In Medchal to Secunderabad route One month before bus used to stop in the turning of Paradise circle but now it has been changed near Sports Complex because of this we have a trouble to walk upto main road the main reason for this is bus is fined by Traffic dept if they stop in the turning but for the public there is no clear footpath to walk and public should walk on the road only. Yesterday night when I was walking I saw a person hit with bike but by luck nothing happened to him but if a heavy vehicle hits the public what is the situation in their family and who is responsible for it Whether Traffic dept or Tsrtc dept.

There is a bus which starts from.kalimandir hyderabad bus number is 6R it will go till ramnagar, and bus starts probably at 9 or 9:05, i got into the bus in suncity bus stop around 9:10, and the lady conductor who has no patience at all asked me to get down the bus because she doesn't have the change to give me, when you are serving for the public, and it is an area where you have to be there with every possibilities in a proper way!! infront of all she asked me to leave the bus in middle way not even caring that am.a girl, being a woman she disrespected other woman with her arrogance, i could not take a picture of the bus and that lady.
she is very impatient with everyone on the bus and this happened today i.e, (02/03/2023) please track the details of what ever i have given about the bus starting time and the stop and please educate that lady on how to behave with the passengers who gets into the bus, i was polite with her but i dont know what personal.issues she is going through she has taken that on me by asking me to leave the bus, i told her politely that thats fine madam just give the change till i get down and for that she in a very rude tone she said " poo amma poo ee bus la evarru ekkaru last stop varku, ekadi nundi change teeskoni ravala, change ivvu lekapothe digipo ikade" is this the way a government servant should talk with public?? and i told her politely i dont have change madam, i can scan on phonepay or gpay and for that also she raised her voice and shouted at me by saying " poii cheppu avani introduce chey rctc valaki apudu scan chey" i am very irriated by her way of talking and her choice of words i want her to be taught a lesson on her behaviour with me and am very hurt that i had to get down on road helplessly

This is regarding that operates via LBNagar Metro. What is the point when none of the buses that operate from LB Nagar metro route doesn't stop at metro. How do you serve the purpose of connecting RTC with metro. Almost buses like 300, 279, 1 move along the metro station but doesn't stop there and employees ask us to leave the bus at LB Nagar ringroad in a very rude tone. Is this how you organization respond to public who is an integral part for RTC to work? It is quite difficult for IT employees who travel along this route and has to catch metro at LBNagar. It would be great if an action would be taken if not I would escalate this to higher authorities.

I travel daily 70 km up and down to study via TSRTC . This is a humble request to bring to your kind notice that there is an insufficient amount of run of buses between gandimaisamma and CBS. There might be different reasons for this I can understand but considering a student concern about this issue, hoping a solution from TSRTC!

Hi, yesterday around 12.50 PM Bus# TS01z0030 deluxe had tried to overtake my bike on narrow bridge after Basanathnagar and all of sudden a lorry from opposite side has approached and bus driver pulled bus to corner and I had no once to move further edge of the damaged road and controlled my bike to avoid falling . I tried to ask driver why he is overtaking on a narrow bridge and he is spoke in rude way. I don't understand what rush he has in a narrow road. His rush might cost an accident.

Sir, i am writing this to you kind authority to bring to your kind notice that. Auto and cabs are filling into the premises of bus stop and buses are mostly not using bus stand and stopping at middle of the road. Sir, passengers are worried with speed of halting the bus. Need to rush to get into it or to drop from it. Please take this as my input for betterment of TSRTC and to attain profits

Driver was requested to stop at Image Garden/Image Hospital bus stop beside Annapurna Canteen but didn’t stop and shouted and drove rash. Finally stopped at Madhapur. Very rude behaviour of the driver cannot be tolerated. He insulted in front of all the passengers. Strict action should be taken against him. Buses are run for public only and if drivers think they are doing any favours by running the buses, it is highly ridiculous.

Iam travelled in the bus service number 7953 from adilabad to Hyderabad and was not reached the destination in time it was so much deleyed stopped the bus for half an hour in nitmal which supposed to halt for 2-5 min. Very very bad service.

The route named kollapur to wanaparthy bus numberd TS 31 T 7016 has over taken by a truck simultaneously a two wheeler vehicle heading towards wanaparthy location ANJANAGIRI bus was over take two wheeler. At the time of over taking there is no place for me to ride. It was just missed for a ACCIDENT. Iam requesting that the DM depot manager of KOLLAPUR to take immediate action on bus driver.

I have taken bus from Hyderabad jbs to sircilla which costed me 210/- and I have given 500/-. The driver has written the remaining amount on the back side of ticket. I didn't ask it while dropping out of the bus. But when I asked him by going to the bus depo he was refusing to give the amount back and answering very rudely. The ticket no: 00007920 and Bus Number: TS0724034 and driver id is:321657...

Bus driver won’t accept his mistake and expected coarse language.

As I am a passenger taken the ticket on 20/02/2023, around 5:20AM from my hometown to Hyderabad. Bus(AP24Z0079) driver left me in nalgonda even seats are available taking the ticket from me with loss of 10/- for me while returning. As public has more trust on RTC, some of the drivers are spoiling those trust.

As I will daily travel from beeramguda to biodiversity during morning office hours but most of the buses are stopping in lingampally around 15-20min and other most of the stops also this is getting delayed to our office as we will be in tension to reach our job soon in punch time but due to this scenario we are unable to reach office in time please inform the concerned drivers not to stop for more than 5 min in every shelter in morning hours

We are traveling 2 adults, 1 child ( 8 Y old) Bus.No: TS09Z7631, Rajadhani on 19.02.2023 at 12:30 hrs. From Jubli bus station to Karimnagar bus station.
Each passenger full ticket fare is Rs. 370/- as per this Hald ticket for children is Rs. 185/-. So total amount should be Rs. 925/- but they have charged us Rs. 1030/- . I asked ticket collector, he simply said in machine it is showing Rs.1030/- and saying you registered a complaint, if you want.
This is not a correct thing, kindly explain to the passengers or refund my extra amount that I paid.

I brought a t24 tickeON[protected]t in TS08UH4847 Tsrtc yesterday and the conductor wrote the details wrongly which is an issue for me.

Hi I m Chakradhar today I m traveling to wanaparthy to nagar kurnool express bus towards srisailam they charged 60rs for 1adult.i m done my work after 1hour i returned from Nagar kurnool to wanaparthy express bus only they charged 90rs 1adult even they don't tell to passengers and no sign board about special bus.its very horrible to so many victims are they each ticket 30-40rs they charged how it's possible according to public services

I travelled form Hyderabad to Yellandu on Friday 17th 2023. The bus routes has been cancelled in Hyderabad and updated from MGBS to Yellandu. This is wrong, we people travelled from few years on onwards and no routes are getting stopped like Miyapur, KPHB, SR nagar etc.. Due to this issue all peoples are suffered and even from YELLANDU to Hyderabad routes also middle of routes cancelled. Please I request you government revert all running routes to save public and Mainly family struggle.

I'm here by to raise a complaint against the bus en routed between Secunderabad-komuravelli-Veerannapet(Cherial Mdl, Siddipet Dist).At end of the day it has to reach the village around 8:00PM but by the poor timings people like us are facing issues there are so many people from Chunchankota, Veerannapet who works on daily basis who comes to do work at the town Cherial.It doesn't have any proper timings we have to wait till the bus arrives Today we have waited at Cherial Bustand from 6:30PM but the bus arrived at 8:15PM.Really don't know whether the fault is from the side of driver or Depot manager. Here the Bus Number is AP29Z3050.Don't even know do they notice about the Departure and arrivals of their Busses.
