Courier parcel reached the destination place of tci office at 04/02/2018. Still i did not received my parcel. Now its three days still i am waiting for the parcel.

Kindly do need full to this company services.

We have shipped 2 boxes from mumbai to jaipur with best proper condition duly approved by tci xps employee,

They have delivered 3 days late, that too in broken condition.

The package was severely damaged and inside machine is completely broken.

Complained more than 3 times, there is no response.

Its completely unprofessional courier company and unprofessional behaviour, i think this company should ban in india

I spoke to customer care (Nelamangala office), booking office (Imt manesar), ahmadabad office (Wrong destination). From 10th onwards i following up with this peoples, but nobody is taking responsibility. And they are not providing higher authority contact details also.
As per assured delivery tci has to give shipment on 13th jan, but still material is lying in ahmadabad.
We are feeling that tci service is worst. We are having business with tci, for next step we will cancel all business.

Our supplier has sent a parcel vide dwb no[protected] from sinnar to pune on 29/12/2017. Normally this should have been delivered to us on 1st jan 2018 but we have not received the same till date. We have been following up with your market yard pune branch for the past 4 days. Thye keep on giving one reason or other but they have not delivered the parcel. We need the same urgently and we are very upset with such pathetic service. Pl note that we also depstach a lot of material through tci xps but now we will have to think. We have to receive parcel on[protected], but still we have not received.
We not not getting proper response for your team. On continuous follow up also still i have not got my parcel yet.
On calling they are giving wrong commitment, because of that service engineer and crane we have called for installation one waste. Simply we payed money for them.

Please be noted seriously that 2 consignment were booked from bhiwandi and reached your kolkata dankuni godown on 19.12.2017. But the matter of surprise that after retaining the consignment for 5 days ideal in your godown it was loaded on 24.12.17 for siliguri, hasimara. What is the meaning of express sir, even after charging a very high rate than the other transporter in the market your company every time keep the goods ideal in the transit godown. Please take bolt, strict and very serious action on the concerned staff please.

We have sent some material to our customer through tci xpx from jamshedpur to mizoram, so one box packing was damaged with the goods inside it and also few parts were missing.

When we complaint we were said that missing parts will be located and delivered, with this they passed two months and then i also mailed them with damaged material photos and they are not responding and harassing us.

I m feeling vey bad to complain about your tci saharanpur branch, but this time its water is going above head.
My stock from mohali was with them from 18/12/2017 according to online information on your site.
They are delivring that goods to me today on 23/12/2107.
I mean just look out the services you are providing to custmors being the most expensive and leader in transport buisness.
This is very shame of all of you and they dont know how to speak with their custmors also.
Earlier also i have faced this problem but i ignored but the things are becoming worst day by day.

Maximum time tci exp book the goods with high charges.. And taken high paid amount to dispatch goods faster then other. But maximum time fails.. And his manager gives us fake commitment.. And after some time usually not pick up the calls.

If tci exp said about himself that leader in express... That a joke for me as a customer. I have been associate with tci exp long time but now a days facing a lot of problem.

From the next time i will not prefer tci exp.

There is rubberband weight shortage declared in the L.R Issued by Tci express kurichy branch.coimbatore.
Total of 5 LR copies have been written wrong weight which is different from our company invoice, which equivalent to committing fraud with us (supplier), receiver (buyer) and tax authorities by declaring fraudulent weight as compared with the original weight and our company invoice.
Therefore we are attaching all fraud LR receipts and ask you to give a written explanation so that we can show to our taxation authorities and buyers respectively.

This is very unfortunate that a parcel of goods worth 51000 has been not yet delivered which was despatched on 31st oct 2017 from Ludhiana to Dankuni hub on 6th nov 2017. The docket id is[protected].
The booking was from Ludhiana to Kalyani. When we tried to contact the Kalyani office they said the product has not been despatched from Dankuni. The parcel was of winter garments which is a seasonal product and the late of delivery would result massive lost to us. My docket no[protected], booked from ak mukharji road hub kolkatta in tci xps on 8th nov 2017, still up to 12th nov it is in dhankuni hub kolkatta, even after too many follow ups, in dhankuni hub people are also not responding at all, they are treating like customers are no one, no one is available there to listen customer call after 7pm till 9am next day. Very bad experience with tci xps. Shame on you guys.

Still now material is undelivered from your end. During last four days we are informed that material is lying in your dankuni hub. After doing repeated followup still they are not showing any initiative to delivered the the material. According to them, they are trying to find the material and they will delivered the material when they find it. Generally vor (Vehicle off road) materials which are very urgent are delivered through you from bajaj auto. So you can understand that the material is very much urgent to our end.
