Dear sir i initiated a payment on 20/8/2018 through my debit card rupay to pay the bsnl landline bill through bsnl portal tpsl amount 627 /but the amount not debited to bsnl but the amount is debited from my account. Tra. Congratulations failed but the amount is not credited to my account. A amount of rupees 99 was also debited from the same account for my mobile phone bill but the same transaction is failed. Kindly refund the amount to the my account and oblige.
