on priority basis. It is required urgently because due to this 33kv substation is in shutdown condition.

Dear sir/mam,
You are requested to look into the matter on a serious note.
We had been updated from yesterday i. E. 11-10-17 through tci jamshedpur that our material against the lr no[protected] and[protected] had been successfully delivered to the tata steel ltd on 10-10-17.
Yet nothing is updated on tci site. When asked for the receipted lr’s soft copy, pod is not received is what told from tci jamshedpur's end.

Till date gr is not generated at tata steel eproc site. Clearly material is not delivered, as it’s a one day process and if material was delivered it would have been updated on the site.
We are already under ld charges. If it is found delayed then tci will be solely responsible.
Waiting for your response because nobody is responding.
If we donot receive any response from you we will compelled to take some legal action.

Dear team,

We had supplier 1kg materials in moth of june, client had denied to accept the material as found damage condition while delivery.

Neither tci xps has informed us regarding client rejection nor i received back the materials at our factory.

This is totally unprofessional and unsatisfied service i have ever experienced before.

Now, i want concrete explanation not to inform us regarding this issue.

Hope, atlist tci xps will revert on this now.

Dear sir we are facing problem with delivery timing too late its repeated complant but ur peoples are not caring our complants serious our product arrived bijapur on 18/09/2017 but still not delivered its too much irresponcible kindly check bellow attached screenshot. We called bijapur tci express office they not responce anything kindly check and delivered our product soon as possible. Kindly check bellow attached image about arrive details.

A consignment dated 23 09 2017 was booked from kolkata to sahibabad industrial area uttar pradesh, of the above noted docket.
And till date (06.10.17) it has not been delivered to its destination.

Also after calling the call centre of the respected company they are unable to provide us about when exactly they will deliver the consignment after the docket has reached noida on 01 10 2017.

Its been a very non professional approach and poor service ever experienced.
If any consignment is not reached even in 15days it shows the company's capacity to work.

Overall a very pathetic and...

A consignment dated 25 09 2017 was booked from noida to connought place new delhi, of the above noted docket.
And till date (4.10.17) it has not been delivered to its destination.

Also after calling the call centre of the respected company they are unable to provide us about when exactly they will deliver the consignment.

Its been a very non professional approach and poor service ever experienced.
If any consignment is not reached even in 10 days that also within 20 kms it shows the company's capacity to work.

Overall a very pathetic and poor experience.

We are regular customers of your since 15 years.
We prefer your transport, but from some time, services are very poor. If we want to book the material, we call your persons like avinash, asif & badu but they all didn't pickup material before 4-5 days.
I complaint to akola branch manager mr. Pankaj, he also same.
Now latest on wednesday dt.27.09.2017, i called mr. Pankaj, also yesterday called to mr. Avinash 5 times, bu your any none person comes.

This extremely sorry to say that the above subject shipment is not yet deliver to the customer since 23.09.2017 at panchkula & even after a so many promise by mr. Manish mishra & ajay at saharanpur office.
You are requesting kindly do sure deliver today positively to continue our fruitful relation.
More over chandigarh office is updating wrong & false update about address. I would like to request to take a action against chandigarh office which are destroying the image of tci xps. All the necessary document like invoice & id is enclosed at the time of delivery with contact no. & full address.

Shame on the services of the company we have book the parcel from agra, to bhubanashwar on dated 16/09/2017.
Docket no.[protected].
Till today not received to the party at bhubanashwer
Even we have talk with the head of bhubaneshwar he talk with the employee phone on conference miss shilpi, she promised to his officer that parcels will be delivered today & till now
No parcel is delivered.
This is our season time what be will do that parcel
At the time of booking at agra they promised us that will be delivered by seven days. Till not
This is spoiling yours company image.

Our consign no is[protected] we have received only 12 components out of 14 components while delivering the 12 components (19/09/2017) your guy promised next day balance two components will be delivered still now there is no update on balance component delivery kindly revert back with the expected delivery date please. I believe that i could get an earlier reply against my complaint.
